KRIS-Satakunta ry:n jäsenten kokemuksia yhdistyksen toiminnasta
No full textOpinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli selvittää KRIS-Satakunta ry:n nykyisten ja entisten jäsenten mielipiteitä yhdistykseltä saamastaan tuesta ja siitä, miten yhdistyksen toimintaa voidaan kehittää. Tavoitteena oli saada tietoa, jota yhdistys voi käyttää kehittäessään toimintaansa. Tavoitteena oli myös kehittää omaa ammatillista kohtaamista kuntoutujien kanssa ja saada lisää valmiuksia tutkimuksen tekoon.
Opinnäytetyö oli lähestymistavaltaan määrällinen eli kvantitatiivinen, mutta sisälsi myös laadullisen osuuden, koska kyselylomakkeessa oli avoimia kysymyksiä. Aineisto kerättiin KRIS-Satakunta ry:n jäseniltä sähköisellä e-lomakkeella. Kyselyyn vastasi 12 henkilöä. Heiltä kysyttiin, miten usein he olivat käyttäneet KRIS-Satakunta ry:n palveluita ja kuinka kauan hän olivat eläneet yhdistyksen periaatteiden mukaisesti. Lisäksi oli kysymyksiä päihteettömyydestä, rikoksettomuudesta, elämänhallinnasta ja vankilatyöstä. Lomakkeen lopussa oli kolme avointa kysymystä muun muassa siitä, miten KRIS-Satakunta ry:n toimintaa voidaan kehittää.
Kyselyssä todettiin, että KRIS Satakunta ry:n jäsenet olivat hyötyneet yhdistykseltä saamastaan tuesta. Suurin osa vastanneista kertoi saaneensa KRISin kautta ymmärrystä omaan riippuvuuteensa. Vastaajista moni otti osaa KRISin itsehoitoryhmiin melko tai erittäin paljon. Suurimmalla osalla oli myös joku päihteettömyydessä tukeva henkilö KRISin piirissä. Aineistosta selviää, että useimmiten nämä samat henkilöt myös olivat onnistuneet olemaan ilman päihteitä tultuaan mukaan KRISin toimintaan.
Jatkotutkimusehdotuksena olisi mielenkiintoista selvittää miten vielä voisi yhteistyötä kehittää kolmannen sektorin ja rikosseuraamuslaitoksen välillä.The purpose of this thesis was, by using quantitative research, to examine KRIS-Satakunta ry's current and former members' opinions on the society's services and to collect developing suggestions. The objective was to have the results of the poll available to KRIS-Satakunta ry as they develop their activities and report to the sponsor (STEA). The aim was also to develop the writers' own occupational encountering with recoverers and get more prepared in doing research.
This thesis has a quantitative approach but also includes a qualitative part since there's open questions in the questionnaire. Material was gathered from KRIS-Satakunta ry attenders with an online form. The research took interest in how often the answerers use KRIS-Satakunta ry's services and for how long have they lived by KRIS principles. There were also questions on sobriety, lawfulness and prison work. At the end of form were three open questions on how KRIS-Satakunta ry's work can be improved.
Research found that KRIS-Satakunta ry attenders had benefited from the support got-ten from the association. Most of the answerers told they got better comprehension on their addiction via KRIS. Many took part in KRIS self-help groups somewhat or very much. Majority of the attenders had someone to support them in sobriety within KRIS. Often these same people had succeeded in staying sober after coming to KRIS-Satakunta ry.
A suggestion for follow-up study is developing co-operation with third sector and Criminal Sanctions Agency
