EFEKTIFITAS BREAST CARE TERHADAP PRODUKSI ASI DI KOTA PEKANBARU
Get PDFBreastfeeding is the best investment for survival and improving the health, social, economic development of individuals and nations. Post partum breast care is breast care for mothers after giving birth as early as possible. The benefits of post partum breast care include launching the milk expulsion reflex or let down reflex, effective ways to increase the volume of expressed breast milk, and preventing dams in the breasts/swollen breasts. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Breastcare in breastfeeding mothers on milk production.This type of research is quantitative with a quacy experimental research design with a two group pretest-posttest design where this design measures the amount of breast milk that is massaged with those who are not massaged (pretest) and reassessed after the massage (pretest). This research will be conducted in the Work Area of the Rumbai Health Center. The time of the study was carried out from February to June 2022. . the sample group to be taken is 11 people with a total of 22 people. The study was conducted for 7 days by giving breastcare for 7 times and then the milk production was seen on the 8th day. The results of data analysis using independent t test in table 6 above show that the average milk production in the postpartum breast care group is smoother than the group without postpartum breast care, namely 6.84 > 3.72 and the thit value > ttab (16.47 > 1.691) or the value of : 0.000 <0.05, which means that Postpartum Breastcare is effective in increasing breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. Breastcare can be used as a recommendation as an addition to routine care for postpartum and breastfeeding mothers to help succeed in exclusive breastfeeding.Menyusui merupakan investasi terbaik untuk kelangsungan hidup serta meningkatkan kesehatan, perkembangan sosial, ekonomi individu dan bangsa. Breast care post partum adalah perawatan payudara pada ibu setelah melahirkan sedini mungkin. Manfaat breast care post partum antara lain melancarkan refleks pengeluaran ASI atau refleks let down, cara efektif meningkatkan volume ASI peras/perah, serta mencegah bendungan pada payudara/payudara bengkak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas Breastcare pada ibu menyusui terhadap produksi ASI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quacy eksperiment dengan rancangan two group pretest-posttest design mana rancangan ini dilakukan pengukuran jumlah banyak ASI yang dilakukan pemijatan dengan yang tidak dilakukan pemijatan (pretest) dan dinilai kembali setelah dilakukan pemijatan (pretest). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rumbai. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan di bulan Februari sampai bulan Juni 2022. kelompok sampel yang akan diambil adalah 11 orang dengan jumlah total menjadi 22 orang. Penelitian dilakukan 7 hari dengan memberikan breastcare selama 7 x lalu dilihat babagaimana produksi ASInya pada hari ke-8. Hasil analisis data dengan independent t test pada tabel 6 di atas menunjukkan bahwa rata –rata produksi ASI pada kelompok breastcare postpartum lebih lancar dibandingkan dengan kelompok tanpa breast care postpartum yaitu 6.84 > 3.72 serta nilai thit > ttab (16.47 > 1.691) atau nilai ρ : 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Breastcare Postpartum efektif meningkatkan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui. Breastcare dapat dijadikan rekomendasi sebagai tambahan perawatan rutin bagi ibu nifas dan menyusui untuk membantu keberhasilan dalam pemberian ASI Ekslusif
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
