From 80 to 90 decade Taiwan Enterprises between small & medium had been raid development thus they should face the intense competition of cross strait. Hence we must rely on Information Technology for proceeding control system to enhance enterprises competitiveness. LS Company is a professional OEM of Cosmetics Industry, to meet business growing badly & produce demand so LS had been switched to Overseas company since 5 years ago, so it would cause the fail of arrangement , communication lagged, working procedure unexpected, lousy efficiency several issues. So LS Co. deeply consider whether they should establish an internal Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) & reduce accounting mistakes percentage 2 issues. According to Dr. Jen-Her-Wu Information Management \ue2Business Innovation & Value Creation \ue2the internal working procedure of enterprises including main & aid produce, main procedures including: inquiry, take order, purchasing, stock arrangement, account payable, producing, shipping, account receivable; as to aid procedure which can assist main procedure to proceed properly. ERP is information technology system, which is cable to organize several procedures together., thus build up Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) system then it will reduce the mistakes between each dept. communication, no more duplicated working proceeding & resources wasted several points. Thus they can fix the competition superiority, in the meantime it can be integrated all messages between each dept. so they are capable to control the newest status. Hence LS made decision of Implementation of ERP for proceeding Co. resources integration and system adjustment. The purpose of investigation LS Co. implementation of ERP, whether it would improve the co. management or not? Thus I will make comparison between Implementation of ERP Before & After, evaluation the proceeding mistakes & management efficiency

LS-MolGen: Ligand-and-Structure Dual-Driven Deep Reinforcement Learning for Target-Specific Molecular Generation Improves Binding Affinity and Novelty

Deep learning-based molecular generative models have garnered considerable interest in the field of de novo drug design. However, most extant models focus on either ligand-based or structure-based strategies, thereby failing to effectively harness the combined knowledge derived from both ligands and the structure of the binding target. In this article, we introduce LS-MolGen, a novel ligand and structure-integrated molecular generative model. This model synergistically combines representation learning, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning. The targeted knowledge assimilation from transfer learning, coupled with an advanced exploration strategy in reinforcement learning, empowers LS-MolGen to efficiently generate novel and high-affinity molecules efficiently. The comparable performance of our model is affirmed through multiple evaluations, including EGFR, DRD3, CDK2, AA2AR, ADRB2, and a dedicated case study of inhibitor design for SARS-CoV-2 Mpro. The results indicate that LS-MolGen performs better than other ligand-based or structure-based generative models in de novo designing promising compounds with novel scaffolds and high binding affinity. This proof-of-concept study signifies the potential of our ligand- and structure-based generative model, LS-MolGen, as a promising new tool for target-specific molecular generation and drug design
