The company is located at Jl. Patra III Block I 3 5 Sako Palembang. In the data collection company, the writer uses the method of direct observation, interviews, and documentation. From the data obtained, the authors found several problems. Such as they have not done the calculation of cost of production and the resulting classification of costs which have not been right so that the effect on the sale price. To overcome the problems that exist in the company, the author tries to give a proposal that might be useful to the company, the company should calculate the cost of classication so that the company is more appropriate and a good selling price

No full textThis study aims to examine the direct and indirect effect of capital structure on company's value. The samples are 19 food and beverages companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a listing period on 2016-2019. The author used panel data regression to analyze the data. The result shows that the capital structure has no effect on company's value, in contrast company's value was effected by profitability. Profitability which is used as a mediating variable is able to make capital structure significantly effect the company's value. This research implies that companies may consider the effect of capital structure on profitability in order to boost the company value.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampelnya adalah 19 perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode pencatatan 2016-2019. Penulis menggunakan regresi data panel untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan nilai perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh profitabilitas. Profitabilitas yang digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi mampu membuat struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa perusahaan dapat mempertimbangkan pengaruh struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan

No full textThe state’s ideology as the fundamental norm must be coherent with the legal system that is built because ideology is the beginning and the end that must be achieved in a state. In fact, in Indonesia, the formation, implementation, and enforcement of the law is not based on Pancasila but is based on and aims at the ideals of liberalism law. This paper aims to analyze the Pancasila legal system with the framework of the Pancasila ideological reasoning method. The author uses a systems approach, semiotics, history, and concepts, using secondary data. Qualitative data analysis was built with analysis-synthetic arguments to conclude. The analysis results show that the reasoning method symbolized on the Garuda Pancasila mandala shield is a form of the concept of balance and pyramidal compounds. The current structure of the Pancasila Law System reasoning method, which is prismatic, is not coherent with the Pancasila method of reasoning, which is actually a pyramidal shape. As a philosophy and State Basic Norms, Pancasila must be derived from the state legal system, so that the Pancasila legal system must be in a pyramidal shape, which places Pancasila as the pinnacle of the formation, implementation, and enforcement of state law. Therefore, the reasoning method of Article 1 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution needs to be amended so that the editorial of the basic legal idea that “Indonesia is a State of Law” will change to “Indonesia is a State of Law of Pancasila”. This change will build a legal paradigm that is genuinely based on Pancasila

No full textCompanies usually decide to merge with the aim of increasing the variety of business fields, funds, the level of efficiency of company management, to liquidity. Although a merger can bring many advantages, it also has some negative effects that can occur. Especially for the parties in the company. One of them is the employee. The problems that will be studied by the author in this study are: 1). What is the impact of the merger on employees; 2). How is the legal protection due to the merger of companies (merger) for employees. This research is a normative juridical research. The results of this study conclude that the impact of the merger for employees is that layoffs can occur which are very detrimental. Therefore, legal protection must be given to employees to ensure justice for them.

The system development model in this thesis research, the author uses a development design with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. Also, this model is the model most widely used by developers in software engineering today. The web-based sales information system at the Villa Batam store which has been completed is analyzed, planned, coded, designed, built using database technology, local servers and programming languages to achieve research objectives and benefits

Pada saat ini banyak sekali bisnis-bisnis yang terancam tutup karena dampak dari covid-19 ini. Terlebih lagi banyak nya bisnis yang berada dibidang pariwisata harus tutup karena beberapa kebijakan dan sepi nya peminat. Adanya covid-19 ini sangat mengancam kehidupan masyarakat. Maka dari itu pemerintah mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan untuk megatasi covid-19 ini. Strategi kebijakan yang dilakukan pemerintah yaitu menerapkan protokol kesehatan, menggunakan masker, physical distancing, dan menerapkan beberapa kebijakan PSBB (pembatasan sosial berskala besar) di beberapa wilayah. Dari kebijakan tersebut berdampak pada pelaku bisnis di bidang pariwisata. Tujuan peneliti dalam meneliti ini ingin mengetahui dampak dari virus Covid-19 ini terhadap perusahaan tour and travel di bidang pariwisata. Beberapa perusahaan di bidang pariwisata terpaksa tutup salah satu perusahaan yang terkena dampak yaitu perusahaan tour and travel. Penulis mengambil studi kasus pada Dekavies Tour and Travel, salah satu pelaku industri pariwisata yang terpaksa tutup karena akibat dari pandemi covid-19 ini. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan mewawancarai CEO dari PT Dekavies Tour and Travel. PT Dekavies Tour and Travel ini tidak berhasil mempertahankan perusahaan nya di masa pandemi.The COVID-19 pandemic is a threat to all of us. Not only threatening health, Covid-19 is a threat to the country's economy. At this time, many businesses are in danger of closing due to the impact of COVID-19. Moreover, many businesses in the tourism sector had to close due to several policies and lack of interest. The existence of Covid-19 is very threatening people's lives. Therefore, the government has issued several policies to deal with this COVID-19. The policy strategy carried out by the government is implementing health protocols, using masks, physical distancing, and implementing several PSBB (large-scale social restrictions) policies in several areas. This policy has an impact on business people in the tourism sector. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of the Covid-19 virus on tour and travel companies in the tourism sector. Several companies in the tourism sector were forced to close one of the affected companies, namely a tour and travel company. The author takes a case study on Dekavies Tour and Travel, one of the tourism industry players who was forced to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The author uses qualitative research methods and interviewed the CEO of PT Dekavies Tour and Travel. PT Dekavies Tour and Travel failed to maintain its company during the pandemic

No full textThe challenges of changing times need serious attention regarding how to use the internet safely, especially in the world of commerce such as e-commerce without experiencing difficulties due to the unpreparedness of various aspects in Indonesia, especially the legal aspects related to electronic commerce in order to anticipate the possibility that occurs, such as cases of default between consumers. with the manufacturer. The purpose of this study is to identify how effective the consumer protection is carried out by the Indonesian state regarding consumer protection in Law Number 8 of 1999. The research method used by the author is a type of normative - juridical research, which is descriptive of literature analysis. Applying a literature and literature study approach to consumer protection. Default issues between consumers and producers are usually resolved through the courts or by alternative dispute resolution methods, such as through litigation or non-litigation efforts. The problems that occur today include the efforts of justice seekers, namely consumers who are harmed due to default on e-commerce transactions that are hindered by the considerable distance between buyers and traders. E-commerce and court processes are also time-consuming and require sophisticated mechanisms. The conclusions of this study explain the lack of effective consumer protection regulated by Law Number: 8 of 1999 when trading transactions through e-commerce in the event of a default dispute. There are still many default problems that are often encountered between consumers and producers through e-commerce when transacting.

Bibliometric analysis of shooting skills research: mapping trends and emerging topics in sports science
No full textShooting skills are an important aspect in various disciplines, including sports, and have attracted widespread attention from academic circles. This study aims to map emerging trends and topics in shooting skill studies over the past four decades using a bibliometric analysis approach. A total of 132 documents indexed in Scopus were analyzed using software such as VOSviewer and RStudio to evaluate publication trends, author contributions, institutional affiliations, country of origin, and frequently used keywords. The results show a significant increase in the number of publications after 2010, with a peak in 2023, reflecting the increasing academic interest in this topic. Authors such as Benton and Kingsley, as well as countries such as China, Indonesia, and the United States, stand out as major contributors. Thematic analysis identified key themes related to motor skills such as stability, accuracy, and agility, while recent trends focus on the use of advanced technologies such as virtual reality. The study also highlights the importance of international collaboration in advancing studies in this field. In conclusion, the integration of technology and interdisciplinary approaches offers great opportunities for developing shooting skill research in the future. These findings provide important contributions to understanding the development of literature in the field of sports science and open new directions for further research
