No full textInjeksi larutan papain sebelum pemotongan pada hewan yang masih hidup merupakan metode yang efektif untuk mengempukkan daging, karena distribusi enzim merata pada seluruh jaringan otot. Papain ini bekerja terus-menerus sehingga menyebabkan pelunakari yang berlebihan pada daging jika tidak segera dikonsumsi. Untuk itulah diperlukan inhibitor.
Dalam penelitian ini digunakan asam askorbat
sebagai inhibitor, yang diinjeksikan sebanyak 10 % berat daging yang menglIndung papain, pada konsentlEasi asam askorbat 2,5.10 M ; .2,5.10 M, dan 2,5.10 M dengan waktu inkubasi 0 sampai 5 jam pada temperatur 4 C.
Berdasarkan penelitian ini asam askorbat mempunyai efek penghambatan pada aktivitas papain, yang diperlihatkan dengan inenurunnya kadar protein terlarut daging setelah penambahan asam askorbat. Bertapbahnya konsentrasi asam askorbat berturut-turut 2,5.10 M ;
2,5.104 M, dan 2,5.10 M memperlihatkan penurunan
aktivitas papain.

This study examines imperative speech politeness in the Indonesia Lawyers Club event in August 2020. The problems in this study are: (1) What are the types of imperative speech in the Indonesia Lawyers Club event in August 2020. (2) What are the maxims of politeness principles in each imperative speech? in the Indonesia Lawyers Club event in August 2020. This study aims to (1) describe, analyze, interpret, and conclude the types of imperative speech in the Indonesia Lawyers Club event in August 2020. (2) Describe, analyze, interpret, and conclude the maxims the principle of politeness in every imperative speech at the Indonesia Lawyers Club event in August 2020. The approach that the author uses in this study is a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques used by the author in order to collect data, namely by using documentation, listening and note-taking techniques. As a reference, the author uses the theory proposed by Rahardi (2005:50). Types of imperative speech in the Indonesia Lawyers Club event in August 2020 the authors found 50 imperative speeches, including, 12 ordinary imperative speeches, 8 request imperative utterances, 11 permission imperative utterances, 11 invitation imperative utterances and 8 orders imperative utterances. The maxim of politeness principles contained in every imperative utterance at the Indonesia Lawyers Club event in August 2020 the authors found 22 imperative utterances containing the maxims of politeness principles, including, 11 maxims of wisdom, 4 maxims of generosity, 2 maxims of appreciation, 4 maxims of consensus and 1 maxim sympathy maxim of sympathy used in imperative sentences spoken by the teacher amounted to 2 speech data.

The problem raised in this study is, how is the structure of the single sentence contained in the Riau Malay dialect of Kampar in Pulau Birandang Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. The theory that the author uses in this study is the theory of Alwi, et al. (2003). The method that the author uses in this research is descriptive method. The results obtained in the single sentence structure of Riau Malay dialect of Kampar Island, Birandang Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency, namely the sentences obtained were one hundred and fifteen single sentences consisting of twenty-four verbal predicated sentences of the type of transverse sentence, for example: we want to mancai palm jo, mancai means to search using the prefix me-, the sentence with the adjective predicate consists of forty-eight sentences, for example: inyo nak nio yaŋ goda means he wants something big, the word big indicates that the predicate is an adjective, the sentence with a nominal predicate consists of twenty example sentences: jomu clothes den ha means I want to dry clothes, the word clothes shows that the predicate is a noun, a sentence with a numeral predicate consists of twenty-three sentences, for example: den ko tuao badiadiok means I have seven siblings, the word ungu indicates that the predicate is a number

There have been several research studies that discussed verb phrases. But only some researchers analyse the X-bar theory concerning regional languages in Riau. The author attempts to demonstrate the structure of verb phrase in the Malay dialect of Kampar by using the X-bar theory.This study aims to find and analyse the rules structuring verb phrases contained in the Malay dialect of Kampar. This research was conducted through a field observation by using the descriptive method. According to the findings of the study, it is found that the principles for creating verb phrase structures in Kampar dialect were. 1) FV ---> V+N, ŋikIʸ umpʷIɁ ‘(me)motong rumput’/ Cut the grass; 2) FV ---> V+Spes, bagoɣaɁ lo ‘memasak’/ cook; 3) FV ---> Spes+V, ola makan ‘sudah makan’/ have got the food; 4) FV ---> NEG+V+Spes, ndaɁ dataŋ do ‘tidak datang’/ did not come; 5) FV ---> V+V, paʸ makan ‘pergi makan’/ get to eat; 6) FV ---> Adj+V, paya ŋasʷoňo ‘susah mengasuhnya/menjaganya’/ its hard to take care of; and 7) FV ---> V, motoŋ ‘menoreh/menyadap karet’/ tap the rubber.

No full textThe analysis of language errors which is the focus of this research is seen in the 2013 Curriculum Indonesian Book Class XI Published by the Ministry of Education and Culture 2016, the author still finds errors in it both at the morphological level and at the syntactic level. The problems in this study are (1) how are the language errors at the morphological level contained in the 2013 Curriculum Indonesian Language Textbook Class XI Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture 2016?, (2) What are the syntactic language errors found in the 2013 Curriculum Indonesian Language Textbook Class XI published by the Ministry of Education and Culture? 2016?. The theory used was proposed by Setyawati (2010). The method used is content analysis, which is in the form of a description of the data and analyzed. The approach used in this research is qualitative, namely the author presents the data by taking into account the aspects of quality and quality under study. No full textThe Indonesian phrase structure is a group of words that are a functional part of a long speech. In print media, such as books, there are words that are arranged using a phrase structure. The author chose the object of Chairil Anwar's poetry collection because in the poem there are poems composed of phrases. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze nominal phrases, verbal phrases, adjective phrases, prepositional phrases and numeral phrases contained in the book collection of poems Aku Ini Binatang Jalang by Chairil Anwar. The theory used in this study refers to various theories put forward by Sulistyowati (2013), Ramlan (2014), as well as other supporting theories. The method used is descriptive method. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. This type of research is a library. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques and hermeneutic techniques. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that 1) the nominal phrase structure consists of N1 + N2, N + V, V + N, Adj + N, N + Adj, Adv + N, and N + Pron. An example of a nominal phrase structure is up (N1) + dust (N2). 2) the structure of the verbal phrase consists of V1 + V2, V + N, Adv + V. No full textProductive language activities are activities of conveying ideas, thoughts or feelings carried out by the narrator, in this case the author, in writing activities, language structures. This research uses pre-experimental quantitative research on a population of 40 students. Sampling is a sampling technique where the researcher selects several members of the population randomly based on several criteria. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the simultaneous influence of digital storytelling on narrative writing is 0.00 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 71.070 > F table 3.01 so it can be concluded that digital storytelling is accepted, which means there is a simultaneous positive influence on narrative writing. . This is also shown by the pre-test and post-test carried out by class 8A MTS Plus Nabawi students. This was marked by an increase in the average student score of 8A on the test carried out

After that, she was transferred to Tomoe Gakuen. There, she felt comfortable and
happy. Everything about Tomoe Gakuen is different from any other school in
Japan. That amazed Totto-chan. She enjoyed every single day of school life in
Tomoe.
This research is aimed at determine Totto-chan�s cognitive development
and the factors that influence it. Because of that, the author used Jean Piaget�s
