MARKETING POLITIK PETAHANA SYARIF FASHA-MAULANA DALAM PEMILIHAN KEPALA DAERAH KOTA JAMBI PADA TAHUN 2018
This research was conducted to find out how the strategies carried out by Petahana Syarif Fasha and Maulana in order to compete in the regional head elections of Jambi City in 2018 aimed at winning the elections. In this study the author uses a type of qualitative research and structured interviews to people who are considered to know about what they want to study, such as incumbent Syarif Fasha, Dr. Maulana, Success Team, Supporting Party and Community of Jambi City. The results of this study indicate that the strategy (Political Marketing) of the partners of Petahana Syarif Fasha and Maulana uses Firmanzah's Political Marketing theory. In the preparation and strategy of winning the couple, they were greatly helped by the Firmanzah theory, namely 4S: Product, Promotion, Price and Place. The strategy (Political Marketing) can be effective and efficient in achieving a victory in the Regional Head Election of Jambi City in 2019
PENGGUNAAN SEVIMA EDLINK SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE (SEBUAH KAJIAN PUSTAKA)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas aplikasi Sevima Edlink dalam meningkatkan prestasi dan disiplin belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes prestasi belajar, observasi, dan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada siswa kelas XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk melihat perubahan nilai rata-rata dan ketuntasan belajar siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes prestasi dan kuesioner keaktifan siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Sevima Edlink sebagai wadah pemberian tugas dan diskusi materi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar dan disiplin siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata-rata nilai siswa dari 63,91 pada tes awal menjadi 76,33 pada siklus III, serta peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari 18,75% menjadi 70%. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa tingkat kesamaan jawaban siswa menurun dari siklus ke siklus, mengindikasikan peningkatan kemandirian belajar. Fitur-fitur pada Sevima Edlink seperti feedback, deadline pengumpulan tugas, dan forum diskusi sangat mendukung proses pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa aplikasi Sevima Edlink efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi dan disiplin belajar siswa. Hasil ini konsisten dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa platform e-learning dapat memberikan pengaruh positif dalam proses pembelajaran
PENGARUH ONLINE REVIEW PADA ONLINE TRAVEL AGENT TRAVELOKA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN TAMU DALAM MEMILIH HOTEL BINTANG 3 DI KOTA BANDUNG
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh online review pada online travel agent traveloka terhadap keputusan tamu dalam memilih hotel bintang 3 di Kota Bandung. Objek penelitian yang diambil yaitu hotel bintang 3 yang ada di Kota Bandung karena dalam beberapa tahun sebelumnya terjadi peningkatan jumlah hotel bintang 3 di Kota Bandung sehingga menyebabkan meningkatnya persaingan antar hotel bintang 3 dan Traveloka menjadi salah satu aplikasi online travel agent yang paling banyak digunakan, hal ini yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling Tabachnick & Fidell dengan jumlah 100 responden. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk responden adalah orang yang pernah menggunakan Traveloka serta pernah menginap di hotel bintang 3 di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data yang dibutuhkan oleh penulis didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari online review terhadap keputusan tamu dalam memilih hotel bintang 3 di Kota Bandung, dengan nilai Adjusted R square dari online review berjumlah 0.525 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas atau online review secara simultan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 52.5% terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan sisanya 47.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar dari penelitian ini.
This study aim to analyze the effect of online reviews on online travel agents traveloka on guest decisions in choosing a 3-star hotel in Bandung. The object of this research is 3 star hotels in Bandung because in the previous few years there was an increase in the number of 3 star hotels in Bandung, causing increased competition between 3 star hotels and Traveloka being one of the most widely used online travel agent applications. That is what motivated the author to carry out this research. This study use the Tabachnick & Fidell sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. The criteria used for respondents are people who have used Traveloka and have stayed at 3 star hotels in Bandung. This study use quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The data needed by the author was obtained through distributing questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS software. The results showed that there was a significant influence from online reviews on guest decisions in choosing 3 star hotels in Bandung,, with an adjusted R square value from online reviews amounting to 0.525, so it can be concluded that the independent variable or online review simultaneously has a contribution of 52.5% to the decision. purchases while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this study
TIPOLOGI WISATAWAN DI TAMAN WISATA CANDI BOROBUDUR: KLASIFIKASI BERDASARKAN PILIHAN PRODUK, AKTIVITAS, MOTIVASI DAN PENGETAHUAN
Berwisata ke kawasan cagar budaya merupakan sebuah tren baru di kalangan wisatawan yang telah berkembang menjadi fenomena global serta diprediksi akan semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Meningkatnya minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke kawasan cagar budaya tentunya membuat beberapa kawasan berkembang menjadi destinasi wisata mass tourist. Pada saat yang bersamaan beragam tipe wisatawan masuk ke kawasan tersebut dengan fokus yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur yang diidentifikasi melalui Pilihan Produk, Aktivitas, Motivasi Prestise, dan Pengetahuan serta menganalisis tipologi wisatawan yang terbentuk. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara daring kepada 200 responden melalui media sosial Instagram dengan kriteria tertentu. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah insidental sampling. Salah satu destinasi wisata cagar budaya yang terkenal di Indonesia adalah Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur. Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur merupakan salah satu kawasan cagar budaya dengan tingkat kunjungan wisatawan terbanyak di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis K-means Clustering. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu empat tipologi wisatawan yang terdiri dari Tipe General, Tipe Bijak, Tipe Kasual, dan Tipe Hedonistik. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan peraturan untuk kawasan tersebut, pihak pengelola harus lebih memperhatikan berbagai tipologi wisatawan yang berkunjung khususnya terhadap wisatawan yang memiliki karakteristik yang serupa dengan tipe Hedonistik.
Traveling to cultural heritage areas is a new trend among tourists which has developed into a global phenomenon and is predicted to increase every year. The increasing interest of tourists to visit cultural heritage areas has certainly made some areas develop into mass tourist destinations. At the same time, various types of tourists enter the area with different focuses. This study aims to determine the behavior of tourists visiting the Borobudur Temple Tourism Park identified through Product Choices, Activities, Prestige Motivation, and Knowledge and analyze the typology of tourists formed. The data in this study were collected by distributing online questionnaires to 200 respondents through Instagram with certain criteria. The sampling technique used is insidental sampling. One of the famous cultural heritage tourist destinations in Indonesia is the Borobudur Temple Tourism Park. Borobudur Temple Tourism Park is one of the cultural heritage areas with the highest tourist visits in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with the analysis technique of K-means Clustering. The results obtained from this study are four tourist typologies consisting of General Tourist, Wise Tourist, Casual Tourist, and Hedonistic Tourist. The author concludes that in formulating policies and regulations for the area, the manager should pay more attention to various typologies of tourists visiting, especially to tourists who have characteristics similar to the Hedonistic type
The Effect of Work Discipline and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance: Study at a Government Agency in Bandung Regency
This study aims to comprehensively examine and evaluate the work discipline, organizational culture, and performance of employees at a government agency located in Bandung Regency. Additionally, the research aims to determine the degree of influence that work discipline and organizational culture has on employee performance within the government above agency.
The author employed a research methodology that falls under descriptive and verificative research. This approach was utilized to determine the significant relationship between the variables under investigation, ultimately leading to conclusions that accurately describe the research object.
The participants in this study consisted of 32 employees who were selected as respondents from a government agency located in Bandung Regency. The findings of this research demonstrate that (1) Work Discipline exhibits a positive and statistically significant impact on Employee Performance, and (2) Organizational Culture also displays a positive and statistically significant influence on Employee Performance. The relationship between work discipline and organizational culture has been found to have a positive and statistically significant impact on employee performance
