beserta prasarana dan sarananya agar bangunan gedung selalu layak fungsi, sedangkan
kegiatan perawatan bangunan gedung adalah kegiatan memperbaiki dan/ atau mengganti
bagian bangunan gedung, komponen, bahan bangunan, dan/ atau prasarana dan sarana
agar bangunan gedung tetap layak fungsi.
Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendapatkan jenis-jenis
kerusakan/ kekurangan yang kerap terjadi pada elemen bangunan gedung dalam masa
pemeliharaan. Cara penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan riset ke
perusahaan PT. Budigraha Perkasa Utama untuk memperoleh data pekerjaan yang sudah
dikerjakan dimana data tersebut mencantumkan nama pekerjaan dan jenis-jenis
kerusakannya serta mengalisanya. Selain menganilisa data pengalaman perusahaan,
penulis juga melakukan wawancara kepada tenaga teknik perusahaan dan mengamati
pekerjaan bangunan gedung yang sedang dalam masa pemeliharaan guna mendapatkan
manajemen pemeliharaan dan perawatan bangunan gedung.
Dari hasil pengamatan dilapangan dan analisa data yang didapat dari PT. Budigraha
Perkasa Utama maka diperoleh kerusakan-kerusakan yang kerap terjadi pada masa
pemeliharaan bangunan gedung adalah item pekerjaan plambing dan peralatan sanitair,
item tersebut kondisinya selalu basah maka ditekankan lebih berhati-hatilah
mengerjakan item tersebut. Maintenance of buildings is an activity to maintain the reliability of its infrastructure

maintenance activity is the activity of repair and replace parts of the building,

Therefore this study was conducted in order to get the type-the type of damage that

No full textThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on organizational culture, to analyze the effect of motivation on organizational culture, to analyze leadership on organizational culture and employee performance, to analyze motivation for organizational culture and the performance of employees of PT Resource Equipment Indonesia in Balikpapan.In order to test the hypothesis the author uses Path analysis tool supporting program of SPSS 21. The population in this study were employees of PT Resource Equipment Indonesia in Balikpapan, which amounted to 40 employees. Based on the results of the study obtained an equation consisting of the following equation:- the first substructure, Y1 = 0.147 X1 + 0.641 X2 - the second substructure, Y2 = -0.049 X1 + 0.565 X2 + 0.150 Y1The results of the study indicate that; 1) Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on organizational culture. 2) Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on organizational culture. 3) Leadership does not have a positive effect and is not significant on Employee Performance. 4) motivation has a significant positive influence on employee performance. 5) Organizational culture has a significant positive influence on employee performance. 6) Leadership and organizational culture do not affect employee performance. 7) Motivation and organizational culture influence employee performance

Get PDFThere are many deviant activities of social organizations today, which want to replace the state basis of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia with the ideology they believe in, so efforts need to be made to counteract it. Local governments that are given the authority as regulated in Law no. 16 of 2017 is the front line to carry out this. The type of research the author uses is normative empirical legal research, and the research approach used is a theoretical approach. The legal materials used in this research are secondary legal materials obtained by library research and tertiary legal materials obtained through interviews. Then, the legal materials that have been obtained from the research results are analyzed qualitatively, to answer what the research problems are. The results showed that the steps taken by the Regional Government of South Konawe Regency Cq. The National Unity and Politics Agency in fending off deviant activities of social organizations is to disseminate and/or socialize the functions of community organizations, as well as carry out ideological development to organizational management and various elements of society related to the actualization of Pancasila values and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in the life of the nation and patriotic. Pemerintah daerah yang diberikan kewenangan sebagaimana diatur dalam UU No. 16 Tahun 2017 merupakan garda terdapan untuk menyelenggarakan hal itu. Jenis penelitian penulis menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif empiris, serta pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan teori (theoretical approach). Bahan hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahan hukum sekuder diperoleh oleh penelitian kepustakaan dan bahan hukum tersier yang diperoleh melalui wawancara. Kemudian, bahan hukum yang telah dipeoleh dari hasil penelitian dianalisis secara kualitatif, untuk menjawab apa yang menjadi permasalahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa langkah-langkah yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Cq. Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik dalam menangkis aktifitas menyimpang organisasi kemasyarakatan adalah dengan melakukan penyeberluasan dan/atau sosialisasi fungsi organisasi kemasyarakatan, serta melakukan pembinaan ideologi kepada pengurus organisasi dan berbagai elemen masyarakat terkait dengan aktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dan UUD NRI Tahun 1945 dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.
