KAJIAN STILISTIKA KUMPULAN PUISI "EMBUSAN ANGINMU" KARYA ENNY HIDAJATI
Abstract : Enny Hidajati is a lecturer and poet from Palembang. Enny was brn in Ngawi , East Java, on August, 26 1971. Enny has her own style (stylistic) which is very beaulful from the point of view of life. The collectionof poem studied is entitled “Embusan Anginmu” the problem studied in this study is how thestylistic styleof thecollectionof poems “Embusan Anginmu” is and how the leical, rhyming and figurative elements are. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the stylistic stylein the collection of poems “Embusan Anginmu”. This research is a library research using descriptive method. Theresearcher will eamine the poems in Enny’s poetry collection entitled “Embusan Anginmu” to determine the theme of each poem, then they will be grouped according to the predetermined theme. After than the researcher will choose one of each poem that has been determined according to their respectivethemes. Then the researcher will determine the elements in each poem, namely lexical elements, rhyme and figure of speech.

Abstrak : Enny Hidajati merupakan seorang dosen sekaligus penyair yang berasal dari Palembang. Enny lahir di Ngawi Jawa Timur, pada tanggal 26 Agustus 1971. Enny memiliki gaya bahasa (stilistika) tersendiri yang sangat indah dalam sudut pandang kehidupan. Kumpulan puisi yang diteliti berjudul “Embusan Anginmu” masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana gaya stilistika kumpulan puisi “Embusan Anginmu” dan bagaimana unsur leksikal, rima dan majasnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap gaya stilistika dalam kumpulan puisi tersebut dan menentukan unsur leksikal, rima dan majas yang ada di dalam kumpulan puisi “Embusan Anginmu”. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian perpustakaan dengan menggunakan metode deskripstif. Peneliti akan meneliti pisi-puisi yang ada didalam buku kumpulan puisi Enny yang berjudul “Embusan Anginmu”untuk menentukan tema pada tiap puisi, kemudian akan dikelompokkan sesuai dengan tema yang sudah ditentukan. Setelah itu peneliti akan memilih satu dari setiap puisi yang sudah ditentukan sesuai dengan temanya masing-masing. Kemudian peneliti akan menentukan unsur-unsur pada setiap puisi yakni unsur leksikal, rima dan majas.

Quality Control of Furniture Products With SQC and FMEA Methods at UD. XYZ
In the era of globalization, increasingly fierce industrial competition forces companies to improve product quality and production efficiency. This study is focused on UD. XYZ iron fabrication company, which experienced a bench product defect rate of 13.68%, exceeding the intended tolerance standard of 9%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality control processes of bench furniture products at UD. XYZ to reduce the defect rate. For this purpose the writer used the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methods. Based on the data obtained, there are six types of defects that occur during the production process of furniture bench products with the largest percentage of defects being missing color (19.9%), followed by broken bench pads (19.1%), and broken rubber feet (17.7%). Based on the RPN calculation, the first highest RPN is obtained for the type of missing color defect of 210, which is caused by the lack of worker accuracy. Second, the bench pad broke at 210, which is caused by the worker being too hard when hitting the bench pad. Third, the rubber foot broke by 180 which is caused by the worker hitting the rubber foot too hard. To reduce the defect rate it is recommended for the company management to provide more supervision and training to the workers.Keywords – Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Furniture, Statistic Quality Control, Quality Control

Analisi delle proprietà biomeccaniche dei tumori cerebrali - Impronta nanomeccanica di gliomi, meningiomi e tessuto cerebrale sano in microscopia a forza atomica
Il glioblastoma e il meningioma costituiscono i più frequenti tumori cerebrali rispettivamente maligni e benigni. Un ruolo chiave nella progressione di questi tumori è svolto da modificazioni nelle proprietà meccaniche delle cellule neoplastiche e della matrice extracellulare.
In questo studio sono state investigate con la microscopia a forza atomica (AFM) le proprietà nanomeccaniche di campioni tissutali di glioblastoma, di meningioma e di tessuto cerebrale sano prelevati in sede di asportazione chirurgica delle lesioni. I risultati emersi hanno permesso di identificare l’impronta nanomeccanica di ciascuno dei due tumori e del parenchima cerebrale sano. Questa caratterizzazione pone le basi per lo sviluppo di nuove metodiche diagnostiche basate sull’AFM in grado di identificare glioblastomi e meningiomi e stabilirne il grading, con importante valenza prognostica sul piano clinico.
In ambito neurochirurgico è di notevole rilevanza, per il glioblastoma, l’identificazione dei “margini” della lesione rispetto al parenchima cerebrale sano e, per il meningioma, l’individuazione delle lesioni dotate di un potenziale aggressivo e/o che abbiano infiltrato la dura madre. Sulla base dei risultati emersi, in futuro, l’uso di micro-AFM chirurgici intra-operatori potrebbe guidare il neurochirurgo nell’asportazione del principale e più aggressivo tumore cerebrale maligno, nonché orientarlo verso la radicalità della resezione in caso di meningiomi con caratteristiche aggressive, al fine di ridurre recidive e progressione neoplastica.
Infine, lo studio fornisce una descrizione di natura quantitativa delle modificazioni meccaniche della matrice extracellulare cerebrale indotte dal tumore, di potenziale aiuto nella ricerca di nuovi bersagli tumorali per lo sviluppo di strategie terapeutiche per la cura soprattutto del glioblastoma
Enny Parejo: Überlegungen zu ihrer pädagogischen Praxis als Musikpädagogin
O tema abordado no presente trabalho de conclusão de curso versa acerca das práticas
pedagógicas desenvolvidas pela educadora musical Enny Parejo em conexão com sua história
de vida. Localizar e atribuir os materiais da educadora abordada demonstrou ser relevante na
medida que se coloca em destaque a abordagem “Iniciação e Sensibilização Musical”, criada
por ela. Visa conhecer e estudar as práticas pedagógicas criadas por Enny Parejo para a
formação de educadores musicais e identificar as suas contribuições na área da educação
musical na contemporaneidade, evidenciando propostas que vão além das recorrentemente
mencionadas por educadores em cursos de Licenciatura em Música, como também, cursos para
formação continuada e capacitações. Para a abordagem destes assuntos foi utilizada a pesquisa
qualitativa configurando-se como estudo de caso e a elaboração da entrevista episódica. A
referida proposta didático-pedagógica se mostrou ser atual, visto que procura atender a
necessidades da sociedade contemporânea por meio de propostas que contribuem para o
desenvolvimento humano, além dos aspectos referentes à aprendizagem musical. Tendo em
vista a prática pedagógica de Enny Parejo como um novo paradigma filosófico possível para a
Educação Musical, pode-se enxergar em sua prática didática o estímulo da escuta musical
sensível como uma base importante para o desenvolvimento da expressão e aprendizagem
musical. Visando sua proposta de trabalho para formação de educadores, ela prepara o professor
para atuar expressiva e criativamente frente aos alunos e prepara um espaço de trocas e reflexão
sobre a própria prática, para que assim se possa repensar constantemente as necessidades
ligadas aos métodos de ensino e seu desenvolvimento.Abstract: The theme addressed in this course completion paper is about the pedagogical
practices developed by music educator Enny Parejo in connection with her life story. Locating
and attributing the materials of the educator in question proved to be relevant to the extent
that the "Music Initiation and Sensitization" approach, created by her, is highlighted. The
objective was to get to know and study the pedagogical practices created by Enny Parejo for
the formation of music educators and to identify her contributions in the area of contemporary
music education, evidencing proposals that go beyond those recurrently mentioned by
educators in Music Education courses, as well as courses for continued education and training.
In order to approach these issues, qualitative research was used, being configured as a case
study, as well as the elaboration of an episodic interview. This didactic-pedagogical proposal
proved to be up to date, since it seeks to meet the needs of contemporary society by means of
proposals that contribute to human development, besides the aspects related to musical
learning. By presenting her pedagogical practice as a possible new philosophical paradigm
for Music Education, one can see in her didactic practice the stimulus of sensitive musical
listening as an important basis for the development of musical expression and learning. In her
work proposal for the formation of educators, she aims at preparing the teacher to act
expressively and creatively in front of the students, providing a space for exchange and
reflection on one's own practice, so that one can constantly rethink the needs related to

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
