Pada proses transhipment batu bara di MV. Diamond Starr II terjadi return
cargo batu bara pada TB. Bintang Timur 1201 sebesar 354,812 MT. Return cargo
adalah muatan kembali karena melebihi perencanaan pemuatan yang tidak sesuai
dengan stowage plan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses
penanganan return cargo batu bara di TB. Bintang Timur 1201 oleh PT. Baruna
Dirga Dharma, untuk mendeskripsikan dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat adanya
return cargo batu bara pada TB. Bintang Timur 1201 di PT. Baruna Dirga Dharma,
serta untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan agar return cargo pada TB. Bintang
Timur 1201 di PT. Baruna Dirga Dharma tidak terjadi lagi.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif.
Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik
pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik
keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi sumber.
Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa proses penanganan return cargo batu bara
pada TB. Bintang Timur 1201 oleh PT. Baruna Dirga Dharma adalah dengan
menjual return cargo batu bara tersebut, setelah melakukan negosiasi dengan PT.
Mitra Setia Tanah Bumbu, yang merupakan shipper di Bunati. Dampak yang
diakibatkan adanya return cargo pada TB. Bintang Timur 1201 di PT. Baruna Dirga
Dharma adalah terganggunya kegiatan operasional perusahaan dan kerugian
finansial. Upaya yang dilakukan agar return cargo batu bara pada TB. Bintang
Timur 1201 di PT. Baruna Dirga Dharma tidak terjadi lagi adalah dengan
melakukan pertemuan antara PT. Baruna Dirga Dharma dan PT. Tunas Inti Abadi.
PT. Baruna Dirga Dharma meminta data jumlah muatan yang jelas sebelum
pemuatan dilakukan. Selain itu, PT. Baruna Dirga Dharma juga meminta PT. Tunas
Inti Abadi untuk melakukan intermediate draft survey yang lebih cermat
PENGARUH DISIPLIN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT DIRGA SATRIA PRATAMA
This study was conducted determine the effect of discipline and work motivation onemployee performance at PT Dirga Satria Pratama. This research is a quantitative studyand data obtained through questionnaires. Population this study is total number ofemployees . The number samples this study were 110 people. The questionnaire distributedby researchers to respondents was 110 respondents. Data collection technique used issaturated sampling technique the sample taken a whole in the population. Primary datacollected from questionnaire result distributed. Result in this study indicate the disciplinedvariable has positive effect of 0.421 and significance of 0,000 < 0,05 and tcount has value5.395 > ttable 1.98238 on employee performance variables at PT Dirga Satria Pratama.Work motivation variable has positive effect of 0.349 and significance of 0,000 < 0,05 andtcount value of 5.182 >ttable 1.98238 on employee performance variables at PT Dirga SatriaPratama. The disciplinary and work motivation variables together have positive andsignificant effect on employee performance variables at PT Dirga Satria Pratama andsignificance of 0,000 < 0,05 and Fcount 101.721 > ttable 3.08

AbstractNurfarizki. The Analysis of the new employee recruitment & Selection Process at PT Baruna Dirga Dharma, Jakarta. 2018. The purpose of this research is to find out how the recruitment process is, to find out what factors influence the selection recruitment process, and the obstacles and solutions of the new employee barriers of PT Baruna Dirga Dharma. This research is a qualitative research. With a total of three informants, consisting of the Director, staff and HRD supervisors. Determination of informants is done by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation which were then analyzed qualitatively qualitative. The results show that the process is the factor in recruitment and selection, which begins with the planning of new employees, FPPK approved by the executive, and determining the source of recruitment. The selection process is selecting job applications, interview, psychotest, medical chech ups, offering letters, work agreements, filing & document records.Keywords: Recruitment, Selection, Human Resources.AbstrakNurfarizki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses rekrutmen, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi proses rekrutmen seleksi, dan hambatan serta solusi dari hambatan karyawan baru PT Baruna Dirga Dharma. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Dengan jumlah informan sebanyak tiga orang, terdiri dari Direktur, staf dan supervisor HRD. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses yaitu faktor dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi yaitu diawali dengan perencanaan karyawan baru, FPPK yang disetujui executive, dan menentukan sumber rekrutmen. ANALISIS PENETAPAN HARGA MOTOR SISTEM TUKAR TAMBAH DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM (Studi Kasus Di Dirga Motor Kota Bengkulu)
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem penetapan harga dalam transaksi tukar tambah di Dirga Motor diterapkan, serta bagaimana kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. informan yang akan menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah pemilik, karyawan dan pembeli di showroom Dirga motor Kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan menjabarkan hasil keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme penetapan harga motor dengan sistem tukar tambah di Showroom Dirga Motor Kota Bengkulu dilakukan dengan memperhatikan faktor internal dan eksternal, seperti tujuan usaha, kondisi pasar, dan permintaan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah cost-plus pricing, penyesuaian harga berdasarkan kondisi kendaraan, kelengkapan dokumen, dan asal motor. Dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, praktik ini dinilai sesuai dengan prinsip syariah karena tidak melanggar ketentuan jual beli, bukan objek ribawi, dan memenuhi setiap transaksi muamalah dilandasi oleh prinsip kejujuran, keadilan, tidak mengandung unsur gharar, dan riba.

Abstract
This study aims to determine how the pricing system in trade-in transactions at Dirga Motor is implemented, as well as how it complies with Islamic economic principles. The type of research used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. The informants who will be the subjects of this study are the owners, employees, and buyers at the Dirga Motor showroom in Bengkulu City. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study is carried out using qualitative descriptive methods by describing the overall results. The results of this study indicate that the mechanism for determining motorcycle prices using a trade-in system at the Dirga Motor Showroom in Bengkulu City is carried out by considering internal and external factors, such as business objectives, market conditions, and consumer demand. The methods used are cost-plus pricing, price adjustments based on vehicle condition, document completeness, and motorcycle origin. From an Islamic economic perspective, this practice is considered to be in accordance with sharia principles because it does not violate the provisions of buying and selling, is not a ribawi object, and fulfills every muamalah transaction based on the principles of honesty, justice, and does not contain elements of gharar and riba.

Ornamental coral (coral) is one of Indonesia\u27s marine and fishery commodities traded in international markets. Ornamental coral cultivation is a science that teaches how to process or organize coral cultivation by looking at the situation both in terms of type and quantity as well as the cultivation habitat in order to obtain quality products (coral).
This writing aims to determine the application of production planning management in ornamental coral (coral) cultivation at PT. Dirga Mega Cipta (Aquanest) Bekasi-West Java. The data collection method was carried out by observation and literature review. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive analysis, which describes the production planning activities in the ornamental coral / coral cultivation business systematically at PT. Dirga Mega Cipta (AQUANEST) Bekasi, West Java. The results of observations made at PT. Dampak Greenwashing, Environmental Concern, Green Confusion, terhadap Green Brand Equity dalam praktek Green Marketing pada Industri Elektronik: Dimodereting Brand Credibility
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of excessive product packaging on greenwashing, environmental, green confusion. Greenwashing, environmental concern, green confusion on green brand equity. Greenwashing, environmental concern, green confusion mediated the effect of excessive product packaging on green brand equity. And brand credibility moderates the effect of greenwashing, environmental concern, green confusion on green brand equity. The sample used amounted to 357 which was obtained through a questionnaire on google form which was distributed online, sampling using purposive sampling with the criteria that respondents had purchased ACER, ASUS, LENOVO, and HP laptop brands in the last 2 years. The data analysis used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results found that excessive product packaging has a positive effect on greenwashing, and environmental concern. And has a negative effect on green confusion. Greenwashing and green confusion have a positive effect, then environmental concern has a negative effect on green brand equity. Brand credibility as moderating strengthens the positive impact of greenwashing, and green confusion, then weakens the negative impact on green brand equity. Finally, greenwashing and green confusion as mediating variables weaken the negative impact of excessive product packaging, and environmental concern strengthens the impact of excessive product packaging on green brand equity
