Environmental considerations in the organizational context: A pathway to pro-environmental behaviour at work
Encouraging pro-environmental behaviour at work can result in a significant reduction in environmental problems. Research revealed that general environmental considerations such as biospheric values and environmental self-identity are important antecedents of private pro-environmental behaviour. Yet, the question remains whether such general environmental considerations also predict pro-environmental behaviour at work. We propose a parsimonious theoretical model (the VIP-model) in which biospheric values affect personal norms to behave pro-environmentally at work and pro-environmental actions via the environmental self-identity. A study involving a diverse sample of employees from different European organizations supported the VIP-model, showing that biospheric values and environmental self-identity influence personal norms, and that stronger personal norms encouraged various self-reported pro-environmental behaviours at work to some extent. The VIP-model yields promising, cost-efficient strategies to encourage pro-environmental behaviour at work
The present work intends to offer tools to higher level students about certain analytical parameters, the form, fundamentally, that affect two fundamental stylistic molds, forged, over time, in the genre of instrumental music, the tripartite form, coming, in turn, from the binary, and the cyclic form. Once these models were exhausted, after the long classical-romantic period, composers began to mix these structures with other methods of organization, such as the golden section, especially in the first half of the 20th century, where a great neoclassical current took place. In this way, the Danza de la moza donosa, belonging to the suite of Danzas argentinas Op. 2, by Alberto Ginastera, is presented as a paradigmatic example of the fusion between the outlined molds –tripartite, cyclical and golden form–, in the author knew how to combine the traditional forms of European academic music with Argentine folklore, in short, two of the preeminent characteristics of neoclassical music, the recovery of elements from the past and the inclusion of popular music, whose study can help the students to the understanding of the musical work through the form.

Increased self-esteem leads to higher consistency and self-expression
Previous evidence from a three-wave cross-lagged study showed that self-esteem precedes an increase in two self-construal dimensions, namely consistency and self-expression. The present research aims to test the causality of these relationships using an experimental design

We expound the Freudian ideas on the femininity, covering through the main studies of his workmanship on the subject, poring over some ideas of this author on feminine sexuality and following a Lacanian comprehension about this same subject. Taking as opportune these clarifications, as well as our historical and evolutive look on the Freudian workmanship. The intention is to go through the way, since Freud till Lacan, towards the feminine position, in the purpose of a reflection about the clinics of feminine subject, in it’s specific difficulties and the end of analysis
Special issue title: Optimization and mathematical modeling in energy systems
Optimization and mathematical modeling has been successfully used in a variety of applications in the field of Energy Systems. In this Special Volume on optimization and mathematical modeling in energy systems, a variety of research results in different disciplines are included. The electrical energy storage, the resource efficiency of a base camps, the forecasting of energy exports, the wind energy, the optimal management and scheduling of micro grids optimal, the electricity expansion investment problem, the seismic response of a slope earth with embedded pipeline, and the battery deployment strategy, are investigated. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature

Golondrino y Calandria: an inedited Entremes of the 16th Century
The following entremés—till now unpublished—is listed as No.1127 in Paz y Melia's “Catâlogo de Piezas de Teatro' Manuscritas” in the Biblioteca Nacional of Madrid, under the title of “Entremés entre un muchacho llamado Golondrino y dos amigos suyos llamados Garnica y Zaballos, y de Doña Calandria, amiga del Golondrino, y de Vicente, aragonés, rufian, y de Angela, zamorana, amiga del rufian.” The manuscript is of three leaves quarto. The writing is that of the end of the sixteenth century, presenting certain peculiarities of letter formation common to the much more important "Entremés de un viejo que es casado con una mujer moza," No. 1125, which bears the signatura of Cristóbal Chaves, possibly the author of La Carcel de Sevilla, and another commonly given to Cervantes
