MANAJAMEN STRATEGIK REKRUTMEN PESERTA DIDIK BARU DI MA NAHDLOTUL MUSLIMIN UNDAAN KUDUS
No full textTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen strategik rekrutmen peserta didik baru di MA Nahdlotul Muslimin Undaan Kudus. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif perspektif naturalistik (naturalistic inquiry). Penelitian ini berlangsung di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlotul Muslimin Undaan Kudus. Adapun pertimbangan untuk memilih lokasi ini, karena merupakan lembaga pendidikan swasta yang memiliki peserta didik yang relative stabil pada setiap tahun ajaran baru, juga karena kemudahan akses untuk melakukan penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga teknik, yaitu: (1) Wawancara mendalam (indepth inteview); (2) Observasi partisipan (participant observation); dan (3) Studi dokumentasi (study of documentation). Dalam melakukan analisis data, peneliti melakukan analisis model interaktif yang dipelopori oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu: (1) Reduksi data, (2) Penyajian data, dan (3) Penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa manajemen strategik yang dilakukan adalah, pertama dalam kegiatan PPDB dilakukan secara bersama dengan Madrasah Tsanawiyah karena satu yayasan. Kedua, murid kelas IX diberi kemudahan apabila mau melanjutkan ke MA, seperti proses pendaftaran, peluang beasiswa dan lain-lain. Ketiga, memanfaatkan kharisma kyai dan ulama pendiri yayasan, dan keempat, dalam hal rekrutmen tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, mempetimbangkan juga faktor domisili, karena yang bersangkutan nantinya adalah kepanjangan informasi madrasah, khususnya pada saat PPDB

Get PDFThis paper intends to unravel the leadership internal conflict that generally happened in all State Islamic College in Indonesia, especially in the institutions named Institute (IAIN) and high school (STAIN). These issues was revealed by using case study. The selected case is STAIN Kudus in Central Java. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation study. The data was then analyzed using Miles and Huberman interactive model and based on the theory of transactional leadership proposed by Yulk (1998), the theory of effective leadership from Razik (1995) and models of leadership (Muhammad SAW) of Islam. The results showed that internal leadership conflicts that occurred in STAIN Kudus is the impact of \u27direct election\u27 mechanism in selecting the chairman in the late 2005. The battle between the winning and losing camps continues to become a long-drawn leadership internal conflicts. The conflicts apparently decrease the performance of the lecturers. It is characterized by shifting the focus of the lecturers‟s performances from academic to political performance

It is about the exist of the Madrasah, Islamic School. It is viewed as an organization which haven’t give a good solution for both trouble in society; piss-poor and jobless. We use qualitative approach, interview, and collecting data technique to get data for this study. The results are: first, to reject arguments that the Madrasah graduation is only clever on religion, Madrasah Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Gabus Pati do gardening extracurricular to develop students’ life skill. This step makes the students develop their human talent in a maximum way and they have something to stand on the society. Second, there are a balance between life skill development through gardening activities with core curriculum that learnt in the class. As the Qur’an Hadist philosophy; the gardening techniqueare the practices from science teory and the gardening managing are the practises from Sociology teories

Budaya tinggi dan rendah, kemajuan atau kemunduran suatu masyarakat dan tingkat budaya negara sangat tergantung pada pendidikan dan pengajaran yang diberikan oleh guru. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana cara memperbaiki kualitas mengajar guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dengan menggunakan metode library reasearch. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil bahwa cara yang efektif dari pemerintah untuk memperbaiki kualitas mengajar guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) adalah dengan memberikan mereka apresiasi atau penghargaan berupa sertifikasi guru. Sertifikasi ini merupakan bukti formal pengakuan formalitas guru yang diberikan kepada guru sebagai tenaga profesional. Untuk itu, gurupun diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalitasnya.kata kunci: kualitas, guru, PAITeacher as educator is someone who gives contribution to the society in a country. The culture level and the progress of society lie on the education quality. It can not be separated from teachers’ role. The aim of this study was discussing and finding the way how to improve the Islamic Education teachers’ quality. The method used in this study was library research. Based on the data analysis, the result showed that the effective way from government to improve the Islamic Education teachers’ quality is giving the appreciation. That appreciation is in the form of teachers’ certification. It can be the formal proof that the government acknowledge them as professional personnel.
