    Spiritual (Including Folklore) Culture As a Tool for Teaching the Russian Language in a Multicultural Environment: Practical Experience

    The article discusses the issues of improving the methodology of teaching the Russian language and the effectiveness of teaching the Russian language in a multicultural environment with the inclusion of elements of spiritual culture (including folklore) in educational institutions (humanitarian gymnasiums, high schools and institutions of higher education) of the Republic of Mari El. The authors demonstrate differences in the use of folklore in the main (class, out-of-class and out-of-school) activities of the experimental network institutions (Federal Institute for the Development of Education, Moscow) and the training workshop (‘Prosveshchenie’ Publishing House). It is concluded that projects aimed at socio-cultural adaptation, successful socialization and enculturation of Russian youth are of great importance from different angles, including the issue of harmonizing interpersonal and intercultural relations in modern Russian society. The authors’ experience (E. A. Plotnikova, M. N. Pirogova) in introducing certain units of Russian traditional culture into the study of the Russian language by foreign students also had certain positive reviews. It is obvious that at the initial stage of training, students should receive a certain linguistic minimum, including knowledge of the country’s culture, traditions, features of verbal and non-verbal communication, etc. Application of innovative educational technologies, including quests and competitions, gives good results in this case.This study was carried out with the financial support of the grant provided by the President of the Russian Federation to support young Russian scientists (candidates of science) (МК-2019), and as part of the research work of the government task of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 34.7602.2017 (8.9)

Stecenko   Odessa National Medical University, Odessa, Ukraine   Rearrangement of bone tissue occurs during the orthodontic treatment of tooth crowding due to the processes of resorption and apposition, the ability to influence these processes will allow to reduce the complications of orthodontic treatment purposefully. The aim: to investigate the processes of resorption and osteogenesis of jaw bone tissue during the orthodontic treatment of children with nonremovable devices. Materials and methods of the study. The research of mineral density of jaws has been held among 19 orthodontic patients between the ages of 12-14 with a tooth crowding. Dental sanation and professional oral hygiene have been made in children before the orthodontic treatment. Mineral density of bone tissue, volumetric part of bone trabecules, has been determined by estimation of spread rate of ultrasound waves of upper and lower jaws. Results. Conclusions. The received results confirm the data, in the dynamics of active orthodontic treatment, especially in the beginning, the processes of bone resorption dominates, while in a period of stabilization the synthesis of bone tissue is more active.              Keywords:  jaw bone tissue, crowding of teeth, ultrasound wave, echo osteometry

    A Cellular Automata Simulation of the 1990s Russian Housing Privatization Decision

    The study uses a computational approach to study the phenomenon of housing privatization in Russia in the 1990s. As part of the housing reform flats in multi-family buildings were offered to their residents free of payment. Nevertheless rapid mass housing privatization did not take place. While this outcome admits a number of explanations this analysis emphasizes the fact that the environment in which the decision-making households were operating had a high degree of uncertainty and imposed a high information-processing requirement on the decision-makers. Using the bounded rationality paradigm, the study builds a case for a cellular automata simulation of household decision-making in the context of housing privatization reforms in Russia in the 1990s.     В статті досліджуються можливості та напрями використання електронних засобів навчання для викладання юридичних дисциплін. Наголошується на великому значенні, які мають сучасні технології як в сучасному житті в цілому, та роботі юриста зокрема. Це є однією з причин необхідності застосування сучасних інформаційних технологій і в процесі підготовки майбутнього юриста. На основі вивчення висловлених в юридичній літературі підходів щодо доцільності використання електронних засобів навчання для викладання окремих навчальних дисциплін, розглядається доцільність застосування окремих електронних засобів навчання, зокрема, мультимедійних технологій навчання, електронних підручників, відкритих інформаційних ресурсів. Характеризуються основні напрямки застосування таких відкритих освітніх ресурсів як он-лайн курси та веб-інструменти для організації навчання або контролю знань. Аналізується функціонування платформи для розробки та підтримки дистанційних курсів в Сумському державному університеті, доцільність її застосування для викладання юридичних дисциплін. Обґрунтовується важливість використання як засобів навчання правових інформаційних ресурсів. Адже вміння юриста працювати з реєстром нормативних актів, реєстром судових рішень тощо підвищує навички самостійного пошуку та аналізу правової інформації. В результаті проведеного дослідження наголошується на тому, що застосування електронних засобів навчання при викладанні юридичних дисциплін не тільки індивідуалізує навчання, полегшує викладення навчального матеріалу, але й збільшує навички самостійного пошуку та аналізу інформації майбутніми юристами. В результаті формує умови для особи “навчання протягом всього життя”, яке є запорукою підтримання належного професійного рівня юриста.The author examines the capabilities and uses of e-learning for teaching legal disciplines. The author emphasizes the importance that have advanced technology in modern life as a whole, and in particular lawyer. This is one reason for the need to use modern information technologies in preparation for future lawyers. Based on the study made in the legal literature approaches to the feasibility of using e-learning to teach certain subjects, examined the feasibility of individual e-learning, including multimedia learning technologies, electronic books, public information resources. The main areas of application such as open educational resources online courses and web tools for organizing training or knowledge control characterized. The ability to use existing available web tools for learning or knowledge check exempt institution from having to immediately develop their own software to implement training and control of knowledge. The functioning of a platform for the development and support of distance learning courses at SSU, the appropriateness of its use for teaching legal disciplines is analyzed by the author. The importance of using legal information resources as learning tools grounded. Finally, the ability to work with legal databases, database of court decisions, etc. increases the ability to selfwork and analysis skills of legal information. The study author emphasizes that the use of e-learning in teaching legal disciplines not only individualizes learning and facilitates the presentation of educational material and increases the skills of independent search and analysis of future lawyers. As a result, it creates conditions for "lifelong learning", which is the key to maintaining a proper level of professional lawyers

    Case of severe liver damage in COVID-19

    The 2019 outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) caused by severe acute coronavirus 2 respiratory syndrome (SARS-CoV-2) has been a  global concern since December 2019. Although most patients with COVID-19  have mild clinical manifestations, in about 5% of these patients the disease eventually progresses to severe lung injury or even multiple organ dysfunction. This situation presents various problems for hepatology. In the context of liver damage in patients with COVID-19, several key problems need to be addressed. For example, it is important to determine whether a SARS-CoV-2 can directly enter the liver, especially when it appears that ACE2 is marginally expressed in hepatocytes. In addition, the mechanisms underlying liver dysfunction in patients with COVID-19 are multifactorial and are associated with hyperinflammation, dysregulated immune responses, abnormal coagulation, and drugs. The  article describes the  potential pathogenesis of  liver damage associated with COVID-19. Histopathological evidence suggests a marked disruption of the intrahepatic network of blood vessels secondary to systemic changes caused by a virus that can trigger a coagulation cascade and damage the endothelial layer of blood vessels. There is also a clinical case of polyethylene damage to the liver in a young man who led to death. Against the background of infection COVID-19 he developed massive thrombosis of the liver vessels, followed by the development of necrosis — fibrosis — cirrhosis — acute liver failure, which caused death

Было проведено два идентичных исследования в разные года обучения у 30 студенток 18–19 лет первого и второго курсов, у которых было обследовано функциональное состояние инструментальными неинвазивными методами исследования, такими как электронный ростомер РЭП (RS-232), японский анализатор состава тела «Танита», «МБН 3D-сканер», «МБН Стабило». Результаты. При первоначальном эксперименте у девушек 18 лет первого года обучения не выявлено достоверных различий (p > 0,05), при повторном исследовании у девушек 19 лет второго года обучения выявлены достоверные различия (p 0.05). However, among 19-year-old second-year female students, significant differences (p < 0.05) were found in terms of morphological and functional data, locomotor apparatus and the sensory-vestibular task. Conclusion. TRX training positively affects the functional status of 18–19-year-old female students
