    Il libro comprende l'opera poetica integrale di Vittorio Reta: oltre a «Visas», infatti, apparso per Feltrinelli nel 1976, sono qui pubblicate per la prima volta più di sessanta poesie inedite, diverse per epoca e per connotazioni stilistiche. I testi sono introdotti da un ampio saggio storico-letterario ed ermeneutico e corredati da una nota filologica. Il libro offre anche una inedita documentazione fotografica dell'autore e un cd allegato con l'opera composta da Stefano Scodanibbio «Visas per Vittorio Reta», nata da una suggestione cui non è estraneo Edoardo Sanguineti.The book includes the integral poetic work of Vittorio Reta: in addition to «Visas», in fact, appeared for Feltrinelli in 1976, here are published for the first time more than sixty poems unpublished before, different by age and stylistic connotations. The texts are introduced by a large historical-literary and hermeneutic essay and accompanied by a philological note.     Aastal 1992 loodi erakapitalil põhinev osaühing, mis sai nimeks OÜ Reta Puit. Firma algusaastatel tegeldi põhiliselt puidukaubandusega. Aastatega on firma laienenud ja tegevusvaldkondki suurenenud. Tänaseks on OÜ Reta Puit tegevusaladeks metsaraie- ja kasvatustööd, kasvava metsa ja metsamaa ostmine, metsamaterjalide ost-müük, ümarmaterjali eksport, küttehalgude müük ning ettevõttele kuuluvas saeveskis saematerjali tootmine. 2008. aastal rajati saeveski, mille peamiseks eesmärgiks sai kohaliku turu varustamine saematerjaliga. Palkide lahtisaagimiseks rakendati ühelindilist lintsaagi ning materjali servamiseks ühekettalist seimerpinki. 2011. aasta sügisel algas saeveski juurdeehitus ning rekonstrueerimine. Lisaks olemasolevale lintsaele paigaldati tootmishoonesse uus kahelindiline lintsaag ning vana seimer asendati uue neljakettalise seimerpingiga. Lisaks ühendati lintsaed ning seimerpink piki- ning ristitransportöörliinidega üheks tervikuks ning lisati saematerjali sorteerimisliin. Magistritöö eesmärgiks on võrrelda saeveski tootmistehnoloogiat ning saematerjali väljatulekut enne ja pärast rekonstrueerimist. Tähelepanu pöörati ka tööseisakute esinemise põhjustele. 2011. aasta suvekuudel toimus tootmistehnoloogia ja palkide lahtisaagimise vaatlus ning üleskirjutuste tegemine. Võrdlusmomendi saamiseks toimiti samamoodi ka rekonstrueerimise järgsel 2012. aastal. Saematerjali saekavade väljatulekute alusel täheldati mõõtmistulemustest, et rekonstrueeritud saeveskis on tootmismaht ning saematerjali väljatulek suurenenud – rekonstrueerimine on olnud igati positiivne. Töö autori poolt on esitatud ettevõtte juhtkonnale ka soovituslikud ettepanekud edasise töö paremaks korraldamiseks, millest osa on juba rakendatud.OÜ Reta Puit, a private limited company based on private capital, was founded in 1992. At the beginning, timber trade was the main area of activity of the company. The company and the area of activity have grown over the years. Today, the areas of activity of OÜ Reta Puit are logging and silviculture, purchase of standing timber and forest land, purchase and sale of timber, export of roundwood material, sale of firewood and production of sawn timber. Sawmill was built in 2008, the primary purpose thereof was supplying the local market with sawn timber. A one-band bandsaw and one-disc edging saw were used. In the autumn of 2011, the extension and reconstruction of sawmill started. In addition to the existing bandsaw, a new two-band bandsaw was installed in the production building and the old edging saw was replaced with a new four-disc edging saw. Moreover, the bandsaws and the edging saw were attached and they formed a whole with the longitudinal and perpendicular conveyor lines, and the sorting line of the sawn timber was added. The purpose of the Master's thesis is to compare the production technology of the sawmill and the yield of sawn timber before and after reconstruction. Attention was also paid to the reasons of work stoppages. In the summer of 2011, the inspection of production technology and sawing logs and the recordings were carried out. In order to compare the results the same actions were carried out in 2012 after the year of reconstruction. Based on the yields of the cutting patterns of the sawn timber, the measurement results showed that the production volume and yield of sawn timber increased in the reconstructed sawmill – it has been a positive reconstruction. The author of the thesis has also made recommended proposals to the management of the company for better organisation of the work, some of the proposals have already been put into practice

Bank Negara Indonesia kantor pusat Jakarta Pusat untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana implementasi digital jasa perbankan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Terlihat dari laporan tahunan dan wawancara internal, Bank Negara Indonesia telah mencapai target kinerja yang cukup baik dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan digital nasabahnya. The banking world must continue to innovate in improving the quality of its services to be able to compete and also answer the increasingly digital needs of society. The digitization of banking services is one strategy that can answer problems that occur in terms of improving the quality of banking services. In research conducted at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia head office in Central Jakarta to be able to find out how the digital implementation of banking services in improving service quality. As can be seen from the annual reports and internal interviews, Bank Negara Indonesia has achieved a fairly good performance target in meeting the digital needs of its customers. Based on the SWOT analysis used by the author, there are several obstacles faced in implementing the digitalization strategy of banking services such as legacy IT systems, a work culture that has not gone digital and poor coordination between divisions that handle digitization at BNI.     Determination of the Upper Limit Age of Jatropha Curcas Plantation for Optimum Yield Production

    Jatropha curcas (L.) provenances were grown to determine the upper limit age for maximum seed yield production.  The study had been conducted at Shewa robit district in the lowland areas of the North Shewa zone.  In this study, fourteen Jatropha curcas provenances had been collected from different parts of Ethiopia. Sixteen plants per plot had been planted in a randomized complete block design with three replications. The survival rate, number of branches, seed yields and growth parameter data had been collected from those plants. Survival rate ranged from 85-100%; root collar diameter was ranged between11.80 cm and 13.51 cm at the age of six years.  The maximum and minimum plant heights were 281.96 cm and 233.88 cm, respectively, at the age of five years after planting. Those different traits of Jatropha curcas indicated that statistically insignificant difference (p>0.05) except the seed yield of Cheffa provenance was significantly highest at the age of four years. The maximum seed yield (cheffa) was 38.837 ton/ha/year, and the minimum was 9.016 ton/ha/year (Jewuha) within the same year. All Jatropha curcas provenances seed yield was maximum at the age of four years and declined after six years of age

    BackgroundStigma towards people with mental illness (PWMI) can result in low self-esteem and isolation and threaten employment. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the magnitude of public stigma against PWMI and factors associated with it among Jimma town residents.MethodsA community-based, cross-sectional, descriptive study was conducted in adult residents of Jimma town. Data were collected among 820 randomly selected residents with the interviewer-administered Community Attitudes toward the Mentally Ill (CAMI) scale. Linear regression analyses were performed to identify predictors of stigma against PWMI.ResultA total of 444 (54%) of the 820 respondents were females, and the mean (SD) age was 35 (8.5) years. The minimum and maximum possible values on each CAMI subscale were 10 and 50, respectively. The respondents had high scores for a stigmatizing attitude towards PWMI across all the subscales, as indicated by the mean (SD) scores: authoritarianism, 27.17 (4.96); social restrictiveness, 32.41 (4.20); benevolence, 35.34 (4.42); and community-based mental health ideology, 33.95 (5.82). Compared to housewives, private organization employees showed more autocratic and socially restrictive views (std. β = 1.12, PConclusionThe study revealed that a negative attitude towards PWMI is widespread. Therefore, there is a need to develop strategies to fight the stigma attached to PWMI at the community level

    AbstractNarratives have always been integral to Indigenous knowledge transfer. In this autoethnography the author shares her border crossings between her Indigenous knowledge systems and the often dominant Western knowledge system. Pertinent to these experiences are the stark contrasts that exist between the two knowledge systems and their educational goals. This paper opens up space for conversation amongst those educators who are keen to learn and enhance their teaching and learning experiences in schools, particularly of those students whose cultural background differs from their own.</jats:p

    Learning one's own indigenous language and culture as a second language learner within formal mainstream education settings can pose many challenges, especially for students who have been raised in the dominant first language and who are just beginning school. This paper discusses a Māori language resource used by a Māori immersion teacher to respond to these challenges. This resource utilises community support to develop students' phonological awareness while simultaneously increasing their oral language. This study shows that within a relatively short period of time, students' phonological knowledge improved along with their confidence and ability to speak in Māori. With these skills they were then able to progress more successfully to becoming literate in Māori, their second language
