No full textEn el marco de la pasantía se realizó un sistema de información, del programa de Apoyo Alimentario que brinda la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, que hace parte de los servicios del Centro de Bienestar Institucional. Hasta el año 2020 la información que maneja la dependencia, corresponde a formularios y listas físicas para el control de la entrega del beneficio a estudiantes de bajos recursos, se manejaba de manera manual, lo cual dificulta el proceso de gestión, así como el registro de los datos a tiempo y de manera adecuada, teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el proyecto se enfocó en dar solución a este problema, creando un cliente web y un servicio, donde este cliente accede a algunos servicios de la Universidad Distrital y el servicio creado. Como resultado se tiene, un sistema que permite a los estudiantes ingresar a la plataforma para diligenciar una solicitud y hacer seguimiento del mismo, esta solicitud guarda todos los datos suministrados por el estudiante, documentos y puntaje calculado automáticamente, basados en la Resolución 011 del 15 de enero de 2020, posteriormente desde la misma aplicación los coordinadores podrán evaluar y hacer observaciones sobre las solicitudes, para finalmente escoger cuáles de los estudiantes que van a obtener el beneficio en cada periodo académico, la aplicación también permite el registro de la entrega de almuerzos, donde los coordinadores solo tienen que ingresar el código del estudiante, la plataforma realizará todas las validaciones necesarias, con esta funcionalidad y otras adicionales, se puede llevar a cabo el control del proceso tanto de las inscripciones, la revisión, la selección y la publicación, como de todo el manejo de los datos junto con la validación del registro diario cuando se está brindando el beneficio hasta su fecha de cierre.Within the framework of the internship, an information system was carried out, of the Food Support program offered by the Francisco José de Caldas District University, which is part of the services of the Institutional Wellbeing Center. Entre el saber y el deber saber: Mecanismos inferenciales de la Ilusión de Profundidad Explicativa
Get PDFLa ilusión de profundidad explicativa (IPE) es la tendencia de las personas a sobrestimar su capacidad para explicar los mecanismos causales de procesos naturales o sociales. La investigación previa sobre este sesgo metacognitivo ha sugerido que las personas exhiben la IPE cuando confunden el reconocimiento de patrones causales abstractos de los dominios físicos, biológicos, psicológicos y sociales con el conocimiento de los mecanismos de funcionamiento de objetos y procesos específicos. Sin embargo, esta explicación resulta limitada para dar cuenta de las diferencias en la sobrestimación del conocimiento sobre temas con propiedades causales similares y que pertenecen al mismo dominio explicativo. En una línea de investigación relacionada, algunos estudios empíricos sobre juicios metacognitivos en tareas de memoria y aprendizaje han mostrado que las personas utilizan información social y contextual como claves inferenciales para estimar su conocimiento sobre contenidos específicos. Conectando estas dos líneas de investigación para esclarecer los mecanismos metacognitivos y motivacionales involucrados en la IPE, se llevaron a cabo cinco experimentos para indagar si la deseabilidad social del conocimiento sobre un tema influye en la estimación de su comprensión causal y si este efecto está relacionado con el tipo de procesamiento de la información (tipo 1 y tipo 2). En particular, se examinó si la deseabilidad social percibida del conocimiento se asocia con la magnitud de la IPE (Experimentos 1, 2 y 2a) y si esta relación es moderada por la habilidad para realizar procesamientos analíticos/controlados (Experimentos 3 y 4). Los resultados mostraron que la IPE fue mayor en los temas cuyo conocimiento fue calificado como más deseable socialmente en tres dominios: histórico, económico y dispositivos (Experimento 1). Este efecto no se debió a la ausencia total de familiaridad con los temas o a un sesgo de auto-promoción (Experimentos 2 y 2a). Adicionalmente, la habilidad para llevar a cabo procesamientos tipo 2 se asoció con estimaciones más precisas de la comprensión causal de los temas más deseables socialmente (Experimento 3), mientras que la sobrecarga ejecutiva correlacionó con mayores magnitudes de la IPE (Experimento 4). Estos hallazgos son discutidos a la luz de los modelos que integran las teorías de procesamiento dual y la arquitectura de los procesos metacognitivos.Abstract: The illusion of explanatory depth (IOED) is the people’s tendency to overestimate their ability to explain the causal mechanisms of natural or social processes. Previous research on this metacognitive bias has suggested that people display the IOED when they confuse the recognition of abstract causal patterns in physical, biological, psychological, and social domains with the knowledge about the mechanisms underlying how specific objects and processes work. However, this explanation is limited to explain differences in the overestimation of knowledge about topics with similar causal properties and belonging to the same explanatory domain. In a related line of research, some empirical studies about metacognitive judgments in memory and learning tasks have shown that people use social and contextual information as inferential cues to estimate their knowledge about specific contents. This dissertation connects these two lines of research to shed light on the metacognitive and motivational mechanisms involved in the IOED. In particular, five experiments were carried out to investigate whether the social desirability of knowledge about a topic influences the estimation of their causal understanding, and whether this effect is related to the information processing type (type 1 and type 2). More specifically, it was examined whether the perceived social desirability of knowledge is associated with the IOED magnitude (Experiments 1, 2, and 2a), and whether this relationship is moderated by the ability to perform analytic/controlled processing (Experiments 3 and 4). The results showed the IOED was greater in topics whose knowledge was rated as more socially desirable in three domains: historic, economic and devices (Experiment 1). This effect was not due to the total lack of familiarity with the topics or a self-enhancement bias (Experiments 2 and 2a). In addition, the ability to carry out type 2 processing was associated with more accurate estimates of the causal understanding about the more socially desirable topics (Experiment 3), and the executive overload correlated with greater magnitudes of the IOED (Experiment 4). These findings are discussed in light of models that integrate the dual processes theories and the architecture of metacognitive processes.Doctorad
Coordinación pragmática de teorías y evidencias en la argumentación
Get PDFEn este trabajo se propone un modelo normativo de evaluación de argumentos y explicaciones en contextos dialógicos, en función de 1) la disponibilidad o no de evidencias y 2) el acuerdo o desacuerdo entre los interlocutores con respecto a la verdad de la afirmación que es objeto del diálogo. Con el propósito de verificar si los juicios de las personas se ajustan al modelo propuesto, se aplicó una tarea de evaluación de argumentos con evidencias y argumentos con teorías a dos grupos de estudiantes universitarios: uno con formación específica en habilidades de investigación científica (expertos) y otro sin este tipo de formación (novatos). Los resultados indican que los expertos evalúan diferencialmente argumentos con evidencias y con teorías, ajustándose a los lineamientos del modelo normativo. En contraste, los novatos evalúan por igual ambos tipos de argumentos, sin tener en cuenta las condiciones pragmáticas que afectan su relevancia en un diálogo. Se discuten los alcances de la tarea empleada y la naturaleza de las relaciones que vinculan la formación en habilidades de investigación científica y el desarrollo de habilidades argumentativas generales.Pregrad
The concept of freedom in the work "life and time of Michael K" by J.M. Coetzee
Get PDFEl siguiente trabajo, nace apartar de la necesidad de profundizar cada vez más, en el campo de la literatura contemporánea, específicamente del autor nobel de literatura John Maxwell Coetzee. Autor de origen Sudafricano quien se ha dado a conocer mediante sus varios temas controversiales como el apartheid, la guerra, la esclavitud, entre otros. En este trabajo trato específicamente el cuarto libro del autor, “Vida y época de Michael K”, dando así a conocer su obra. De esta manera se escribe entonces el corpus del siguiente trabajo dividido en cuatro capítulos, organizados de la siguiente manera:
El primero, titulado “VIDA Y ÉPOCA DE MICHAEL K”, es un capitulo escrito tipo ensayo literario, donde se da a conocer la obra “Vida y época de Michael K”. Se comenta entonces su historia, su lectura paso a paso, los temas que el autor presenta, un resumen corto de la novela. Se desarrollan preguntas como, ¿Cuáles son las principales temáticas del autor en esta novela?, ¿Cuál es la perspectiva del autor?, ¿Qué es lo más significativo que se encuentra al leerla?, ¿Qué acontecimientos históricos dieron lugar a la novela?, ¿Qué sabemos sobre Michael K como personaje histórico o personaje de ficción?, y finalmente en este capítulo se menciona entonces por qué se debe leer esta novela hoy en día, su aporte al mundo contemporáneo y el estilo particular de J.M. Coetzee.

El segundo capítulo, titulado “LA TRAYECTORIA DE J.M. COETZEE”, trata entonces al autor en el recorrido de su vida, teniendo en cuenta que es uno de los autores nobel de literatura aún vivos. Se hace entonces una trayectoria general por la gran obra del autor, su vida, sus primeras novelas, como llegan a su vida, específicamente como llega a su vida “Vida y época de Michael K”, se mira a J.M. Coetzee como novelista, como narrador, como ensayista, como pensador y como docente de literatura. En este capítulo se tratan preguntas como, ¿Cuáles son en términos generales los temas más relevantes y frecuentes en las obras de Coetzee?, la condición humana en la esencia más fina, la esclavitud, el abuso de poder, la solidaridad, la injusticia, la vejez, el hombre atrapado en el sistema, la guerra, entre otros. En este capítulo se toma de referencia las tres novelas autobiográficas del autor, “Infancia (1998)”, “Juventud (2002)” y “Verano (2010)”.
En la tercera parte, lleva como título “LA PUERTA DE LA CARCEL ESTÁ ABIERTA” en este capítulo se trata entonces el tema de la libertad en las diferentes obras de Coetzee, “Esperando a los barbaros”, “Edad de hierro”, Tierras de poniente”, “Diario de un mal año”, entre otras. Se tiene como referencia entonces el tema de libertad de “Vida y época de Michael K”. Además se confrontas las ideas de Coetzee y las de otros autores, libertad en John Dewey, Jean – Paul Sartre, Bertrand Russell, Martha Nussbaum, Edward Said.The next thesis is born of the need to go deeper and deeper into the field of contemporary literature, specifically the Nobel author of literature John Maxwell Coetzee. The first one, titled "LIFE AND TIME OF MICHAEL K", is a chapter written type literary essay, where the work "Life and time of Michael K" is announced. His story is then discussed, his reading step by step, the themes that the author presents, a short summary of the novel. Questions are developed such as, What are the main themes of the author in this novel? What is the perspective of the author ?, What is the most significant that is found when reading ?, What historical events gave rise to the novel? , What do we know about Michael K as a historical character or fictional character ?, and finally in this chapter then mentions why this novel should be read today, its contribution to the contemporary world and the particular style of JM Coetzee.

The second chapter, entitled "THE PATH OF J.M. COETZEE ", then treats the author in the course of his life, bearing in mind that he is one of the Nobel authors of literature still alive. It is then a general trajectory for the author's great work, his life, his first novels, as they come to his life, specifically as it comes to his life "Life and time of Michael K", looks at J.M. Coetzee as a novelist, as a narrator, as an essayist, as a thinker and as a literature teacher. This chapter deals with questions such as: What are in general terms the most relevant and frequent themes in the works of Coetzee ?, the human condition in the finest essence, slavery, abuse of power, solidarity, injustice, Old age, man trapped in the system, war, among others. This chapter takes reference to the author's three autobiographical novels, "Childhood (1998)", "Youth (2002)" and "Summer (2010)".
In the third part, the title "THE DOOR OF THE CARCEL IS OPENED" is discussed in this chapter, the theme of freedom in the different works of Coetzee, "Waiting for the Barbarians", "Iron Age", Lands of West”, " Journal of a bad year ", among others. It has as reference then the subject of freedom of "Life and time of Michael K". In addition, he confronts the ideas of Coetzee and those of other authors, freedom in John Dewey, Jean - Paul Sartre, Bertrand Russell, Martha Nussbaum, Edward Said.
Finally, the fourth chapter, entitled "RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LITERATURE, EDUCATION AND THE SEARCH FOR FREEDOM", is a chapter written in a literary essay about the role of reading, Coetzee's novels and the search for a freer society, More thoughtful, less dominated by hegemonies. With the example of "Life and time of

Michael K", that is Michael K as a symbol of freedom. In this chapter, questions such as, Can the characters of J.M. Coetzee symbol of a quest for freedom? Are Michael K, David Lurie, the judge of "Waiting for barbarians" symbols of freedom?

Analysis and Management Requirements of the Software Solution to Support the Management Payroll Process in the Universidad Distrital, Following the Guidelines of the Development Process OPENUP /OAS in the Startup, Development and Construction Phases
No full textLa presente pasantía se desarrolló en la Oficina Asesora de Sistemas de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. En esta se llevó a cabo la gestión de requerimientos y requisitos de una solución de software que soporta y optimiza el proceso de gestión de nómina de la institución. El trabajo se dividió en 24 iteraciones semanales, distribuidas así: 2 iteraciones en la fase de inicio, 6 iteraciones en la fase de elaboración y 16 iteraciones en la fase de construcción, en un periodo comprendido entre el mes de octubre de 2015 al mes de marzo de 2016.
Este proyecto se limitó como aporte de la pasantía a los procesos de gestión de hoja de vida y de liquidación de nómina de docentes de vinculación especial y contratistas. El rol desempeñado por el estudiante a cargo de esta pasantía fue el de “Analista”, en el cual se realizaron las siguientes actividades:
Caracterizar el modelo de operación del sistema con el fin de definir los requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales que deben considerarse en la solución de software.
Comprender las interacciones entre los usuarios y el sistema a desarrollar partiendo de los requerimientos y los diálogos con los interesados, con el fin de aclarar el conjunto de casos de uso requeridos en la solución al problema planteado.
Generar los artefactos establecidos por el proceso de desarrollo OPENUP/OAS en el subproceso de “Gestión de Requerimientos y Requisitos”, que serán base del proceso de desarrollo.
Realizar los modelos gráficos de los procesos involucrados en la gestión de nóminas en las Universidad Distrital utilizando notación estandarizada y notación de procesos BPMN.This internship was developed in the Systems Advisory Office of the Francisco José de Caldas University. In this internship was carried out the management requirements for a software solution that supports and streamlines the process of managing payroll of the institution. The work was divided into 24 weekly iterations, distributed in two iterations in the startup phase, six iterations in the development phase and 16 iterations in the construction phase, from october 2015 to march 2016.
This project was limited as a contribution to the internship management processes of the CVs and payroll settlement of teachers who has a special relationship with the university and contractors. The role of this internship was Analyst, in which the following activities were carried out:
• Characterize the system operation model in order to define the functional and non-functional requirements to be considered in the software solution.
• Understand the interactions between users and the system based on the requirements and dialogue with stakeholders in order to clarify the set of use cases required in the solution of the problem.
• Generate the established artifacts by the process OPENUP/OAS development in the thread "Requirements Management", which will be the base of the development process.
• Perform graphical models of the processes involved in managing payrolls in the Universidad Distrital, using standardized notation and BPMN process notation

No full textEn la presente se tuvo como objetivo principal la definición e implementación de un modelo de gestión de conocimiento que resuelva estas deficiencias, proporcionando un estructura clara para la captura, organización y distribución del conocimiento en el área de soporte. Para esto anterior se seleccionó WIKI.JS como la plataforma tecnológica sobre la cual se construyó la base de conocimientos, debido a su flexibilidad, facilidad de uso y capacidad de integración con las necesidades específicas del área de ti. El modelo implementado no solo busco recuperación de información perdida, sino también una mejora en la accesibilidad y usabilidad del conocimiento acumulado, la cual permitió que las personas de la oficina asesora de tecnologías e información accedan rápidamente a soluciones documentadas, lo que optimizo el tiempo de respuesta y garantizo la calidad de servicio. En este documento se detalla el desarrollo de la pasantía, desde el diagnóstico inicial hasta la implementación de soluciones y las recomendaciones finales para asegurar la continuidad y mejora continua del sistema de gestión del conocimiento en el área de soporte de ti.The main objective of this internship was the definition and implementation of a knowledge management model that solves these deficiencies, providing a clear structure for the capture, organization and distribution of knowledge in the support departments.
