This study aimed to determine the role of TQM in influencing the quality of HR
employees of PT. BFI Finance Tbk. Solo Branch. The population in this study were all employees,
while the total study sample of 40 people and using the technique of saturated samples. In this
study using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of studies using multiple
regression analysis linieer known that the variable role of employee and organizational aspects
have a significant influence on the variable quality of human resources. While the dominant
variable in the study is the role of the employee variable, it can be seen from the magnitude of the
beta coefficient greater than the other independent variables
Analisis Pengaruh Sistem Keamanan Informasi Perbankan Pada Nasabah Pengguna Internet Banking
A secure banking world service is an absolute requirement to compete competitively in today\u27s digital age. Information system security in banking services transaction especially Internet Banking features become very important to support accountable service. In the information security system or computer there are 3 dimensions are assessed, namely confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The three dimensions applied to the respondents of employees of PT. XYZ Salatiga using Forum Group Discussion (FGD) technique. The results of this study show that most of the employees of PT. XYY Salatiga of 80%, stated that the availability dimension with the access speed indicator is the most affect the security of information system of Internet Banking feature. This can be a recommendation for Bank BCA in terms of increasing data security especially related to Internet Banking.

Café-Relevant Value and Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention: Empirical Study of Local Brand Cafe
The importance of this study is discussed to determine the intensity of purchases resulting from cafe-relevant value, as well as the impact of brand awareness through e-wom. Two hundred forty-six respondents were used as coffee lovers in cafes, most used questionnaires and interviews as data collection methodologies. This study analyzed data from e-WOM-mediated path analysis on purchase intention using SEM-PLS multiple path analysis. The research findings have a positive relationship between cafe relevant value and brand awareness in influencing e-wom and a direct positive contribution between café-relevant value and brand awareness on purchase intention. So, it is proven that e-wom has the potential to increase the intensity of coffee purchases in cafes
Analisis Pemetaan Jaringan Komunikasi Karyawan Menggunakan Social Network Analysis pada Perusahaan Multifinance
Business development in the financial services sector improved competition among companies to give the best service to their customers. Having reliable services with a good communication network in the organization is the critical success of the company. This study aims to find the actors or people who influence organizations through formal and informal communication networks using Social Network Analysis (SNA). Information on casual and formal communication networks can be used by the HR department to measure the level of the social relationship of all employees that can improve their performance in the company. The author researched PT. BFI Salatiga. The results showed that tissue density was below 50% so that relationships were considered weak. The most dominant actor in degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality is the actor id#24 and id#29 from the collection division, actor id#27 from the operation division and actor id#30 from the credit division.Business development in the financial services sector improved competition among companies to give the best service to their customers. This research technique uses interviews. Interviews were conducted with several UMKM in Tingkir Lor Village who are customers in Islamic Banking, and 1 (one) mantri at Bank Muamalat KCP Salatiga. However, in this study, the researcher will also use the literature study method or the method of using document materials, because the researcher does not directly examine and process the data obtained from the respondents themselves but examines and copies the data or documents produced by other parties. In addition to supporting the results of the interview, it is also used to describe in general the real role of Islamic banking towards UMKM
Pemetaan Persebaran Nasabah Kredit Macet Perusahaan Multifinance: Studi Kasus PT. XYZ Cabang Salatiga
A financing company is a business institution that runs financing activity in procurement of goods and or services (POJK No. 29/2014). Financing company development in urban area, especially in Salatiga area has been experiencing great progress, as a numerous financing companies have opened their branches in Salatiga. The research aims to classify PT. XYZ Finance Salatiga branch customer distribution by using Geographical Information System that it is practical for the company to determine potential market in order to grow the number of potential customer. Within the research there are GIS activity steps that cover arranging spatial and non spatial demography data of Salatiga and customers distribution region’s description in Salatiga. Bad credits distribution in PT. XYZ Salatiga branch has its biggest percentage in Argomulyo district that almost reach 51% from total credit plafond (outstanding principal) given. The research result will be able to help the company to make business decision related to determining the eligibility of prospective customers.

World economic conditions changed in early 2020, where the Covid-19 pandemic made several countries in the world experience recession. Indonesia has also experienced the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially small businesses or SMEs which are the main pillars of the national economy. The community service webinar entitled business and business dynamics in the new normal era is expected to provide an overview for employers as well as workers or employees who have experienced termination of employment and can take various business opportunities that can be used as solutions to survive. Community service activities in the form of webinars were attended by up to 350 participants from various elements such as entrepreneurs, academics, students, and the general public. The resource persons consisted of four people with backgrounds of entrepreneurs, professionals and academics who provided material exposures about the business world in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic
THE ROLE OF FINANCIAL LITERATURE THROUGH DIGITAL FINANCIAL INNOVATION ON FINANCIAL INCLUSION (CASE STUDY OF MSMES IN SALATIGA CITY)
The research conducted analyzes the effect of the relationship between financial literacy and the accessibility of digital financial innovation on financial inclusion, financial literacy on digital financial innovation and moderating the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion through digital financial innovation. The study used a non-random sampling technique that was taken as many as 40 MSME actors and the technique of distributing questionnaires was convenience sampling. Completion of the multiple linear regression model and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) interaction test. The results obtained that financial literacy and accessibility of digital financial innovations have a significant effect on financial inclusion, financial literacy has a significant effect on digital financial innovation. The research findings show the high level of financial literacy of the community and MSME actors as well as digital and financial technology literacy behaviors and attitudes, making it easier to promote the use of digital financial innovation products so that they can expand financial inclusion. Meanwhile, digital financial innovation information does not have a direct role in mediating the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion
THE PHENOMENON OF IMPULSE BUYING IN E-COMMERCE: THE ROLE OF SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING, INFLUENCER REPUTATION, AND PRICE DISCOUNTS ON SHOPEE
Impulse buying refers to an action of purchasing a service or product without prior planning. An emotion over a long period of time about a particular service or product, or influence from other products, can serve as triggers to make such purchases. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of social media marketing, influencer\u27s reputation, and price discounts related to the application of Shopee on Impulse Buying Behavior of Generation Z in Semarang Regency, especially Ungaran Subdistrict. This research employs a quantitative approach where social media marketing, influencer\u27s reputation, and price discount serve as independent variables while Impulse Buying is the dependent variable. The respondents in this case are limited to generation Z, with a total sample size of 50. Data collection employs questionnaires evaluated on five parameter likert scales. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis which was processed with SmartPLS 4.0 software for data processing and was executed in two steps: outer model and then inner model. The tests were conducted through the steps discriminant validity, composite reliability, classic assumption testing, hypothesis testing, t-test, and F-test. It has been found that the independent factors Social Media Marketing, Influencer\u27s Reputation, Price Discount have a positive and significant impact on the dependent factor of Impulse Buying. From testing the F test we also found that the independent factors of Social Media Marketing, Influencer\u27s Reputation, Price Discount also have a simultaneous impact on the dependent factor Impulse Buying
ANALYSIS OF E-COMMERCE CONSUMER SATISFACTION LEVEL WITH THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) APPROACH
The presence of online shopping or e-commerce applications in Indonesia in the era of the covid-19 pandemic is very helpful to meet all needs and avoid crowds and direct contact. The increase in the number of e-commerce users can be seen from the level of visits to e-commerce applications which is almost close to the total population of Indonesia of 270 million visits. This research was conducted on 100 respondents consisting of XYZ University students in the city of Semarang to measure the level of satisfaction in the use of e-commerce with the Technology Acceptance Model approach. Using a Likert scale with an indicator rating of 1-5, the researcher wants to know student satisfaction in the use of e-commerce in everyday life. The result is the majority of students answered strongly agree on average about 70%
