    Técnicas de criação do conhecimento no desenvolvimento de modelos de negócio

    Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro Tecnológico, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia e Gestao do Conhecimento, Florianópolis, 2011Transformações organizacionais têm se beneficiado da agilidade proveniente das novas tecnologias, proporcionando o desenvolvimento de novas formas de criação de valor e de transações comerciais entre empresas que vêem suas fronteiras serem expandidas e ampliadas. Neste contexto, o desenvolvimento de modelos de negócio representa a maneira de como uma organização cria, captura e distribui valor. A gestão organizacional, a partir da era do conhecimento, associada à disseminação das tecnologias da informação e de novos métodos de avaliação dos ativos intangíveis, exige a adoção de métodos e técnicas de gestão do conhecimento. Esta dissertação tem o propósito de apresentar a evolução do conceito de modelo de negócio, suas representações, características e o seu processo de desenvolvimento bem como destacar os principais métodos e técnicas de criação do conhecimento organizacional que podem ser utilizados no processo de desenvolvimento de modelos de negócio. Os procedimentos metodológicos utilizados foram a pesquisa bibliográfica para a revisão da literatura, a utilização de desk research para o aprimoramento e complementaridade das fontes pesquisadas e consulta dirigida a especialistas através de questionário semiestruturado. O diferencial que o estudo apresenta diz respeito ao levantamento bibliográfico realizado sobre modelos de negócio e métodos e técnicas de gestão e criação do conhecimento. As limitações desta pesquisa estão na sua realização tendo em vista às restrições de acesso ao grupo de especialistas selecionados. Conclui-se que o desenvolvimento de modelos de negócio é um tema emergente, e associado à criação do conhecimento organizacional, como uma nova unidade de análise organizacional requer estudos complementares

    Coral infanto-juvenil da UNESP: educação musical pela voz

    Trata-se de trabalho de educação musical pelo uso da voz cantada, com crianças e jovens da comunidade do Ipiranga. Operando ininterruptamente desde 1989, é hoje classificado como Projeto Permanente do PAC/PROEX. A iniciativa é de grande importância, uma vez que a música, desde 1971, encontra-se ausente da maior parte das escolas brasileiras; o uso da voz fornece alternativas ao acesso à música, desvinculado da questão econômica (os instrumentos musicais são caros e, por isso, distantes da população.) Neste projeto, o corpo e a voz são considerados instrumentos musicais. A partir desse projeto, formou-se o Grupo CantorIA, coral infanto-juvenil que tem se apresentado em São Paulo, interior do Estado e esteve, inclusive em Bonn e Amsterdã, em 1996. A iniciativa atende aos aspectos educacional, cultural e de apoio à comunidade, além de contribuir para o aperfeiçoamento profissional dos alunos de Música dos cursos de Bacharelado e Licenciatura do Instituto de Artes, estendendo-se também a profissionais provenientes de outras instituições. Participam do projeto atualmernte cinco alunos do Instituto de Artes, 4 do Curso de Bacharelado em Música - Habilitação em Composição e Regência e 1 do curso de Licenciatura - Habilitação em Artes Cênicas ( esta aluna já possui Habilitação em Música, pelo Instituto de Artes.); participam também 45 crianças e jovens da comunidade. Os participantes se dividem em dois grupos: crianças iniciantes (10) e Grupo CantorIA (crianças e jovens). A maior parte dos participantes provém do próprio bairro do Ipiranga, mas há algumas crianças que vêm de outros bairros. A motivação está no próprio ato de cantar em grupo, pois, embora trabalhoso, o projeto proporciona satisfação às pessoas envolvidas. Constitui-se também em espaço de formação e aperfeiçoamento profissional, por lidar especificamente com voz cantada infantil e juvenil, além de regência de coral infantil, especialidades não contempladas nos currículos dos cursos do Instituto de Artes. A oportunidade de convivência é importante e os participantes formam um grupo entrosado, que convive socialmente fora do espaço dos ensaios corais. Em 1989, quando o projeto teve início, tratava-se de convencer as crianças das imediações a participar da atividade; foram visitadas as escolas da região, cartazes foram espalhados pelo bairro e as crianças começaram a afluir. Nessa época, iniciou-se o mesmo trabalho em outras unidades: Assis, Franca, São José do Rioi Preto e Fatec (SP). O procedimento foi igual. Com o passar do tempo, a diminuição das bolsas de estudo e a dificuldade dos bolsistas se ausentarem da unidade um dia por semana, o único pólo que restou foi o IA. Depois de algum tempo, vencidos os primeiros obstáculos de implantação e formado um grupo coeso e constante, o aperfeiçoamento musaical começou a se evidenciar. Em 1996, inscrevem-nos para participar do Congresso da International Society for Music Educatio, em Ansterdã. Fomos selecionados, junto com outros 35 grupos de todo o mundo. A primeira conseqüência disso foi o convite para irmos a Bonn, Alemanha, para participar de um Festival de Canto Coral naquela cidade, uma semana antes do Congresso. Essa viagem proporcionou um salto de qualidade no Grupo, pela convivência com coros infantis e infanto-juvenis da europa e do Canadá. Como conseqüência, recebemos outros convites, do Brasil e do exterior (Congresso Latino-americano de Educación Musical (salvador, Bahia), Encopntro de Corais latino-americanos (México) e Niagara Falls Festival (Canadá). Infelizmente, não conseguimos fundos para atender a esses convites; essa é a amaior dificuldade que enfrentamos - falta de suporte do tamanho de nossas necessidades, pois o coral cresceu e amadureceu muito além das expectativas iniciais. Trabalhamos aos sábados pela manhã, uma parte com os monitores-regentes e outra com os grupos de crianças e jovens. Eles estão divididos em duas salas, com ao menos dois regentes em cada. A coordenação participa ativamente do trabalho pois, se é importante que o estudante adquira autonomia para reger e ministrar aulas de Educação Musical, é também importante que seja assistido de perto, tanto em questões técnicas - uso da voz, tessitura apropriada, escolha e arranjos do repertório - quanto em educacionais - condutas com as crianças, estratégias, motivação, escolha de repeertório adequado aos interesses e capacidades específicos e outros - e artísticas - formação do gosto, acesso a repertório diversificado do país e de outras culturas. Os benefícios já podem ser divisados a partir do próprio texto: apoio à comunidade, acesso a bens culturais à população infanto-juvenil, formação e aperfeiçoamento do educador musical.
