No full textOpinnäytetyössä käsitellään työmaan tuotannon johtamista peruskorjauskohteessa. Työ tehtiin Consti Korjausurakointi Oy:lle. Esimerkkikohteena oli Consti Korjausurakointi Oy:n toteuttama Turun ylioppilaskyläsäätiön opiskelija-asuinkohteen Haliskylän peruskorjaustyömaa Turun Halisissa.
Työn tarkoituksena on käsitellä teoriaa rakennustyömaan työnjohdon tärkeimmistä työjohtotoimista, kuten tehtäväsuunnittelusta, ajallisesta suunnittelusta, aliurakoiden hankinnasta, työturvallisuudesta, laadunvarmistuksesta, kustannussuunnittelusta ja -valvonnasta, sekä niiden soveltamista TYS Haliskylän työmaalla.
Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin rakennusalan työnjohdon koulutusohjelman opinnäytetyöohjeen mukaisesti. Työssä käytettiin hyväksi tekijän kokemusta rakennustyömailta, koulussa oppimaa tietoutta sekä laajasti lähdekirjallisuutta, kuten rakennusalan kirjallisuutta, rakennustietokortistoa sekä viranomaissäädöksiä.
Opinnäytetyön tulokset kohdistuvat rakennusalan työnjohdon suunnittelu- ja valvontatoimiin yleisesti rakennus- ja korjausrakennustyömaalla. Opinnäytetyön lopussa arvioidaan tekijän osaamistasoa ja kehittämistarpeita työnjohtajana työn aiheisiin liittyen.The subject of this thesis is the construction site management of a renovation construction site. The thesis was conducted in co-operation with Consti Korjausurakointi Oy. The target was a renovation construction site of a students hostel TYS Haliskylä which is located in Halinen in the city of Turku.
The thesis focuces on the most important tasks of the construction site management, such as task planning, timetable planning, purchase of subcontracts, work safety, quality assurance and planning and managing of costs as well as applying theory into practice at the site of Haliskylä.
The thesis was conducted by using the thesis guideline of the degree programme of construction management. The author used his experience from construction sites, knowledge acquired at school and an extensive amount of source material.
The topic of the thesis includes construction business theory and ways to apply it at a renovation construction site. The end of the thesis focuces on the author’s skills and needs for improvement

Gesticht halverwege de 12de eeuw wordt de bloeiperiode vanaf de 16de eeuw gevolgd door financiële aderlatingen, plundering en brandstichting, uitdrijving van de monniken, verbeurdverklaring van de gebouwen, openbare verkoping en sloop.Behalve de kloosterkerk bleef desondanks ook het 18de-eeuwse gastenkwartier bewaard, een getuige van de heropflakkering onder de jansenitisch gezinde abt Pieter Paradaens en omwille van zijn barok inkomportaal door Plantenga geroemd als één der fraaiste in het hertogdom Brabant.Naar aanleiding van de restauratie in 2006 en geruggensteund door fors archiefmateriaal situeert Dieter Nuytten de jongste ingreep in de ruimere historische context.Inge Verdurmen en Dries Tys De militaire domeinen in Vlaanderen, bewaarplaatsen van archeologische en landschapshistorische relicten.
