Background: COVID-19 virus infection has the potential to become severe in individuals who are susceptible or who have comorbid diseases. Natural immunity status in infected sufferers can cause an increase in the number of neutrophil cells and a decrease in the number of lymphocyte cells (increased neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio), serum inter-leukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP) levels which are associated with severity. covid-19. Hypercoagulability that occurs in COVID-19 infection causes an increase in D-dimer levels, reflecting a response to prothrombotic phenomena and is associated with an increased risk of mortality in COVID-19 patients. Objective: To determine the relationship between Neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), C-reactive protein (CRP), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), and D-dimer levels on the severity of Covid-19 patients at Muhammadiyah Malang University (UMM) Hospital Method: Using a retrospective design by taking a total sampling of medical record data for COVID-19 patients treated at UMM Hospital in 2021-2022. Results and Discussion: Spearman correlation on NLR 0.426 (p=0.000), OR=3.67, 95% CI=1.622-8.226, CRP 0.343 (p=0.000) with OR 5.143, 95%CI=1.128-23.448, D- Dimer 0.326 (p=0.000), OR 2.497, 95% CI=1.142-5.458. Meanwhile, the correlation and IL-6 estimation values could not be calculated because the sample size was insufficient. CRP levels in COVID-19 patients are the best predictor of worsening compared to other parameters. Conclusion: NLR values, CRP levels, and D-Dimer levels are related to the degree of severity in COVID-19 patients

THE JURIDICAL REVIEW OF LEGAL POWER OF GROSSE DEED AS THE BASIS FOR EXECUTING MORTGAGE EXECUTION AUCTIONS

One of the executions of the mortgage object is the sale of the mortgage object through a public auction based on the executorial title contained in the Mortgage Certificate. Before the implementation is carried out by the creditor, a permit (fiat) is required by the local district court. The application for an auction for the execution of mortgage rights through a district court is closely related to obstacles, for example, a lawsuit from a third party (derden verzet) who feels he has the right to the object of execution even though it has nothing to do with creditors and debtors. This opposition made the Chief Justice of the District Court unable to grant the request for execution even though the creditor had a mortgage certificate that was encumbered but was forced to examine the relevant evidence in the trial forum to determine whether the resistance was sufficient reason or just a conspiracy with the debtor to delay the execution. Based on this explanation, the author wants to examine the legal force of the Grosse deed as the basis for the implementation of the mortgage execution auction. The type of research in writing scientific papers is a normative legal research type, with a statutory approach and a legal concept analysis approach (Analytical and Conceptual Approach). The sources of legal materials used in writing this scientific paper came from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The legal materials were collected using library research techniques. Then analyzed using description, systematization, evaluation and finally concluded with argumentation technique. The results of this study are expected to provide scientific knowledge for academics, law enforcers, and the public

Seven percent of the people in the United States have hyperglycemia, which a third of them are unaware with the condition. To prevent this from occurring, mangosteen rind can be taken as daily supplements. Itsfruit hull has been used as traditional medicine in Southeast Asia countries. The objective of this researchis to study the effect of mangosteen rind (Garcinia mangostana) on glucose transport across small intestinecell membrane of wistar rats. Perfusion method of mangosteen rind was used to carry out this experiment.Nine rats were used after overnight fasting. They were divided into three groups where each group received20%, 40% and 60% of mangosteen rind. Each rat received simple glucose solution as the control and glucosewith mangosteen rind infusion as the treatment. The sample was taken every 15 minutes for 1 hour from thesmall intestine and was measured using a spectrophotometer. The results were not statistically significant forall three different concentration of mangosteen rind. The mangosteen rind has inhibitory effect but it is notstatistically significant on glucose absorption across small intestine cell membrane. Further investigation isneeded to be done by using higher concentration of mangosteenrind infusion
