Trimethoprim dozunun ve uygulama süresinin artırılması satellit assosiasyonları oranlarını etkilememektedir.3042 metaphases from 5 normal individuals with control groups were evaluated in in-vitro studies, where 8, 35 and 60 ng/ml doses of trimethoprim were administrated for 6, 24 and 48 hours. Evaluation of the results showed that the increases in the dosage and duration of administration of trimethoprim, in creased the formation of aberration consisting metaphases. Structural chromosome aberrations are influenced by the of increases in dosage. While the ratio total structural aberrations to the number of metaphases examined was 1.72 % in control groupp, it was 7.33 % in 8jug/ml group, 11.29 % in 35 jug/ml group, and rises up to 14.49 % in 60jug/ml group. In addition, due to the increases in dosage, there was an increase in structural aber ration varieties,- quantities and qualities. Increases in dosage does not affect the poliploid cell formation and among the administration durations, only 48 hour administration has raised the poliploid cell quantity. Mitotic index is affected by the increases in dosage and while number of cells seen during mitosis in 1000 cell3 is 24.20 in control groups, it decreased to 21.20 in 8 jug/ml group, to 20.80 in 35yug/ral group and to 13.60 in 60/ig/ml group. Mo correlation between satellite association ratio and increase in trimethoprim dosage and duration of administration has been determined

This study, investigates the Mawlawi Culture in Turkey based on Mawlana and his teachings in the context of cultural industry which was introduced by doctrinaires of Frankfurt School. It aims to examine, the economic, political and social dimensions of reproducing the Mawlawi Culture in a critical perspective. This research was done through the method of literatüre review and discourse analysis. In the outcome it is stated that, in an international scope cultural industry, transforms Mawlana into a producible, distributable, consumable artificial and imitation merchandise and reshapes it as economic, political and ideological devices.Products of popular culture, media and commercials are some of the elements of reproducing Mawlana in international economics and politics and manipulation of public opinion.ÖZET, I -- ABSTRACT, II -- ÖNSÖZ, IV -- İÇİNDEKİLER, V -- TABLO LİSTESİ, VII -- KISALTMALAR, VIII -- GİRİŞ, 1 -- BİRİNCİ BÖLÜM -- 1. The AWL, though, has been criticised for failing to take sufficientaccount of disciplinary variation, and for relying on the archaic GeneralService List (West, 1953). This study, therefore, describes the process ofusing readily available online resources to develop an academic word list thatis subject-specific, and based on the New General Service List (Browne,Culligan, & Phillips, 2014). The resulting list, the Economics AcademicWord List (EAWL), comprises 887 words (or 1,763 word forms), which cover up to5.6% of texts both received and produced by university-level economicsstudents. It is argued that, in comparison with generic academic word lists, the EAWL serves as a better reference for developing the academic language ofthe economics discourse community. This leads to a series of implications andthe introduction of a dedicated EAWL website, hosting a range of ready-madeteaching-learning materials.","container-title":"Journal ofAcademic Language andLearning","ISSN":"1835-5196","issue":"1","language":"en","license":"Copyright(c)","note":"number:1","page":"A28-A87","source":"journal.aall.org.au","title":"AnEconomics Academic Word List (EAWL): Using online resources to develop asubject-specific word list and associated teaching-learningmaterials","title-short":"An Economics Academic Word List(EAWL)","volume":"13","author":[{"family":"O'Flynn","given":"JamesAdam"}],"issued":{"date-parts":[["2019",8,11]]}}},{"id":136,"uris":["http://zotero.org/users/10014117/items/Q2YV3MF9"],"itemData":{"id":136,"type":"article-journal","abstract":"Thiscorpus-based lexical study aims to explore the most frequently-used nursingacademic vocabulary across different sub-disciplines in the nursing field. A number of key findings emerge. First,cross-disciplinary collocations differ in type from the collocations on whichmost researchers have traditionally focused in that they tend not to becombinations of two lexical words, but rather pairings of one lexical and onegrammatical word. Second, most of the words which are found in academiccollocations are not found on Coxhead’s influential Academic Word List. This,it is argued, reflects a serious methodological weakness in Coxhead’s listing.Third, the vocabulary needs of students in the arts and humanities are characteristicallydifferent from those of students in other disciplines. Anthology is mean : “Works which was chosen from a few author.” in our current dictionary. Pavel Nikolayeviç Medvedev ve Edebiyat Araştırmalarında Biçimsel Yöntem: Sosyolojik Şiir Poetikasına Eleştirel Bir Giriş

Pavel Nikolayevich Medvedev (1892-1938), a Russian theorist, literary historian, and critic, was a highly qualified intellectual who was part of the "Bakhtin Circle." He also worked as a professor at St. Petersburg University. Medvedev was one of the founders of the Vitebsk "Cultural Renaissance", which was an intellectual movement in Russian thought during the 1910s and 1920s. Apart from his work in science and philosophy, he was also interested in the phenomenon of the St. Petersburg Traveling Theatre, which had a carnival-like structure. Medvedev was friends with social activist Mikhail Bakhtin, as well as Boris Pasternak and Fyodor Sologub. His friend Pasternak, who opposed the Soviet regime, was the author of the famous novel Doctor Zhivago, which contradicted the official artistic views. Fyodor Sologub, on the other hand, spent many years in exile in the provinces and, through works such as Bad Dreams, The Little Devil, and The Created Legend, introduced the morbid, cynical elements of European Fin de siècle (referencing social decay, boredom, cynicism, pessimism, the end of the century, and the collapse of civilization) into Russian prose. After the 1917 revolution, Medvedev held various government positions in the fields of education and publishing, publishing many of his writings on literary, sociological, and linguistic topics. Due to his dissenting views, Medvedev was arrested during the purges of the 1930s. Shortly after being detained by Joseph Stalin's regime, he disappeared. It was later discovered that he had been shot in the head and killed on July 17, 1938. This article will discuss Medvedev’s formal method in literary research and his critical views on the sociological poetics of poetry.

Purpose: Amputations are a common surgical procedure resulting from trauma during earthquakes, leading to severe disability. This study aims to investigate surgical outcomes specific to amputations that occurred in Adıyaman after the Kahramanmaraş earthquakes. Methods: This descriptive study included amputees who presented to Adıyaman University Training and Research Hospital. Between March 6, 2024 and March 29, 2024, amputees were contacted by phone and asked the questions in the form. Data analyzed included demographic information, number and level of amputated extremities, phantom limb pain, stump infection, extrication time, time to initiation of rehabilitation, number of revision, and whether a prosthesis was fitted. Results: The study reached 75 amputees. The mean age was 37.9 ± 19.2, and the most frequently amputated age group was adults. Stump infection was observed in 40 amputees (53.3%), phantom limb pain in 47 (62.6%), and revision in 29 (38.7%). The median extrication time was 36 h and initiation of rehabilitation time was 45 days. It was noted that 35 amputees (62.5%) used prostheses. A statistically significant relationship was found between fasciotomy and stump infection (p =.000). Infection was detected in 65% of those who underwent fasciotomy. Conclusion: Earthquake-related amputations most frequently affected the adult age group and primarily involved lower extremity amputations, such as transfemoral and transtibial amputations. Phantom limb pain, need for revision, and infection are common in earthquake-induced amputations. Delayed fasciotomy increases the risk of stump infection. The data obtained in this study will help plan local health services to coordinate amputation care in disasters. © The Author(s) under exclusive licence to SICOT aisbl 2024
