Educational leadership from a philosophical and Islamic perspective
No full textAbstractAn educational leader must comprehend educational leadership theory to perform good leadership. A lot of educational practitioners have not understood yet. What does educational leadership mean? How does philosophical and Islamic view see educational leadership? This research aims at explaining them to society mainly for those who contribute to Islamic institutions by applying a library research approach, moreover for the source of data the author takes documentation in form of a notebook, journal article, and other written data or documents. Based on the philosophical view, educational leadership shall suit ontology, epistemology, and axiology theories. The varieties of philosophical leadership are coming from Plato, Aristoteles, and Machiavelli. Analisis Implementasi Quality of Work Life (QWL) dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia di Sekolah
No full textIslamic Education Institutions must always improve their human resources. One of them is by implementing Quality of work life. This research will analyze the implementation of Quality of work life in human resource management in schools. This article was written using qualitative methods. The data source was obtained from the results of a case study from an educational institution, SMP Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo. The data collection methods used by the author are participatory observation, interviews and documentation. Participatory observation is observation carried out by researchers by observing and participating directly in the lives of the informants being researched. The data analysis method used is by collecting and reducing data. The conclusion of this research shows that Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo Middle School has tried to implement the principles of Quality of work life within its institution. Although it has not been implemented perfectly. The implication of the research above is that the implementation of Quality of Work Life at SMP Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo can serve as a model for improving human resource management in other Islamic educational institutions

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), dimana sumber data yang digunakan di dalamnya adalah berupa dokumen berbentuk tulisan yang terdapat dalam buku, jurnal, dan data atau dokumen tertulis yang lainnya. Ibnu Thufail adalah filosof muslim yang hidup di Andalusia (Spanyol). Stern tube is a steel tube built into the ship’s structure for the purpose of supporting and enclosing the propulsion shafting where it pierces the hull of the ship. The stern tube system used is lubricating system with lubricating oil media and mounted pads that are made of babbit metal, also given rubber seals. Leakage of the stern tube will occur when the stern tube is abnormal.
The research method that the writer uses in the preparation of this thesis is SWOT method as data analysis technique to analyze the existing problem at stern tube, that is what factors causing leaks on stern tube aboard, impact resulting from leakage at stern tube and effort improves the leakage of the stern tube by systematically identifying various factors against strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from the environment to formulate strategies will be taken.
Based on the results of research that has been done by the author on the ship can be concluded on the stern tube caused by damage experienced on the stern tube because of poor material quality. Then for the inconvenience for the company as well as for the ship, the strategy to fix the leakage of stern tube using SWOT analysis strategy that is defensive strategy that is in quadrant IV, there are two factors of effort to improve the stern tube according to the strategy formula that the company must take an active role in supporting the activity of docking repair the damaged seal stern tube.

Pengaruh Literasi terhadap Perilaku Masyarakat Melakukan Utang Piutang dengan Norma Subjektif sebagai Variabel Moderating
No full textThis research was cconducted with the aim of finding out the influence of literacy, in this case public knowledge about usury, on people’s behavior in carrying out debts and receivables with subjective norms as a moderating variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey approach. The population, namely the total number of PNM Mekaar Mambi Branch costumers, wa 3.701 people. The sampel was determined using the kriccjie Morgan formula which then obtained 348 samples which were then used in this research. This research uses primary datta, namely direct responses from respondents via questionnaires distributed via Google form and distributing questionnaires directly the field. Data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of the research show that literacy has a positive effect on people’s behavior in making debts and receivables
Analysis Of Human Resources In Elementary School Using The Stages Of Patton Analysis
No full textAbstractPolicy analysis is a scientific discipline that uses rational argumentation by using existing data to assess, explain and generate ideas in order to solve a problem. This research will analyze education policy related to human resource management in elementary schools. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo Sukoharjo. The research method used is qualitative. The subject of this research is the principal of SD Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo. Data collection in this study used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data obtained were then analyzed by data reduction techniques, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that there are HR problems at SD Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo, where there are still many teachers who have not graduated from S1. Among the policy solutions offered are: tightening the teacher recruitment process and requiring teachers to attend undergraduate courses.Keywords: Analysis, Human Resources, Elementary Schoo
