    Penelitian ini membahas tentang Implementasi IT Entrepreneur di Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam. Yang bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh Faktor TPB (Teory Of Planned Behavioral ) tehadap Implementasi IT Entrepreneur di Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi dan kuesioner. analisis data menggunakan analisis deskiftif, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis parsial (uji T) dan hipotesis uji simultan (uji F) Hasil pengelolaan data yang disesuaikan dengan uji hasil perhitungan Hepotesis dengan Menggunakan SPSS 22 dari 75 responden . hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa vareabel Behavior (X1) tidak berpengaruh sifnifikan terhadap implementasi IT Entrepreneur berarti hipotesis ditolak, variabel Attitude (X2) berpengaruh sifnifikan terhadap implementasi IT Entrepreneur berarti hipotesis diterima, variabel Norma subjektif (X3) tidak berpengaruh sifnifikan terhadap implementasi IT Entrepreneur berati hipotesis ditolak, variabel Perceived Behavior Control (X4) berpengaruh sifnifikan terhadap implementasi IT Entrepreneur berarti hipotesis ditemima dan variabel Intention (X5) berpengaruh sifnifikan terhadap implementasi IT Entrepreneur berati hipotesis ditemima

    Direct numerical simulation of 'short' laminar separation bubbles with turbulent reattachment

    Direct numerical simulation of the incompressible Navier–Stokes equations is used to study flows where laminar boundary-layer separation is followed by turbulent reattachment forming a closed region known as a laminar separation bubble. In the simulations a laminar boundary layer is forced to separate by the action of a suction profile applied as the upper boundary condition. The separated shear layer undergoes transition via oblique modes and [Lambda]-vortex-induced breakdown and reattaches as turbulent flow, slowly recovering to an equilibrium turbulent boundary layer. Compared with classical experiments the computed bubbles may be classified as ‘short’, as the external potential flow is only affected in the immediate vicinity of the bubble. Near reattachment budgets of turbulence kinetic energy are dominated by turbulence events away from the wall. Characteristics of near-wall turbulence only develop several bubble lengths downstream of reattachment. Comparisons are made with two-dimensional simulations which fail to capture many of the detailed features of the full three-dimensional simulations. Stability characteristics of mean flow profiles are computed in the separated flow region for a family of velocity profiles generated using simulation data. Absolute instability is shown to require reverse flows of the order of 15–20%. The three-dimensional bubbles with turbulent reattachment have maximum reverse flows of less than 8% and it is concluded that for these bubbles the basic instability is convective in nature

    Eceng gondok yang dikenal sebagai gulma perairan dapat memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi dengan memanfaatkannya sebagai material serat alam alternatif dalam pembuatan komposit. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kualitas fisik dan mekanik yang baik dalam pembuatan komposit serat dengan bahan baku eceng gondok. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan uji impak; uji tarik; dan uji bending terhadap komposit, dan menentukan jenis resin yang sesuai sebagai bahan pembuatan komposit. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa semakin panjang serat maka harga impak akan semakin menurun, kekuatan impak maksimum terjadi pada panjang serat 50 mm, dengan kekuatan harga impak 0,002344 J/mm2, . Resin yang paling sesuai untuk pembuatan komposit dengan serat eceng gondok apabila ditinjau dari aspek teknis – ekonomis adalah unsaturated polyester resin. Kata kunci : serat alam, serat eceng gondok, komposit Latar Belakang Penggunaan dan pemanfaatan material komposit dewasa ini semakin berkembang, seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan bahan tersebut yang semakin meluas mulai dari yang sederhana seperti alat-alat rumah tangga sampai sektor industri baik industri skala kecil maupun industri skala besar. Komposit mempunyai keunggulan tersendiri dibandingkan dengan bahan teknik alternative lain seperti kuat, ringan, tahan korosi, ekonomis dan sebagainya. Serat eceng gondok merupakan salah satu material natural fibre alternatif dalam pembuatan komposit. Secara ilmiah pemanfaatannya belum banyak digunakan, oleh sebab itu material komposit yang menggunakan serat eceng gondok perlu dikembangkan. Serat eceng gondok sekarang banyak digunakan dalam industri-industri mebel dan kerajinan rumah tangga karena selain mudah didapat, murah, dapat mengurangi polusi lingkungan (biodegradability) sehingga komposit ini mampu mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan, serta tidak membahayakan kesehatan. Pengembangan serat eceng gondok sebagai material komposit ini sangat dimaklumi mengingat dari segi ketersediaan bahan baku serat alam, Indonesia memiliki bahan baku yang cukup melimpah. Pemanfaatan serat alam sebagai material komposit selama ini hanya sebatas penelitian saja karena belum ada implementasi yang nyata, baik berupa produk maupun industrinya.     Abstract: This study aims to create a Web-based Tourism Information System. In conveying about tourism, promotion is still carried out through the mass media of television, newspapers, banners and baleho. The impact is that tourists still find it difficult to determine the planning of a tour in the city of Pagar Alam. The system development method used is the Web Engineering method with five stages of Customer Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment. Therefore, the researcher will create a web-based tourism information system in order to make it easier for tourists to find information such as tourist attraction data, hotel data and restaurant data as well as places that are connected to the google map. With the existence of a web-based information system can help spread promotions to tourists widely to increase tourist visits to the City of Pagar Alam.Keywords: Information Systems, Tourism and Web EngineeringAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah Sistem Informasi Pariwisata berbasis Web.     Building maintenance aims to maintain the function of the building itself. Therefore, an assessment of the effect of building maintenance factors was carried out, to determine the condition of building maintenance, how much influence building maintenance on comfort and knowing the most dominant factor influencing the comfort of building users.. This research was conducted in the technology pagaralam college at Pagar Alam with a total of 56 respondents. Data was processed using simple liniear regression analysis ( with the F test ) and multiple liniear regression (partial t test). After being declared valid during the validity test, realiability test, the classic assumptions are the normality test, the multicollinearity test, the heteroscesdasticity test, and the autocorrelation test. From the f test obtained f count > f table, i.e. 294,947 > 2,01 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, this right mean that there was a significant influence of the vVariabels of building maintenance (X) on the convinience of working (Y) together. from the test it was found that each vVariabel X1 to X11 produced a value of t arithmetic > t table and significant value < 0,05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. So each building maintenance vVariabel (X) had an influence on work comfort (Y). Value of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0,994 or 99,4%. The most dominant maintenance vVariabel  in influencing building maintenance was ceiling maintenance vVariabel with beta value (β) = 0,186

    A Combination of Classifiers for Named Entity Recognition on Transcription

    Abstract. This paper presents a Named Entity Recognition (NER) system on broadcast news transcription where two different classifiers are set up in a loop so that the output of one of the classifiers is exploited by the other to refine its decision. The approach we followed is similar to that used in Typhoon, which is a NER system designed for newspaper articles; in that respect, one of the dis-tinguishing features of our approach is the use of Conditional Random Fields in place of Hidden Markov Models. To make the second classifier we extracted sentences from a large unlabelled corpus. Another relevant feature is instead strictly related to transcription annotations. Transcriptions lack orthographic and punctuation information and this typically results in poor performance. As a result, an additional module for case and punctuation restoration has been de-veloped. This paper describes the system and reports its performance which is evaluated by taking part in Evalita 2011 in the task of Named Entity Recogni-tion on Transcribed Broadcast News. In addition, the Evalita 2009 dataset, con-sisting of newspapers articles, is used to present a comparative analysis by ex-tracting named entities from newspapers and broadcast news
