POLA PERILAKU DEWASA MUDA YANG KECENDERUNGAN KECANDUAN SITUS JEJARING SOSIAL
The purpose of this study is to provide a factual and comprehensive the behavior patterns of young adults who tend addicted with social networking sites. The pattern of addictive behavior by six dimensions: salience, tolerance, mood modification, relapse, withdrawal, and conflict proposed by Griffiths in Andreassen (2012). The study was conducted on the social networking users, aged 18-25 years old, and live in Jakarta. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. This study used a qualitative research with mixed method approach which quantitative research is used to support the qualitative data. The results of quantitative research shows that there are 7 people (18%) were in the category of addictive tendencies high and as many as 32 people (82%) who are in the category of being addictive tendencies. Tolerance behavior patterns that have increased the need for individuals to access social networking as behavior experienced by almost all participants (97%). While behavioral conflicts (problems that arise from the behavior of addiction) experienced by participants quantitative which has the lowest percentage at 64%. Qualitative research results show participants have a positive third interpret social networks and all three have 6 components addictive behavior. The positive impact is felt all three participants is increasing social capital and social and emotional sensitivity. Perceived negative impacts are significant issues arose with the person, procrastination, poor time management, and less able to control themselves against the use of social networking

DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DAN PENGUNGKAPAN DIRI PADA PESERTA DIDIK PROGRAM KESETARAAN PAKET B
This study aims to identify Social Support and Self Disclosure of Paket B students in PKBM Negeri 33 Malaka. This study was conducted using quantitative research, with ex-postfacto research method. Social Support instrument using adaptation from Social Support Scale by Rangga Amarullah and Self Disclosure instrument adaptation of The Jourard Sixty-Item Self Disclosure Questionnaire by Jourard and Lasakow. Procedure sampling technique use saturation sampling. Participants in this research were 38 people who are adolesence of Paket B Students in PKBM Negeri 33 Malaka. Based on the analysis of data, obtained by regression Social Support on Self Disclosure amounted to 13,6% with significance level of 0.023 (p < 0.05). The results showed that there are significant Social Support to Self Disclosure Paket B students in PKBM Negeri 33 Malaka, shown by the regression equation Y = 0,637 + 0,294X which means higher Social Support, higher Self Disclosure, and vice versa
EFIKASI DIRI DAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI INFORMASI PADA GURU SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS
This study aims to determine the relationship between teachers’ efficacy with information literacy skill on high-school teacher. This reaserch used qualitative approach with correlational research method. Population in this study was high-shcool teachers whom teached with curriculum 2013 in DKI Jakarta. Samples that used was 100 teachers using quota sampling technique. Measurement of information literacy used adaptation instrument made by Tisa Lina Putri (2013) based on The Big6 Model with instrument reliability was 0.94. Teachers efficacy was measured by Teacher Sense of Efficacy Scale from Tschannen-Moran and Woolfolk Hoy (2001) with reliability of 0.70. Based on the results of data analysis, obtained the results there is a relationship between teacher efficacy with information literacy on the teacher. The result correlation value is 0.369 with a significance of 0.000 at a significance level of 5%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the teachers efficacy with information literacy
KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP DOSEN PEMBIMBING DAN KETAKUTAN AKAN KEGAGALAN MAHASISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SKRIPSI
This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication to supervisors with the studennts fear of failure in completing undergraduated thesis. The research approach used in this study is quantitative, with the correlation analysis method. Fear of failure is measured by the Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (PFAI) scale of David E. Conroy (2001) with a reliability of 0.98, while the interpersonal communication scale is adapted from Evi Zuhara (2014) thesis from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia with a reliability of 0,86. The respondents in this study are 136 students, who are completing the undergraduated thesis in Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The findings indicate there is a relationship between interpersonal communication towards the students fear of failure. The value of correlation coefficient generated equal to 0,240 with significance of 0,005 at the significance level of 5%. It can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between interpersonal communication to supervisors with students fear of failure in completing undergraduated thesis
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGGUNAAN ASESMEN ALTERNATIF DALAM MENGEVALUASI HASIL BELAJAR SISWA
The purpose of this research was to describe the evaluation of the students’s learning achievement and the factors influencing the teachers in using alternative assessment in evaluating the students’s learning achievement. The method applied was mixed method explanatory in which the research began with quantitative approach and continued with qualitative approach. The research was conducted in Utan Kayu Selatan area of the East Jakarta as from April to November 2011 and the primary school teachers were determined as the research subjects. The samples were selected by random sampling for the quantitative approach and certain criteria were used for the qualitative approach. Based on the data analysis, from 41 only nine teachers used the alternative assessment. In-depth study indicated the influencing factors for the teachers to use the alternative factors were (1) boredom of using the conventional evaluation, (2) wish to adjust the evaluation technique to the instructional objectives, (3) wish to gain authentic assessment of the students’ competence, (4) awareness to grow honesty value to the students, (5) insight of the students’ different competence, and (6) teachers’ creativity
Minat Baca dan Gaya Belajar Mahasiswa Lptk sebagai Calon Guru Profesional di Era Digital
The purpose of conducting this research was to examine whether there is significant correlation or not between reading interest and learning style of LPTK's students as professional teacher candidates. 126 samples were taken from 4 LPTK was previously a state Teachers' Training College (IKIP Negeri) in June - November 2016, involving 126 respondents. Data were analyzed using an application aid Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21 and Winstep version 37.1 applications Rasch modeling to determine the categories of respondents are more uncertain. Hypotheses were tested using Cramer's V nonparametric correlation method. The Result showed that approximate significantly. (0.818) was higher that alpha (0.05), it can be concluded that the Null Hypothesis (H0) “there is no significant correlation between reading interest and learning style on LPTK's students”
Persepsi Mahasiswa terhadap Komunikasi Antarpribadi Dosen Pembimbing Skripsi dalam Proses Bimbingan Skripsi
The purpose of this research is to identify students' perception of the supervisors' interpersonal communication in guiding the students to complete scientific writing as a requirement to complete their study program at the Department of Psychology, School of Education, State University of Jakarta. As samples, 30 students were selected with incidental technique. The result of the research showed that the students have positive perception of their supervisors' interpersonal communication. It was stated that the supervisors are fair, empathy, supporting, helpful, having positive attitude and tolerant. No students found problems in communication with the supervisor and fell the supervisors were able to develop a good intrapersonal communication
Analisis Psikometri Instrumen Psychological Well-Being pada Dokter: Adaptasi Skala Pengukuran
This study involved 70 doctors in Indonesia with diverse demographic characteristics, consisting of 54.2% males and 45.8% females, with ages ranging from 25 to 60 years. Based on Rasch analysis using the jMetrik software version 4.1.1, the psychological well-being measurement instrument for doctors in Indonesia showed excellent reliability, with an item reliability value of 0.95 and person reliability of 0.86. These results indicate that the measurement tool used is valid and reliable for this study. The instrument also demonstrated excellent strata separation with a value of 6.77, as well as a range of item difficulty levels, from the easiest to the most difficult. Item number 18 was considered the easiest, while item number 8 was the most difficult. However, item number 26 was found to be unsuitable for the participants and was therefore excluded from the analysis. Overall, the quality of this instrument is rated as excellent, with only two items in the harmony dimension to be used in future research.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji instrumen pengukuran alat ukur kesejahteraan psikologis pada remaja di Indonesia dengan rentan usia 12-15 tahun yang dikembangkan Fitria Ariyanti Abidin yang akan diadapatsi pada pengukuran psychological well-being pada dokter di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sample secara random dokter di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini yaitu pemodelan Rasch, analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak (software) jMetrik version 4.1.1. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa instrumen memiliki nilai reliabilitas .958 dengan N=70, demikian juga nilai reliability person .869. Maka dapat disimpulkan dengan Rating Scale Instrument Quality Criteria William P. Fisher, bahwa aspek pengukuran ini dapat disimpulkan yaitu reliability items sangat baik rentan .91 - .94, sedangkan reliability persons tergolong baik dengan rentan .81 - .90.
