Etude de la variabilité intra et interopérateur de l'examen échocardiographique chez le chat et le chien
No full textLa connaissance des propriétés métrologiques de l'échocardiographie est un prérequis essentiel à son utilisation pour le suivi d'animaux en médecine vétérinaire. La première partie de cette thèse rappelle les données bibliographiques de l'échocardiographie. La seconde partie présente l'étude de la détermination de la répétabilité et de la reproductibilité de l'échocardiographie. 96 et 192 examens, respectivement chez 4 chats et 6 chiens vigiles, ont été réalisés par quatre opérateurs de niveau d'expérience différent en échocardiographie. Les résultats montrent une bonne variabilité intra et interjour intraopérateur, pour un opérateur familiarisé avec la technique. Cependant, il est fortement déconseillé de remplacer un opérateur par un autre pour un suivi et l'interprétation de l'évolution d'un paramètre devrait toujours se faire en la confrontant à l'écart-type de reproductibilité du paramètre considéré

No full text本試驗欲探求本省稻作稻熱病病原是否有生理型存在，種類若干及分佈情形，而舉行，茲摘出本年度所得結果如下：
1.供試七種菌號均於 28 oC下生長最優良，其中891菌號在19,25及34 oC下均較其他菌號之生長為佳，各菌號雖均於28 oC下生長優良，但在各種溫度下之生長速度有異。
2.供試七種菌號於pH 4.5~8.5之間，菌絲均能發育，但pH值較低時菌絲生長較細密，較高時菌絲生長趨稀而且粗。又有些菌號於pH 6.5時，有些於pH 5.5時生長為良。
3.應用植物煎汁培養基培養病原時均比合成培養基之生育為佳，其中高粱煎汁培養基最優良。
4.供試七種菌號，應用噴霧接種法，觀察對16判別品種之感病反應頗有差異，本年度按各菌號致病力之強弱暫分為五類，以明瞭其概況。
In order to explore the existence of the physiological races of Piricularia oryzae, the rice blast fungus, together with their distribution and kinds, this experiment was carried out. 1. The relation of temperature to the growth of P. oryzae was studied by meas-uring the colonies’ diameter developed on rice-polished agar. The optimum temper-ature for the growth of the eight isolates having been tested was 28 oC. Under same temperature the isolates showed different growing rate . The growth of isolate 891 was better than others at 19 o, 25 o, and 34 oC, but inferior to isolate 886 at 28 oC. Isolate G. 7 showed the showed the slowest growth of all isolates.
2. In this studies, the isolates of P. oryzae were cultured at pH 4.5,5.5,6.5,7.5,and 8.5, five grades. Under lower pH. value, the aerial hyphae was well developed, rather minute, and it grew coarser according as the pH value became hight. The optimum pH value of the isolates tested were varied, some at pH 6.5,others at pH 5.5, or pH 4.5.
3. The growth rate of isolates on four kinds of media displayed the better growth on vegetable decoction media, specifically on Soghum medium, than those on the synthetic medium.
4. Inoculation test held by spraying respectively seven isolates’ spore suspention on 16 standard varieties of the rice has shown apprently the different infection types. According to the reaction of rice seedlings, the pathogenicity of the isolates so far tested were primarily classified into five types
Recourse against Judgments in the Netherlands
No full textIn the 1980s, the Netherlands witnessed the start of a comprehensive programme of reform in the fields of judicial organisation and procedure. The reform programme consists of three stages, of which the first has now been completed. This has, amongst other things, resulted in the consolidation of several administrative procedures which were formerly adjudicated by different judicial bodies, in the Arrondissementsrechtbank. Consequently, the Arrondissementsrechtbank has obtained extensive administrative jurisdiction together with its jurisdiction in civil and criminal cases. As part of the reforms in the second stage, a bill has been submitted to Parliament which contains changes in the court structure. It is proposed to abolish the Kantongerecht and to reallocate its jurisdiction to the Arrondissementsrechtbank, transforming the latter court into a general first-instance court. In addition, the bill contains changes in the Code of Civil Procedure. In the present report the author discusses the current situation January 1998
Analysis of harmonics in subsea power transmission cables used in VSC-HVDC transmission systems operating under steady-state conditions
No full textSubsea power cables are a critical component of a voltage-source converter-high-voltage direct current (VSC-HVDC) transmission system in any offshore electrical power scheme. Subsea cables have complicated structures consisting of many different layers: conductor, insulation, sheath, and armor. Harmonic performance of the system depends upon the interactions between the subsea cable, the power converters, and other system components, such as smoothing capacitors. In this paper, a mathematical model of an HVDC-VSC transmission system is developed and its harmonic performance is investigated for steady-state operating conditions. The results suggest that the design of the subsea transmission cable has important effects on harmonic levels in the voltage and current waveforms in the cable and upon power loss within the transmission system. This paper demonstrates that it is always important to consider interactions between all of the system components when predicting harmonic performance in a VSC-HVDC transmission system
