Annelerde psikolojik iyi oluş ile emzirme öz yeterliliği arasındaki ilişki / The relationship between psychological wellness and breastfeeding self-efficiency in mothers
No full textAnnelerde Psikolojik İyi Oluş ile emzirme Öz Yeterliliği arasındaki ilişki değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada "Anne Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu", "Emzirme Öz Yeterlilik" ve "Psikolojik İyi Oluş" ölçekleri kullanılarak 150 anne ile anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan ölçeklerden Emzirme Öz Yeterliliği 57.83±8.08, Psikolojik İyi Oluş 47.73±5.81 olarak belirlenmiştir. Yapılan istatistiksel analiz sonuçlarında Pospartum Emzirme Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçek toplam puan ortalaması farkı annelerdeki demografik özelliklerden; emzirme tecrübesi, bebeği emzirme ve bebeklik döneminde emzirilme durumuna göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı (p<0.05); yaş, eğitim durumu, emzirme eğitimi alma durumuna, aile tipi, çalışma durumu, sosyal güvence, gelir durumu, gebelik sayısı, doğum şekli, gebeliği planlama durumu, doğum sırasında annenin sorun yaşaması ve yaşanan sorunlara göre ise anlamlı olmadığı bulunmuştur (p>0.05). Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçek toplam puan ortalamasının annelerin demografik özelliklere göre değerlendirilmesinde sosyal güvence, doğum sayısı, gebeliği planlama durumu ve emzirme tecrübesine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunurken (p<0.05); annelerin yaş, eğitim durumu, aile tipi, gelir durumu, çalışma durumu, doğum şekli, doğum sırasında sorun yaşama durumu ve yaşanan sorunlar, emzirme eğitimi alma, bebeği emzirme ve bebeklik döneminde emzirilme durumuna göre anlamlı bulunmamıştır (p>0.05). Çalışmada hem Pospartum Emzirme Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçeğinin hem de Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeğinin bebeğin doğum haftası arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır (p>0.05). Pospartum Emzirme Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçeği ile Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği arasında Pospartum Emzirme Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçek puanı arttıkça Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçek puanı da arttığı istatistiksel olarak pozitif yönlü, anlamlı ve düşük düzeyli bir ilişkinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05). Sonuç olarak çalışmamızda annelerin emzirme öz yeterliliğini psikolojik iyi oluşun etkilediği belirlenmiştir.It was conducted to evaluate the relationship between Psychological Well-Being and Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy in mothers. A survey was conducted with 150 mothers by using the "Mother Descriptive Information Form", "Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy" and "Psychological Well-Being" scales. Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy was determined as 57.83±8.08, and Psychological Well-being 47.73±5.81 from the scales. According to the results of the statistical analysis, the difference in the total mean score of the Pospartum Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale is due to the demographic characteristics of the mothers; statistically significant (p<0.05) according to breastfeeding experience, breastfeeding and breastfeeding status in infancy; It was found that it was not significant according to age, education level, breastfeeding education, family type, employment status, social security, income status, number of pregnancies, delivery type, pregnancy planning status, problems experienced by the mother during childbirth (p>0.05). While evaluating the total mean score of the Psychological Well-Being Scale according to the demographic characteristics of the mothers, it was found to be statistically significant according to the social security, number of births, pregnancy planning status and breastfeeding experience (p<0.05); Mothers' age, education level, family type, income status, employment status, mode of delivery, and problems experienced during childbirth were not found to be significant according to breastfeeding education, breastfeeding the baby, and breastfeeding status during infancy (p>0.05). In the study, no statistically significant relationship was found between the birth week of the baby, both in the Postpartum Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale and the Psychological Well-Being Scale (p>0.05). It was determined that there was a statistically positive, significant and low-level relationship between the Pospartum Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale and the Psychological Well-Being Scale as the Pospartum Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale score increased, the Psychological Well-Being Scale score also increased (p<0.05). As a result, it was determined in our study that psychological well-being affected mothers' breastfeeding self-efficacy
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
