In what follows, I would like to offer first, a presentation of the protagonists to whom this review is dedicated. Secondly, I will concentrate on the organization of the book and make some considerations about the methodology, after that I will review the central thesis of Razones Públicas and the arguments on which this thesis revolves. I will then make some comments about the relation of the thesis of the autonomy of the political with Rosler's point of view on the republican theory. Finally, I will make some brief comments and suggestions to the book

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

In the following paper I will clarify some central issues of David Hume's criticism of contract theory. In the first part, although I will present part of the Humean criticism, I will place particular emphasis on one of them. Then, I will draw a series of distinctions on the notions of “obey the law” and “must obey the law” to clarify the concepts of political and legal authority with which classical contractual theory is handled (1). In the second part of this paper, I'm going to concentrate on one of David Hume's criticisms of the classical contractualism theory, and finally I will see why his objections work better against John Locke's contract theory than on the contractual theory of Thomas Hobbes (2).Im Folgenden werde ich einige der zentralen Fragen der Kritik von David Hume an der Vertragstheorie klären.
