    The number of Civil Servants in Magelang Regency as of 2020 is 6,932 people. Apart from that, the influx of additional personnel is 2,213 Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). Based on this data, it creates an opportunity for BKPPD Magelang Regency to hold a Career Development program for State Civil Apparatus to be able to improve employee performance by filling strategic positions in the government such as functional positions and other positions and ranks. This research aims to explain and analyze the role of the Personnel, Education and Training Agency (BKPPD) in the career development of civil servants in the Magelang Regency environment. The research was carried out using qualitative research methods and was based on Jim Ife's role theory, namely the facilitative role and technical role and used purposive sampling and simple random sampling informant selection techniques. The research results show that the steps taken by the BKPPD of Magelang Regency, namely as a facilitator, include a functional position development program and structuring of ASN starting from increasing capabilities through education and training to improving services through service innovation such as providing administrative services which are not only implemented on the table but are already implemented. innovate with technological developments and are supported by technical activities through self-development activities such as through education and training activities which aim to shape the character of ASN so that they have the spirit of being a public servant while at the same time enhancing the integrity and professionalism of ASN's performance.     Bagas Parsadaan dance work is inspired by one of the meanings of TorTor Naposo Nauli Bulung which is about togetherness and unity of young people in Mandailing Natal society. The author describes the idea in a group choreography using seven dancers, 3 male dancers and 4 female dancers. Through this work, the author not only wants to present the aesthetics of movement, but also convey a message about the importance of harmony and cooperation as the foundation of life together, as reflected in the cultural traditions of Mandailing Natal. The movements presented are arranged with a composition that emphasises togetherness, dynamic rhythm, and strong traditional nuances. This work uses the Alma M. Hawkins dance creation approach in the book ‘Creating Through Dance and Choreography Form, Technique, and Content, this approach has stages namely data collection and field observation, exploration, improvisation, formation, and evaluation.     The Bagas Bebek shop is an UMKM located at Notorejo RT 03 RW 06 Jambukulon, Ceper, Klaten, is a business that sells various kinds of duck. In sales transaction activities are still carried out manually by collecting data by recording in a book every day which causes inefficient work. Therefore, a sales information system is needed to manage sales, ordering, and inventory to make it more efficient. Based on the problems at the Bagas Bebek shop, the author designed a websitebased sales information system where all sales activities and data processing can be done easily. In designing information system using the waterfall method with the programming language PHP MySQL. The testing uses black box testing and User Acceptance Text to 20 respondents. The test results from black box testing show that the system is operating properly and correctly. While the results of the User Acceptance User show an average result of 82.9%, which means the Bagas Bebek store sales information system can be accepted by users

    Meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan berakibat ke semakin tingginya konsumsi bahan bakar minyak di Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukanya upaya penghematan pemakaian bahan bakar. Salah satu upaya nya adalah dengan memanfaatkan minyak kelapa sawit sebagai bahan campuran dexlite. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempelajari kinerja mesin diesel satu silinder dengan menggunakan bahan bakar campuran minyak kelapa sawit dan dexlite yaitu : Daya, Torsi, Efesiensi Termal, Pengggunaan Bahan Bakar Spesifik dan Emisi Gas Buang yang dihasilkan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan uji eksperimental pada sebuah mesin diesel 1 silinder dengan pembebanan elektrik (lampu pijar) dari 500 Watt sampai 3000 Watt dengan interval 500 watt pada putaran mesin stasioner (1500 rpm) . Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Emisi Gas Buang yang terbaik terdapat pada campuran bahan bakar dexlite 80% + minyak kelapa sawit 20% dengan memiliki rata-rata paling rendah diantara bahan bakar lainnya. Konsumsi Bahan Bakar yang terbaik terdapat pada campuran bahan bakar D60M40 dengan memiliki rata-rata paling rendah diantara bahan bakar lainnya, dengan nilai rata rata 297,694 gr/kWh , dibandingkan dengan bahan bakar campuran D50M50 memiliki rata-rata yaitu 546,93 gr/kWh

    Characterization and Design of a Cryogenic CMOS Receiver for Superconducting and Spin Qubit Readout

    Quantum computers hold a promise to solve intractable problems that can not be solved with classical computers. In quantum computers, information is processed in qubits as opposed to bits. The proper operation of qubits requires them to be operated in a quantum state; hence they need to be cooled down to temperatures well below <1K. Using qubits and their quantum mechanical property, quantum computers can achieve exponential speedup in solving certain computing problems compared to classical computers. However, this can only be achieved by employing thousands of qubits. At the current state of play, quantum computers are still far from practical. The current state-of-the-art solution dictates that each qubit needs multiple interconnects towards room temperature and requires bulky room temperature instruments for qubit readout and control. Clearly, this current solution will not scale well for a quantum computer with many qubits. In an effort to solve this issue, it has been proposed to realize dedicated integrated circuits for control and readout of the qubits and operate them closer to the qubits' operating temperature to enable scalability.The thesis presents the implementation of an integrated RF receiver for spin and superconducting qubit readout applications. The work aims to replace the bulky room temperature electronics with an integrated solution that operates at 4K to enable scalability and simplification of the quantum computing architecture. The receiver has been designed in the TSMC 40nm CMOS technology and has been characterized in room temperature and 4K. The measured performance shows that the receiver features a gain of 58 dB and a minimum double-sideband noise figure of 0.6 dB at 4K with an operating frequency of 6-8 GHz; a comparable performance to the current state-of-the-art room temperature electronics used for qubit readout. Moreover, this work demonstrates a qubit readout experiment with the integrated receiver in both room temperature and 4K. The qubit readout experiment shows a comparable qubit readout performance with the integrated receiver at room temperature. However, due to oscillation problems, a degradation in qubit readout performance with the chip operating at 4K is observed

CV Sembada Tani is a trading company located in Getasan District, Semarang Regency. With conditions of high owner mobility, inventory information becomes a very important component for the continuity of the company's operational activities. The owner has difficulty in getting access to inventory information easily and precisely. This is contrary to the purpose of information as a basis for decision making. This research was conducted to help solve the problem of processing and distributing inventory data on company. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection method is carried out by direct observation to the object of research, namely CV Sembada Tani to obtain data according to data collection techniques. The data used in this study are primary data which is data obtained directly from the company through interviews, observations and documentation which are then processed and concluded. The development of this information system uses the Waterfall method, with the DFD (Data Flow Diagram) modeling language. At the implementation stage the author uses a PHP web programming tool and uses a MySQL database engine with Sublime Text 3 and Mozilla Firefox software support. The results of this Inventory Accounting Information System Design research is an inventory application system that can be accessed easily, anytime, and anywhere. This is to help CV Sembada Tani make the right decision as a form of good internal control. Therefore, the company's operational activities will run more effectively and efficiently than before. The community empowerment program carried out by the village is aimed at people who do not have jobs, thus opening up jobs and advancing the economy in Kuantan Tengah District in its management and for the benefit of the community.  The focus of this research is to determine the implementation of the work program of the Kuantan Tengah sub-district in the community empowerment program in the village. In this writing, the author uses descriptive qualitative research which is carried out by distributing interviews in the field, where the population is 14 informants and 5 key informants using purposive sampling in determining the sample. , while the data collection tools in the study used interviews, observation, and documentation. This research is a field research where one can find out the specifics and the relevance of what is happening at this time, so that the results of this study include: a. Communication From the results of the interview above, it can be concluded that communication in conducting community empowerment has been carried out and carried out. B. Resources From the results of the interview it can be concluded that the sub-district has provided the facilities and infrastructure needed by the community through the hands of the village. c. the position in the community program is that there is no bookkeeping of the implementation of the program, so that the implementation of the program only runs once and is not evenly distributed. d. the organizational structure is lack of cooperation between the government and the village, so that often miscommunication occurs

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati. Dalam hal ini mengumpulkan data berupa pendekatan terhadap objek melalui observasi ,serta menggunakan data-data yang berhubungan dengan kegagalan latihan keadaan darurat di atas kapal yang berkaitan dengan Port State Control Inspection. The method used in this study is qualitative method. It produces descriptive data such as written words from the people and observed behavior. In this case the approach to collect data in the form of objects through observation, and use data relating to the failure of emergency drills on board with regard to Port State Control Inspection.     Distributed Control of Battery Energy Storage Systems for Voltage Support in PV-Rich Low-Voltage Distribution Network

    As demand for clean and renewable energy around the world increases, solar photovoltaic (PV) technology becomes substantially popular, especially in low-voltage (LV) distribution networks. However, the integration of PV in LV distribution networks requires careful planning as it introduces voltage violations. To maintain network voltage, distributed control of residential-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) is a possible option. Previous studies considered only one-day simulations with limited testing conditions. However, it is important to evaluate voltage control capability over an extended period of time. Moreover, it is important to estimate battery lifetime for the economic feasibility evaluation of distributed control.This work aims to present a distributed control method for BESSs at a residential scale to provide voltage support in a highly PV-penetrated LV network while providing insights into their lifetime estimation. A control method based on a consensus algorithm with the addition of SOC balancing control is proposed and tested on a modified CIGRE LV distribution network using MATLAB/Simulink. Evaluations on the voltage support capability and control behavior are performed in various testing conditions and are extended beyond one day of simulation. Moreover, a battery lifetime estimation is performed using the resulting cycling profile from the proposed control.The proposed control strategy can provide voltage support in most case variations with the exception of cold seasons and extreme addition of PV power generation. Concerning battery lifetime, there is only a small observable capacity fade from the proposed strategy’s cycling profile.
