    Human is faced towards various decisions in terms of consumption. Deciding on consumption activities needs guidance, therefore the decisions could become more rational to do. Nowadays, the majority of students can access social media on their cell phones to consume any products, however this condition shifts from what they need to what they desire or want. The majority of students are lack of careful consideration in consuming products.     ABSTRAK Manusia melakukan keputusan dalam berkonsumsi sehari-hari dan memerlukan pedoman agar keputusan yang diambi ladalah keputusan rasional. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai penerapan prinsip ekonomi kegiatan konsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kecerdasan emosi remaja terhadap penerapan prinsip ekonomi kegiatan konsumsi (2) pengaruh respon iklan di media sosial terhadap penerapan prinsip ekonomi kegiatan konsumsi dan (3) pengaruh kecerdasan emosiremaja dan respon iklan di media sosial terhadap penerapan prinsip ekonomi kegiatan konsumsi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanasi untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosi dan respon iklan di media sosial terhadap penerapan prinsip ekonomi kegiatan konsumsi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket kepada 105 sampel siswa. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda program SPSS Versi 22.Hasil uji analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1)kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh terhadap penerapan prinsip ekonomi kegiatan konsumsi sebesar 8,4% (2) respon iklan di media sosial berpengaruh terhadap penerapan prinsip ekonomi kegiatan konsumsi sebesar 8,1% (3) kecerdasan emosi dan respon iklan di media sosial berpengaruh terhadap penerapan prinsip ekonomi kegiatan konsumsi sebesar 16,5%.Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan: (1) kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh terhadap penerapan prinsip ekonomi kegiatan konsumsi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen, (2) respon iklan di media sosial berpengaruh terhadap penerapan prinsip ekonomi kegiatan konsumsi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen, (3) kecerdasan emosi dan respon iklan di media sosial berpengaruh terhadap penerapan prinsip ekonomi kegiatan konsumsi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen. Di dalam penelitian ini penulis memberikan saran kepada: (1) guru matapelajaran ekonomi untuk membimbing siswa dalam memahami prinsip-prinsip dalam berkonsumsi, (2) sekolah mengoptimalkan peningkatan kecerdasan emosi siswa agar siswa mempunyai rasionalitas tinggi dalam mengambil keputusan dan melakukan pengawasan penggunaan telepongenggam, (3) peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan meneliti faktor-faktor lain yang lebih memengaruhi penerapan prinsip ekonomi konsumsi

    THE IMPACT OF REGIONAL AUTONOMY POLICY FOR ECONOMIC GROWTH IN EAST JAVA

    This study aims to determine the effect of local revenue, general allocation funds and special allocation funds to local spending and economic growth as well as to find out the possibility of Flypaper Effect on District/City shopping in East Java Province. The population in this study is all districts/cities located in East Java Province. Data analysis was performed by panel data regression using Eviews 8 and Microsoft Excel 2010 program. The results of this study indicate that local revenues, general allocation funds, and special allocation funds have a positive and significant impact on district/city expenditure in East Java. Local revenues, general allocation funds, and special allocation funds have a positive and significant impact on the economic growth of districts/cities in East Java Province. While variable of regional expenditure has negative and significant influence on economic growth of district/city in East Java Province. Local revenues, general allocation funds and special allocation funds indirectly through regional expenditures on district economic growth in East Java Province are negative and regional expenditures are not proven to be intermediate variables. Value of Coefficient of General Allocation Fund and Special Allocation Fund is bigger than the value of the original revenue coefficient so that it can be said that there has been Flypaper Effect on the expenditure of District/City in East Java Province in 2010-2014
