    ABSTRACT This thesis is entitled "Shifting in Cultural Values in the Sanjo Tradition of Eid al-Fitr Celebration in Mariana Village, Banyuasin I District". The background to this problem is because the traditions and customs in each region have their own differences, especially in Mariana Village which still retains the traditions, customs and culture of their parents. The purpose of this research is to find out the background and forms of shifting cultural values in the sanjo tradition and efforts to restore awareness of the sanjo tradition. This type of research is field research using qualitative research methods, namely where researchers with this type of data are the primary data sources, namely religious leaders, traditional leaders, and the community while econdary data comes from books, scientific works, research results, and other literature. Methods of data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and verification (conclusion). The result of this study is a shift in cultural values in society along with the influence of globalization and the influence of other cultures. On Eid al-Fitr, the sanjo tradition is the main tradition for the people of Mariana Village because the Eid al-Fitr tradition is a tradition or habit that is still attached to the community. The sanjo tradition on Eid al-Fitr is something that is customary, that is, something that will be repeated from year to year. Culture of hospitality between family, neighbors and friends. However, some people have abandoned their previous habits, such as the habit of visiting each other, holding meals together, sharing food with each other, and sharing their fortune. The data analysis technique uses descriptive quantitative methods and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research sample is 50 freelance employees at Gebu Indonesia. The research data is primary data which collects data using a questionnaire. This means that the better organizational communication, the better the performance of freelance employees, conversely, the less organizational communication, the lower the performance. Non-financial motivation influences the performance of freelance employees. This means that the better the non-financial motivation, the better the performance of freelance employees, conversely the less non-financial motivation, the lower the performance

    Devi Safitri 2023, Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Teamwork Dan Penempatan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Bank TGR (Perseroda) Slawi Kabupaten Tegal. Skripsi Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset terpenting perusahaan karena perannya sebagai subyek pelaksana kebijakan dan kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Agar perusahaan tetap eksis maka harus berani menghadapi tantangan dan implikasinya yaitu menghadapi perubahan dan memenangkan persaingan. Sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan seperti modal, metode dan mesin tidak bisa memberikan hasil yang optimum apabila tidak didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai kinerja yang optimum. Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam setiap penyelenggaraan kegiatan, baik dalam organisasi pemerintahan maupun swasta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank TGR (Perseroda) Slawi. 2) Pengaruh teamwork berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank TGR (Perseroda) Slawi. 3) Pengaruh penempatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank TGR (Perseroda) Slawi. 4) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, teamwork dan penempatan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank TGR (Perseroda) Slawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 Karyawan. Penentuan sampel penelitian ini di lakukan dengan jenis sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisi regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Dari pengujian secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Dari pengujian secara parsial teamwork terhadap kepuasan kerja diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Dari pengujian secara parsial penempatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitia ini adalah 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Bank TGR (Perseroda) Slawi. 2) Teamwork berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Bank TGR (Perseroda) Slawi. 3) Penempatan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Bank TGR (Perseroda) Slawi.     ABSTRAK Devi Safitri Ramadhani, (2024): “Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mata Pemecahan Masalah Pada Pelajaran Matematika Kelas V SDIT Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru.” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah siswa pada pelajaran Matematika kelas V sekolah dasar Islam Terpadu Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa diantaranya: siswa kurang mampu Memahami masalah, kurang dalam merencanakan penyelesaian masalah, kurang menyelesaikan masalah sesuai rencana, kurang memeriksa kembali hasil jawaban. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang guru dan 23 orang siswa, sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Pembelajaran Somatic Auditory, Visual, Intellectual dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam peneltian ini adalah observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model pembelajaran Somatic Auditory, Visual, Intellectual dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Hal ini dapat diketahui grafik peningkatannya, dimana sebelum tindakan perbaikan dilakukan persentase keterampilan pemecahan hanya mencapai 52,17% dengan kategori kurang karena berada pada rentang 40,00-54,99 setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 70,86 % dengan kategori cukup karena berada pada rentang 55,00-69,99 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 86,47 % dengan kategori sangat baik karena berada pada rentang 85,00-100. Dengan demikian, tingkat kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa mengalami proses peningkatan dari sebelum adanya tindakan hingga pada siklus II.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
