Dengan era yang mendigitalisasi hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, internet jadi kebutuhan sehari-hari untuk belanja, bekerja, dan bahkan hiburan. Termasuk di bidang kesastraan yang juga menggunakan media ini untuk memaksimalkan sebuah cerita. Salah satu media tersebut adalah SCP-Foundation yang mengadaptasi mitos Baba Yaga menjadi bagian dari narasi mereka. Dengan menggunakan teori Vladimir Propp yaitu Dramatis Personae, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perbedaan dan persamaan dalam elemen naratif di antara Baba Yaga di SCP-Foundation dan Vasilisa the Beautiful. Perbedaan dari keduanya adalah Vasilisa the Beautiful memiliki 19 elemen naratif sementara Baba Yaga di SCP-Foundation memiliki 6 naratif elemen. Kesimpulannya, Baba Yaga di SCP-Foundation memiliki pendekatan berbeda pada mitos Baba Yaga, di saat bersamaan juga mereka tetap menjaga akar dari mitos tersebut.

With era that digitized almost every aspect of human life, internet become everyday needs for shopping, working or even entertainment. It is including literature field that use this medium to maximize the story. This new medium including SCP- Foundation that adapting Baba Yaga myth into their part of their narration. By using Vladimir Propp’s Dramatis Personae, this paper aims to analyze the difference and similarity in narrative elements between Baba Yaga in SCP-Foundation and Vasilisa the Beautiful. The difference is that Vasilisa the Beautiful has 19 narrative elements while Baba Yaga in SCP-Foundation has 6 narrative elements. In conclusion, Baba Yaga in SCP-Foundation has a difference approach to Baba Yaga myth, at the same time can keep the root of her myth.

Peran bagian purchasing dalam supply general store sangat penting terutama
dalam proses pengiriman dan juga tugas dan tanggung jawab lain purchasing adalah
membuat purchase order,membuat dispatch letter dan failing, dalam hal
pengiriman sparepart di masa pandemi adalah masalah baru bagi bagian purchasing
,di masa pandemi covid-19 suatu bisnis pelayaran harus tetap berjalan dengan
langkah-langkah pencegahan yang telah di anjurkan oleh pemerintah isi penulisan
skripsi ini peneliti menjabarkan tentang tugas dan tanggung jawab purchasing
tentang bagaimana meningkatkan proses pengiriman barang dari kantor ke kapal
sesuai protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi covid-19
Dalam penulisan skripsi ini peneliti menemukan bahwa dicurigainya pada
proses pengiriman tanggal 12 juli 2021 menjadi penyebab 2 orang kru kapal
terpapar virus covid-19. Berikut masalah yang di temukan peneliti dalam skripsi ini
yaitu bagaimana cara mengingkatkan proses supply di PT Karya Sumber Energy ,
apa kendala yang ada pada proses supply dan apa upaya untuk menghadapi kendala
tersebut, dalam menulis skripsi ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian melalui
pendekatan kualitatif karena akan menyajikan data-data yang diperoleh secara
deskriptif atau membuat gambaran mengenai situasi atau kejadian dan lebih banyak
melakukan observasi dan wawancara secara langsung terhadap objek penelitian.
Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti selama praktek darat di PT Karya
Sumber Energy dalam hal ini disimpulkan dalam meningkatkan proses pengiriman
barang dari kantor ke kapal MV DK 02 adalah memberikan wawasan kesehatan
pada sumber daya manusia bagian pengiriman, menyemprotkan cairan desinfektan
kepada barang yang akan dikirim maupun diterima dan juga mengadakan rapat
tertutup perusahaan adapun kendala dalam meningkatkan proses pengiriman barang
dari kantor ke kapal MV DK 02 adalah bagian pengiriman yang sering tidak
menaati protokol kesehatan, biaya anggaran yang akan bertambah untuk pembelian
APD (alat perlindungan diri ) dan desinfektan, pemilihan perusahaan ketiga sebagai
pengadaan APD ( alat perlindungan diri ), penolakan terhadap sumberdaya manusia
yang dating ke kantor dengan tidak menaati protokol kesehatan, untuk upaya dalam
menghadapi kendala pengiriman tersebut adalah bekerja sama dengan PT Karya
Teknik Multifinance, memberikan wawasan taat protokol kesehatan di bagian

Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menganalisis sistem yang akan dibuat dengan melakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data seperti interview (wawancara) dan observasi. Metode lainnya yang dipergunakan pengembangan sistem. Proses pengembangan ini menggunakan metode pemrograman terstruktur yang terdiri dari pembuatan DFD dan ERD. Kemudian akan diteruskan dengan pembuatan aplikasi berbasis web. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah dihasilkannya program aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai sistem informasi pada konfeksi R.S Jimbung yang dapat menampilkan informasi tentang jenis bahan pakaian, model dan warna pakaian, jumlah pesanan, harga bahan, serta sistem pembayaran. Masculinity has the understanding that a man should have a strict, male and rude attitude. A man who has a gentle nature, does not like heavy sports and others will be considered a taboo in society. Masculinity that has changed in society along with the development of the times, this is indicated by the emergence of male beauty vloggers who discuss about beauty, self-care, style of dress and so on. One of them is Tysna Saputra. Through his YouTube channel, Tysna Saputra uploaded a video titled SKIN CARE GUYS at CHILDREN COST! Tysna practices self care steps for men. This, builds men's awareness to be more able to take care of themselves and not feel taboo when doing it. The method used by the author is a qualitative research method, namely by using Van Djik's critical discourse analysis techniques. The method used is online data observation and tracking using data triangulation. The author's observation was to watch Tysna's YouTube video repeatedly and explain each scene and product used. Observations made by the writer will prove that by doing self-care, will not reduce the value of masculinity that exists in a man. This will be related to Van Djik's theory of analysis.
Maskulinitas memiliki pengertian bahwa seorang laki-laki sudah seharusnya memiliki sikap yang tegas, jantan dan kasar. Seorang laki-laki yang memiliki sifat lemah lembut, tidak menyukai olahraga berat dan lainnya akan dianggap sebagai hal yang tabu di maskyarakat. Maskulinitas yang telah berubah di masyarakat seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, hal ini ditunjunkkan dengan bermunculannya para beauty vlogger laki-laki yang membahas mengenai kecantikan, perawatan diri, gaya berpakaian dan sebagainya. Salah satunya adalah Tysna Saputra. Melalui kanal YouTubenya, Tysna Saputra mengunggah video dengan judul SKIN CARE COWOK harga ANAK KOST!. Observasi yang dilakukan penulis akan membuktikan bahwa dengan melakukan perawatan diri, tidak akan mengurangi nilai maskulinitas yang ada pada seorang laki-laki. Economic valuation of whale shark tourism in Cenderawasih Bay National Park, Papua, Indonesia

The whale sharks aggregation in the waters of Cenderawasih Bay has an impact on improving the marine tourism industry in the region. On the other hands, Whale Shark is one of the species listed in the Red List of Threatened Species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), the vulnerable status, means that a whale shark populations have been reduced by 20% to 50% within 10 years or three generations. The decline numbers of whale sharks caused by human activities that damage the fish and the habitat, such as fishing and tourism activities. This is due to the lack of public awareness about the function and value of these resources and its habitat. The whale shark has inherent value as marine resources, and has an environmental services value, in relation to tourism activities. This paper measures the economic value and environmental services of the whale shark and its habitat. The method of Travel Cost is used to calculate the value of expenditures incurred by both foreign and local tourists. The study also measured the value obtained by tourist operators, the value of fishing activities, and the value of the habitat, through the people's Willingness to Pay (WTP), using Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). From the result of the overall economic valuation can be determined the estimated value of whale shark tourism, as well as Cenderawasih Bay National Park area, amounted to IDR 35.5 trillion. The policy implication of this research is the need for appreciation of the whale sharks value, as well as its habitat, by managing and developing conservation areas, and community capacity building on the understanding of the importance of whale sharks and its conservation.</jats:p

The method used is descriptive research, which aims to provide a clear picture of the state of the company, which acquired the data, collected and analyze and compared with the theories and the existing litelature on the litelature review in order to obtain a conclucion. Based on the results of the research, preparation of financial statements at PT. Rizki Saputra has been conducted by the author in accordance with SAK ETAP (Financial Accounting Standard for Small and Medium Entities) applicable in Indonesia. From this research, the researcher compose financial statement same with the rule of SAK ETAP (Financial Accounting Standard for Small and Medium Entities). Grammatical Errors Found in Recount Texts Written by Tenth Graders of SMAN 1 Turen

Thesis, English Department, Faculty of letters, State University of Malang, Advisors: Dr. Furaidah, M.A. (II) Dr. Mirjam Anugerahwati, M.A. Keywords: error, grammar, recount text English as a foreign language is taught as a compulsory subject in junior and senior high schools in Indonesia. For most students, learning a foreign language is difficult since the target language has different rules compared to their native language and therefore students frequently make errors in writing. The tenth graders of social class X1 of SMAN 1 Turen that consisted of 33 students were required to achieve the learning objective more quickly than other classes because these students were involved in the acceleration program. However, the researcher still found that this class frequently had low perfomance in English like students in regular classes. Therefore, the researcher was interested in conducting a study to analyze the errors they made in writing a recount text. The method used in this study was a descriptive qualitative research and the procedure of Error Analysis used is according to Ellis’ and Barkhuizen’s (2005) theory. The data were obtained by giving the students a test to write a recount text. Afterwards, the data were collected, identified, and then classified based on Azar’s (1993) grammatical errors classification. After analyzing the data, the researcher found that there were 307 errors from 30 pieces of students’ recount texts. Those errors were classified into fourteen types: singular-plural, word form, word choice, verb tense, add a word, omit a word, word order, incomplete sentence, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, article, meaning not clear and run-on sentence. From all those errors, there were 3 major errors. One hundred twenty five (125) errors or 40.7% related to verb tense, add a word was 31 or 10%, spelling was 26 errors or 8.4%. the other errors were; word choice was 23 errors or 7.5%, word form is 20 errors or 6.5%, singular-plural was 17 errors or 5.5%, omit a word was 15 errors or 4.8%, capitalization was 13 errors or 4.2%, word order was 10 errors or 3.2%, incomplete sentence was 8 errors or 2.6%, meaning not clear was 6 errors or 1.9%, punctuation was 6 errors or 1.9%, article was 5 errors or 1.6% and the last was run-on sentence which was 2 or 1%. The findings of this study show that verb tense is the most frequent error that occured in the students’ recount texts. Therefore, the teacher in writing classes, should use a suitable strategy to improve students’ grammar ability and minimize their grammatical errors so that they can apply their grammar well in writing a recount text

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan bagaimana aksi voluntaristik terbentuk di dalam Gerakan Mengajar Desa Kabupaten Subang, mulai dari tahu menjadi tertarik yang kemudian berkontribusi aktif. Lalu, bentuk aksi voluntaristik yang dilakukan, mulai dari pengabdian masyarakat dan taman baca. Serta membahas aspek rasionalitas yang mendorong individu untuk berperan menjadi relawan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 orang informan utama dan 5 orang informan pendukung. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Gerakan Mengajar Desa Kabupaten Subang, Tim F yang ada di Kampung Cikur, Desa Wanasari, Kecamatan Cipunagara, Kabupaten Subang pada bulan Mei 2023 - Januari 2024. Dalam pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan analisis data kualitatif dan diperkaya dengan studi literatur yang kompleks.
Berdasarkan temuan dari data yang diperoleh peneliti dalam penelitian ditemukan bahwa aksi voluntaristik yang dilakukan oleh Gerakan Mengajar Desa Kabupaten Subang ini berawal dari media sosial yang berkontribusi aktif dalam menciptakan partisipasi nyata agar tujuan dari aksi voluntaristik tercapai. Aksi voluntaristik yang terbentuk ini didasarkan pada dua motivasi yang saling berkaitan satu sama lain, yaitu motivasi sosial dan motivasi personal dan berperan penting dalam terbentuknya pilihan rasional untuk mengikuti aksi voluntaristik. Aksi voluntaristik yang dilakukan berdampak positif bagi relawan karena mampu mencapai tujuan individu, seperti meningkatkan softskill, relasi, mendapatkan pengalaman organisasi, pelatihan, sertifikat, dan personal branding dan menjadi manusia yang bermanfaat. Kemudian bagi anak didik, mendapatkan pendidikan yang layak sesuai dengan kurikulum pemerintah, meningkatnya kemampuan membaca, menulis dan berhitung, serta lebih termotivasi untuk melaksanakan pendidikan.
This research aims to explain how voluntaristic action is formed in the Subang Regency Village Teaching Movement, starting from knowing to becoming interested and then actively contributing. Then, forms of voluntary action were carried out, starting from community service and reading parks. As well as discussing aspects of rationality that encourage individuals to play the role of volunteers.
This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This research data was obtained through observation, documentation and interviews. The subjects of this research consisted of 6 main informants and 5 supporting informants. The research location was carried out at the Subang Regency Village Teaching Movement, Team F in Cikur Village, Wanasari Village, Cipunagara District, Subang Regency in May 2023 - January 2024. In collecting data, the author used primary and secondary data with qualitative and enriched data analysis. with complex literature studies.
Based on the findings from the data obtained by researchers in the research, it was found that the voluntary action carried out by the Subang Regency Village Teaching Movement began with social media which actively contributed to creating real participation so that the goals of the voluntary action were achieved. The voluntaristic action that is formed is based on two motivations that are interrelated with each other, namely social motivation and personal motivation and play an important role in the formation of rational choices to take part in voluntaristic action. Voluntaristic actions carried out have a positive impact on volunteers because they are able to achieve individual goals, such as improving soft skills, relationships, gaining organizational experience, training, certificates and personal branding and becoming useful human beings. Then for students, they get a proper education in accordance with the government curriculum, their reading, writing and arithmetic skills improve, and they are more motivated to carry out their education

As in the case that the author examined below, the perpetrators of the crime of online gambling domino higgs were charged with Article 303 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code which was decided by the Rokan Hilir District Court in case Number 550/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Rhl and case decision Number 158/Pid.B/2022/PN.Rhl, where these two decisions, the sentences given by the Judge of the Rokan Hilir District Court were very different from one another. Based on the background above, the formulation of the problem that will be answered in writing this thesis includes: How is the Disparity in Judges' Decisions Against Higgs Domino Chip Seller Cases at the Rokan Hilir District Court, and the Construction Basis of Thinking Judges Have Reflected a Sense of Justice in Giving Decisions Against the Same Case to seller of Higgs Domino Chips in Case Number 550/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Rhl and case Number 158/Pid.B/2022/PN.Rhl. This research, when viewed from the type of research, this research is classified as legal research. This type of research is normative legal research. The data source comes from secondary data which is divided into three types of data, namely primary legal material, secondary legal material and tertiary legal material. Disparity in Judges' Decisions Against the Higgs Domino Chip Seller Case at the Rokan Hilir District Court that there has been a disparity in sentencing between the defendants Sahlanto alias Alan and Hermanto alias Abeng, where the difference occurred due to erroneous legal considerations carried out by the Panel of Judges against the two perpetrators, resulting in different decisions the conviction, Sahlanto alias Alan, who was only an agent for a Higgs Domino Chip Seller, was sentenced to 1 year and 2 months in prison, while Hermanto alias Abeng, who was also an agent for a Higgs Domino Chip Seller, was acquitted. Meanwhile, the basic construction of thinking is that the judge has reflected a sense of justice in giving a decision on the same case to the Higgs Domino chip seller in case number 550/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Rhl and case number 158/Pid.B/2022/PN.Rhl that The Panel of Judges in making decisions for the two defendants, can be divided into two parts, namely those that are juridical and non-juridical in nature. Juridical in nature, seen from the prosecutor's indictment, the statements of the accused, witnesses, evidence and related articles, while non-juridical, namely ballast and mitigating reasons, and the social status of the defendants, where Sahlanto alias Alan is a Higgs Domino Chip Selling Agent, while Hermanto alias Abeng is not , and that turned out to make the sentencing different. Then, after the facts were concluded it was also followed by the conviction of the Panel of Judges, so that there was a difference in the imposition of criminal sanctions against the two defendant
