Evolución de las finanzas públicas de Cota: Una mirada descriptiva 1985 - 2022
Una estructura fiscal sólida en cualquier nivel de la administración pública es una condición necesaria para realizar todas las acciones de política pública imperiosas y las deseadas para satisfacer las necesidades de sus pobladores.
Este documento presenta una breve revisión histórica de la evolución y composición de los ingresos y gastos de Cota 1985 - 2022. Para realizar nuestro análisis empleamos datos del Sistema de Información del Formulario Único Territorial (SISFUT) y del Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP). Para permitir la comparabilidad durante el periodo, todas las cifras son expresadas a precios constantes del 2022 y en términos per cápita. Es decir, se controla por la inflación y por el crecimiento poblacional del municipio o distrito. Así mismo, esto permitirá realizar comparaciones con otras entidades territoriales de Colombia similares.
Para lograr lo anterior, este trabajo está dividido en seis sesiones: la primera sección es la presente introducción. La segunda y tercera sección muestran la evolución de los ingresos y los gastos respectivamente. En la cuarta sección se exponen los Indicadores de Desempeño Fiscal (IDF) para el Distrito. Structural insight into the oxidation of sinapic acid by CotA laccase
Laccases can oxidize plenty of substrates by use of molecular oxygen as the final electron acceptor. The broad substrate spectrum is further expanded by using redox mediators in so-called laccase-mediator systems, but the structural studies on interactions between laccases and natural mediators are still absent. In this study, the crystal structure of CotA/sinapic acid complex is solved, structural comparison has revealed a novel substrate binding mode. The residue of His419 instead of His497 is bonding to the sinapic acid (SA) as the primary electron acceptor. Moreover, the binding of SA leads to 10 degrees rotation on Arg416, our mutagenesis data exhibits that the residue Arg416 is crucial in the oxidation of 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) and syringaldazine (SGZ). Furthermore, oxidation of several phenolic acids and one non-phenolic acid by CotA was investigated. By analyzing interactions between CotA and SA, it is indicated that the presence of methoxy groups in the ortho-position of the phenolic structure is crucial for the substrate recognition by CotA laccase. The taxonomical revision of genus cota j.gay (asteraceae) in turkey
Bu çalışmada, Cota J. Gay (Asteraceae) cinsine ait taksonların morfolojik, palinolojik, moleküler ve sitogenetik özellikleri, tür tanıma anahtarları, tür betimleri ve coğrafi yayılışları sunulmuştur. Türkiye Florası'nda Cota cinsi Anthemis L. cinsinin 3 seksiyonundan biri olarak verilmiştir. Son yıllarda yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda Cota seksiyonuna ait taksonların tümü cins seviyesine yükseltilmiştir. Türkiye Florası'nda Cota seksiyonu tür ve türaltı seviyede 22 taksonla temsil edilmektedir. Türkiye için Cota cinsine ait yeni bir tür tespit edilmiştir (Cota hamzaoglui U.Özbek & Vural). Cota tinctoria L. var. euxina (Boiss.) Grierson ve C. tinctoria L. var. virescens Grierson taksonları tür seviyesine çıkartılarak Cota euxina (Boiss.) U.Özbek & Vural ve C. virescens (Grierson) U.Özbek & Vural adını almıştır. C. melanolepis Boiss. türü ülkemiz siyasi sınırları içinde yetişmediğinden listemizden çıkartılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda Cota cinsi üyeleri tür ve türaltı seviyede 22 takson olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bütün türlere fitocoğrafik bölge önerilmiştir. Ayrıca Türkiye Florası'nda endemik olarak belirtilen C. melanoloma Trautv. subsp. melanoloma ve C. wiedemanniana (Fisch. & C.A. Mey.) Holub türlerinin endemik olmadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Türkiye Bitkileri Kırmızı Kitabı'nda DD olarak değerlendirilen C. fulvida Boiss. türü tip lokalitesi dışında başka bir lokaliteden ilk kez toplanmıştır. RAPD ve SDS-PAGE verilerine göre taksonlar arasında farklılıklar tespit edilmiş ve moleküler sonuçların morfolojik bulguları desteklediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Cota cinsine ait taksonların polenlerinin morfolojik özellikleri birbirine oldukça benzemektedir. Taksonların polen tipleri trikolporat, polen şekilleri prolat-sferoidal ve oblat-sferoidal, süslenmeleri ise ekinattır. Çalışılan taksonların kromozom sayıları 2n=18'dir.In this study, morphological, palynological, molecular and cytogenetical characters have been discussed. The identification keys, descriptions and geographical distribution maps of taxa belonging to genus Cota J. Gay (Asteraceae) have been presented. Cota is given as one of three sections of the Anthemis in Flora of Turkey. As a result of recent studies sect. Cota have been elevated to genus level, and then all taxa attributed to this section transfered to the new genus. Genus Cota is represented by 22 taxa in the Flora of Turkey. A new species of the genus Cota has been described as Cota hamzaoglui U. Özbek & Vural. Cota tinctoria L. var. euxina (Boiss.) Grierson and C. tinctoria L. var. virescens Grierson has been arised to the species level as Cota euxina (Boiss.) U.Özbek & Vural and C. virescens (Grierson) U.Özbek & Vural. C. melanolepis Boiss. did not find throughout the political borders of our country, so it has been excluded from the list. As a result of this study Cota contains 22 taxa. The phytogeographic region for all species has been proposed. The endemisity of C. melanoloma Trautv. subsp. melanoloma and C. wiedemanniana (Fisch. & C.A. Mey.) Holub has not been confirmed, although they are endemic due to Flora of Turkey. C. fulvida Boiss., which is placed in DD category according to Red Data Book of Turkish Plants, has been collected for first time from another locality except of type locality. Results of RAPD and SDS-PAGE data have been approved the differences between the taxa. The molecular studies due to the taxa of this genus support the morphological features. Palinological characters of Cota species are very similar. The type of pollen grains are tricolporate, the shape of pollen grains are prolate-spheroidal and oblate-spheroidal, and ornamentations are echinate. The chromosome number of the examined taxa has been indicated as 2n=18

Synopsıs of the genus cota (anthemıdeae, asteraceae) ın Turkey
The morphological features of Cota were studied based on our specimens collected between 2005 and 2019 in Turkey and herbarium specimens from various herbaria. As a result of the obtained systematic and floristic findings of the last years, Cota now 22 taxa (17 species, 2 subspecies, 3 variety), of which 9 are endemic to Turkey which suggests an endemism rate of about 41%. In this study, C. coelopoda var. longiloba and C. coelopoda var. bourgaei are considered a synonym of C. coelopoda, and one new lectotyes are designed. Moreover, main synonyms, nomenclatural types, ecological data, diagnostic keys and distribution of taxa are also given for each accepted taxon and morphological characters have been discussed.Yo
Türkiye Uludağ’dan yeni bir Cota türü
Cota hamzaoglui U.Ozbek & Vural (Asteraceae, Anthemideae) is described as a new species from Uludag in the Bursa province of Turkey. Information given on the new species includes a Latin diagnosis, taxonomic description, line drawing, and several photographs, as well as comments on the species' geographical distribution, including a map, and its affinity to Cota oxylepis Boiss. and C. fulvida (Grierson) Holub.Cota hamzaoglui U.Özbek & Vural (Asteraceae, Anthemideae) Uludağ’dan (Bursa) yeni bir tür olarak betimlendi. Yeni türün latince ayırt edici özellikleri, taksonomik betimi, çizimi, coğrafi k yayılışı ve Cota oxylepis Boiss. ve C. fulvida (Grierson) Holub’ya yakınlığı hakkında bazı yorumlar yapıldı

Decolorization of dyes by recombinase CotA from Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3) and characterization of the purified enzyme
Dyes are usually difficult to be decolorized due to their complex chemical structures. In this work, recombinant CotA laccase was purified from Escherichia coli to evaluate its application in dye decolorization. Factors influencing laccase expression, such as induction temperature, phosphate buffer (pH), copper concentration and isopropyl β-D-1-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) concentration, were investigated. The recombinant laccase was purified to electrophoretic homogeneity, and was estimated to have a molecular mass about 67.5 kDa. The CotA protein was stained red by syringaldazine after Native-PAGE. The purified enzyme showed a similar behaviour to the spores laccase produced by Bacillus subtilis WD23. Using syringaldazine as the substrate to determine the CotA laccase activity, the optimum pH and temperature were 7.2 and 45°C, respectively. High laccase activity was maintained in a pH range from 6.0~7.6. The temperature half-life of the CotA laccases was 95 min at 80°C. The pH half-life was 8 h at pH 9.0 he CotA laccase was strongly inhibited by ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and methyl alcohol. The CotA laccase could efficiently decolorize anthraquinone and azo dyes in 24 h. The decolourization capacity of this recombinant laccase suggested that it could be a useful biocatalyst for the treatment of dye-containing effluents.Key words: Recombinant CotA laccase, Escherichia coli, purification, dye decolorization
