No full textTulisan Tabarani dalam studi terakhir dari sepuluh bukunya tidak pernah menggambarkan dari Sepuluh hadits, yang tidak pernah mutlak lemah dari perawinya.Adapun hadis kesebelas, dia membuatnya menjadi sahih, dari wajah yang dia ambil, dari jalur Abdul Hamid Bin Essam Al-Jarjani, dan terkejut dengan narasi unik dari ceramah Abu Dawud Al-Tailasi, dari bagian Ibn al-Hajjaj, dan mengoreksinya karena ia mengikuti dua jalur dari Abdul Malik bin dan Ameer bin Sweid.Al-Tabarani dikejutkan oleh hadits yang ada satu kata ganti di dalamnya yang lemah, atau ini diriwayatkan oleh hadits dengan dokumen tanpa jaminan yang bertentangan dengan apa yang diriwayatkan oleh orang-orang yang dapat dipercaya, atau atas dukungannya.Dari berbagai cara, kecuali melalui belajar, Al-Tabarani menyadari sama sekali, bahkan jika Hadits adalah saksi, atau banyak bukti, dan ini berarti bahwa itu tidak menghitung bukti dalam penghakiman Hadis itu benar dan lemah, dan menunjukkan bahwa konsep keanehan absolut adalah dalam arti lemah. Dari cara dia meriwayatkannya, dan itu berbeda dengan konsep kaum modernis sejak kemunculan, bahkan sampai hari ini.

Materi dakwah merupakan suatu materi yang disampaikan
oleh seorang da’i kepada mad’u dalam proses dakwah yang berisi
dorongan kepada manusia untuk berbuat kebajikan dan mengikuti
petunjuk agama. Berdasarkan cara penyampaianya, materi dakwah
ini disampaikan lewat tatap muka yaitu melalui majelis taklim.
Waktu pelaksanaan kajian majelis taklim al-wafi yaitu setiap rabu
dan jum’at pada pukul 15.30-16.30 WIB. Materi direkam kemudian
diubah kedalam bentuk teks oleh peneliti. Rumusan masalah dalam
penelitian ini adalah bagaimana materi dakwah dalam majelis
taklim al wafi di masjid mukhlisin Lampung Barat. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan
materi dakwah dalam majelis taklim al wafi di masjid mukhlisin
lampung barat.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian
lapangan (field research). Dalam tinjauan analisis isi penelitian ini
menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk mencapai
penelitian diatas maka penulis menggunakan tipe penelitian analisis
isi deskriptif dengan teori Max Weber, analisis isi adalah sebuah
metode penelitian dengan menggunakan seperangkat prosedur
untuk membuat inferensi yang valid dari teks. Sumber data yang di
gunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data
primer diperoleh dari wawancara yang dilakukan kepada 2 ustadz
dan ketua majelis taklim al-wafi dan data sekunder diperoleh dari
buku, skripsi, jurnal, serta sumber relevan lainnya. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, wawancara
dan observasi.
Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah teks ceramah yang
disampaikan oleh da’i pada majelis taklim al wafi lampung barat
mencakup tiga kategori pesan dakwah yakni: Pesan akhlak
bertemakan cara mensyukuri kemerdekaan berkaitan dengan akhlak
agar kita selalu bersyukur terhadap allah swt atas segala nikmat
yang telah di berikan kepada bangsa Indonesia; Pesan aqidah
bertemakan sholat sebagai kewajiban menjelaskan tentang Orang
orang yang tidak mengerjakan sholat maka akan celaka dan rugi;
Pesan syariah Judi online perangkap setan menjelaskan tentang
perbuatan sia-sia yang dapat menjauhkan diri dari allah swt,
perbuatan judi konvensional atau pun judi online haram hukumnya
dalam islam.

Da'wah material is a da'wah material delivered by a da'i to
mad'u in the process of da'wah which contains encouragement to
people to do good deeds and follow religious instructions. Based
on the method of delivery, this da'wah material is delivered face to
face, namely through the taklim assembly every Wednesday and
Friday at the mukhlisin mosque with a duration of 60 minutes. The
material was recorded and then converted into text form by the
researcher. The formulation of the problem in this research is how
the preaching material in the al Wafi taklim assembly at the
Mukhlisin Mosque in West Lampung is carried out using content
analysis. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the
da'wah material in the al wafi taklim assembly at the Mukhlisin
Mosque in West Lampung.
The research method used is field research. In reviewing
the content analysis, this research uses a qualitative descriptive
research type. To achieve the research above, the author used a
descriptive content analysis research type using Max Weber's
theory. Content analysis is a research method that uses a set of
procedures to make valid inferences from the text. The data sources
used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data
sources were obtained from interviews conducted with 2 ustadz and
chairman of the al wafi taklim council and secondary data were
obtained from books, theses, journals and other relevant sources.
Data collection techniques use documentation, interviews and
observation methods.
The findings and discussion from this research can be seen
that the text of the lecture delivered by the preacher at the al Wafi
West Lampung assembly includes three categories of da'wah
messages, namely: Moral messages with the theme of how to be
grateful for independence related to morals so that we are always
grateful to Allah SWT for all the blessings which has been given to
the Indonesian people; The aqidah message with the theme of
prayer as an obligation explains that people who do not pray will
suffer harm and loss; The sharia message that online gambling is a
devil's trap explains about futile actions that can distance oneself
from Allah SWT, conventional gambling or online gambling is
haram in Islam.

Modeling of a Photovoltaic-Powered Electric Vehicle Charging Station with Vehicle-to-Grid Implementation
No full textThis paper is aimed at modelling of a distinct smart charging station for electric vehicles (EVs) that is suitable for DC quick EV charging while ensuring minimum stress on the power grid. Operation of the charging station is managed in such a way that it is either supplied by photovoltaic (PV) power or the power grid, and the vehicle-to-grid (V2G) is also implemented for improving the stability of the grid during peak load hours. The PV interfaced DC/DC converter and grid interfaced DC/AC bidirectional converter share a DC bus. A smooth transition of one operating mode to another demonstrates the effectiveness of the employed control strategy. Modelling and control of the different components are explained and are implemented in Simulink. Simulations illustrate the feasible behaviour of the charging station under all operating modes in terms of the four-way interaction among PV, EVs and the grid along with V2G operation. Additionally, a business model is discussed with comprehensive analysis of cost estimation for the deployment of charging facilities in a residential area. It has been recognized that EVs bring new opportunities in terms of providing regulation services and consumption flexibility by varying the recharging power at a certain time instant. The paper also discusses the potential financial incentives required to inspire EV owners for active participation in the demand response mechanism

No full textThe differences in dialects owned by the Arabs result in differences in the way the Qur'an is recited or often known as differences in qirā'at. When Muslims began to develop, the study of religious sciences also developed, such as the study of the verses of the Qur'an to be interpreted, when interpreting the verses of the Qur'an, many mufassirs have attention to differences in qirā' at, such as in the book of Tafsir al-Jalâlain. Problems arise when encountering the phrase wa fī qirā'atin in the book of Tafsīr al-Jalālain because it does not explain who is referred to in the phrase so that it does not know the status of the validity of the qirā'at, whether it is mutawatir, ahad or even syadz. This paper uses library research, while the data collection technique used is document review technique, then analyzed using descriptive analytical method, with a deductive mindset, namely looking for lafadz wa fī qirā'atin in the book of Tafsīr al-Jalālain in 30th Juz then looking for the status of qira`ah. The benefits of this research include introducing the imams of qirā'at and their positions, especially those contained in the memorization of wa fī qirā'atin in the book of Tafsīr al-Jalālain in juz 30. As for the results of this research paper, the author found the phrase wa fī qirā'atin in the book of Tafsīr al-Jalālain in the 30th Juz. imams who contained in it are imams of qira`ah arba`ah asyrah. Meanwhile, when viewed from the status of the authenticityof the qirā'at, it has a mutawatir status because in each lafadz it contains the name of one or more of the imams of the qira`ah sab`ah

No full textأهداف البحث: اشترع العلامة القرضاوي معالم وصوًى لتجديد المفاهيم والمصطلحات في عالم الوعي ومساحة السعي؛ تأصيلًا للتصورات وتنزيلًا للتصرفات، محتكمًا إلى منهجية علمية تستقرئ سياقات اللغة وتطورها التاريخي، وتستوعب نصوص الوحيين، واستعمالات التراث، وتستصحب مقاصد الشارع، وغايات الواضع، وتستجيب لإشكالات الواقع، وتستشرف تحديات المستقبل.
فهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان منهج القرضاوي في تجديد ثلاثة مفاهيم ومصطلحات، وهي: (التجديد، الأمة، الفقه)، ولتسليط الضوء على معانيها وآفاق تجديدها بنهج وسطي واستيعاب شمولي ونظر إبداعي؛ لينسج الباحثون والعلماء على ذات المنوال ويضيفون في هذه المسارات، استنادا إلى هذا المنهج الرحيب.
منهج الدراسة: اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي لتراث القرضاوي وكتبه ومحاضراته، والمنهج التحليلي لها.
النتائج: أبرز البحث منهج التجديد عند القرضاوي في المفاهيم، وبين محدداته ومعالمه، كما كشفت الدراسة شدة اهتمام الشيخ بحقل المفاهيم والمصطلحات تأصيلًا وتنزيلًا، ونقدًا وتجديدًا.
أصالة البحث: تحفل المكتبة الإسلامية بكتابات القرضاوي كما أن الكتابات والدراسات المتعلقة بفقهه ومشروعه الفكري تكاد تفوت الحصر، غير أن هذه الدراسة تركز على موضوع المفاهيم والمصطلحات، وتتخصص في مفاهيم نموذجية اشتغل عليها القرضاوي في مختلف مصنفاته، وتحليل منهج التجديد فيها.Objectives: Al-Qaraḍāwī established principles and guidelines for modernizing concepts and terminology, with the goal of fostering their sound understanding and effective application. His approach follows a systematic method that considers the context and historical development of language. He incorporates insights from the Qur’an and the Sunna, references traditional usage, and keeps the goals of the Sharia and the intentions of the lawgiver in mind. His methodology is responsive to current issues and looks ahead to future challenges. This study seeks to explore al-Qaraḍāwī’s approach to renewing three key concepts: ‘renewal’, ‘umma’ (the Islamic community), and ‘jurisprudence’. It aims to clarify their meanings and the potential for their renewal through a balanced approach that values both depth and creativity. The study intends to offer a model that researchers and scholars can use to further develop and expand these areas within an inclusive framework.Methodology: This study relies on an inductive approach to explore al-Qaraḍāwī’s legacy, including his books and lectures, as well as an analytical approach to examining these sources.Results: The article highlights al-Qaraḍāwī’s approach to renewal in conceptual terms, outlining its guidelines and characteristics. It also reveals his deep focus on terminology, emphasising foundational understanding, practical application, as well as critique and renewal.Originality: Although there is a wealth of Islamic scholarship on al-Qaraḍāwī’s jurisprudential and intellectual work, this study focuses on his approach to concepts and terminology. It examines crucial ideas he developed in his writings and how he approached updating them
