However, in reality, there are still challenges in improving services. There is a lack of interest from local people to visit the place because the price is still not affordable for them or some of them are less interested in the activities provided by Panbil Nature Reserve Batam. The methodology of this study is qualitative by conducting interviews with local and foreign visitors. It can be identified that the price factor is also one of the things that can be a benchmark for visitors. Especially for local residents who still like to consider the entrance ticket price of Panbil Nature Reserve which is quite expensive for them. And one of the factors is also different habits or lifestyles that also influence local residents and foreign tourists. Foreign visitors have a healthier lifestyle and prefer many activities. While local residents tend to have a more relaxed lifestyle, and the habit of having few activities. So that there is a lack of interest from local residents to visit Panbil Nature Reserve. Pariwisata agama masjid memiliki potensi untuk menjadi daya tarik wisata dengan tema-tema ikonik, unik, sejarah dan nilai-nilai agama yang dapat menyoroti daya tarikan unik bagi wisatawan internasional yang mengunjungi. Tempat wisata agama harus memiliki akses yang mudah dan fasilitas yang memadai. Pemerintah kota Batam membuat wisatawan merasa nyaman saat mengunjungi Batam dengan meningkatkan infrastruktur seperti jalan dan mempersiapkan fasilitas. Masjid Tanwirun Naja, juga dikenal sebagai Masjid Tanjak, terletak di kawasan Bandara Internasional Hang Nadim Batam. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengambil judul “Pengaruh lokasi terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan di objek wisata Masjid Tanwirun Naja Kota Batam”. Metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu pendekatan penelitian menggunakan data hasil jawaban survei yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik (Sugiyono, 2018). Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan alat instrument penelitian analisis data kuantitatif/artistik, yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang sudah ditetapkan. Tujuan adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana lokasi yang mempengaruhi minat kunjungan wisatawan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi terhadap minat kunjung ulang Masjid Tanwirun Naja Kota Batam untuk mengetahui tingkat minat kunjung terhadap Masjid Tanwirun Naja Kota Batam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan observasi penulis dapat dilihat bahwa lokasi pada Masjid Tanjak Batam sangat strategis. Hal ini membuat wisatawan yang berkunjung atau yang melakukan kegiatan beribadah tetap nyaman, aman dan bersih. Hasilnya secara langsung dapat lebih puas dilihat oleh pengunjung wisatawan daripada melihat di sumber internet. Dari kategori lokasi dapat dilihat akses jalan dan waktu yang ditempuh lebih mudah diakses dengan transportasi online maupun transportasi umum. Sehingga membuat wisatawan tertarik untuk berwisata. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan oleh penulis, lokasi memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar bagi layanan wisatawan yang berkunjung. Receptionists play an important role as the spearhead in providing services to guests, from the check-in process, answering guest questions, to handling complaints. High workloads during high season often lead to decreased performance, work stress, and even potential errors in service (Sáez-Fernández, 2020). Based on the description above, researchers are interested in conducting a study entitled "Analysis of Receptionist Workload During the High Season of the Pacific Palace Hotel Batam" Causes of receptionist workload during the high season at the Pacific Palace Hotel The results of interviews, data collection through direct observation and documentation resulted in several discussions regarding the causes of receptionist workload during the high season at the Pacific Palace Hotel, there are 4 indicators of receptionist workload during the high season, namely the guest volume of more than 50 guests, while in the low season, only around 15-20 guests. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
