“Dialogue between Translators and Authors. The Example of Claudio Magris”
The paper focuses on the forms of cooperation between authors and their translator(s) in all cases in which the two operate simultaneously. This issue is explored on the example of the Trieste-born author Claudio Magris, who cultivates a very close relationship with most of his translators.
Writing and translation have been coexisting in this author throughout his career and have resulted in the heightened sensitivity of Magris the author with regards to translation, as the first part of the analysis shows. The second part describes the dialogue between Magris and the translators of his works, and ends with the more general question of the significance and role of such a form of exchange
Consideraciones sobre la poética de Claudio Rodríguez
The purpose of this paper is to study the poetics of Claudio Rodríguez, delimiting its components and trying to clarify them and to present them as a whole. The author left some pages written on his conception of poetry that encourage reflection and, in some cases, interpretation. So with his conception of poetry as a gift and inebriation, as an alliance and condemnation or celebration (giving title to his collections of poems), or with notions such as «participation», «living contemplation», «living expression » or «personal rhythm» that make up his way of understanding the poetic process.

FAUST VI. VLA1623-2417 B: A new laboratory for astrochemistry around protostars on 50 au scale
C. Codella et al.The ALMA (Atacama Large Millimeter Array) interferometer, with its unprecedented combination of high sensitivity and high angular resolution, allows for (sub-)mm wavelength mapping of protostellar systems at Solar system scales. Astrochemistry has benefitted from imaging interstellar complex organic molecules in these jet–disc systems. Here, we report the first detection of methanol (CH3OH) and methyl formate (HCOOCH3) emission towards the triple protostellar system VLA1623−2417 A1+A2+B, obtained in the context of the ALMA Large Programme FAUST (Fifty AU STudy of the chemistry in the disc/envelope system of solar-like protostars). Compact methanol emission is detected in lines from Eu = 45 K up to 61 K and 537 K towards components A1 and B, respectively. Large velocity gradient analysis of the CH3OH lines towards VLA1623−2417 B indicates a size of 0.11–0.34 arcsec (14–45 au), a column density NCH3OH
= 1016–1017 cm−2, kinetic temperature ≥ 170 K, and volume density ≥ 108 cm−3. A local thermodynamic equilibrium approach is used for VLA1623−2417 A1, given the limited Eu range, and yields Trot ≤ 135 K. The methanol emission around both VLA1623−2417 A1 and B shows velocity gradients along the main axis of each disc. Although the axial geometry of the two discs is similar, the observed velocity gradients are reversed. The CH3OH spectra from B show two broad (4–5 km s−1) peaks, which are red- and blueshifted by ∼ 6–7 km s−1 from the systemic velocity. Assuming a chemically enriched ring within the accretion disc, close to the centrifugal barrier, its radius is calculated to be 33 au. The methanol spectra towards A1 are somewhat narrower (∼ 4 km s−1), implying a radius of 12–24 au.This project has received funding from: (1) the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, for the Project ‘The Dawn of Organic Chemistry’ (DOC), grant agreement no. 741002; (2) the PRIN-INAF 2016 The Cradle of Life – GENESIS-SKA (General Conditions in Early Planetary Systems for the rise of life with SKA); (3) a Grant-in-Aid from Japan Society for the Promotion of Sci- ence (KAKENHI: Nos. 18H05222, 20H05844, 20H05845); (4) the Spanish FEDER under project number ESP2017-86582-C4-1-R; (5) DGAPA, UNAM grants IN112417 and IN112820, and CONACyT, Mexico; (6) ANR of France under contract number ANR-16-CE31- 0013; (7) the French National Research Agency in the framework of the Investissements d’Avenir programme (ANR-15-IDEX-02), through the funding of the ‘Origin of Life’ project of the Univ. The chemistry of protostellar jet-disk systems
The birth of a Sun-like star is a complex game played by several participants whose respective roles are not yet entirely clear. On the one hand, the star-to-be accretes matter from a collapsing envelope. The gravitational energy released in the process heats up the material surrounding the protostar, creating warm regions enriched by interstellar complex organic molecules (iCOMs, at least 6 atoms) called hot-corinos. On the other hand, the presence of angular momentum and magnetic fields leads to two consequences: (i) the formation of circumstellar disks; and (ii) substantial episodes of matter ejection, as e.g. collimated jets.
Thanks to the combination of the high-sensitivities and high-angular resolu- tions provided by the advent of new telescopes such as ALMA and NOEMA, it is now possible to image in details the earliest stages of the Sun-like star formation, thus inspecting the inner ( < 50 AU from the protostar) jet. At these spatial scales a proper study of jets has to take into account also the effects connected with the accreting disk. In other words, it is time to study the protostellar jet-disk system as a whole. Several still unanswered questions can be addressed. What is the origin of the chemically enriched hot corinos: are they jet-driven shocked regions? What is the origin of the ejections: are they due to disk or stellar winds? Shocks are precious tool to attack these questions, given they enrich the gas phase with the species deposited onto the dust mantles and/or locked in the refractory dust cores. Basically, we have to deal with two kind of shocks: (i) high-velocity shocks produced by protostellar jets, and (ii) slow accretion shocks located close to the centrifugal barrier of the accretion disks. Both shocks are factories of iCOMs, which can be then efficiently used to follow both the kinematics and the chemistry of the inner protostellar systems. With this in mind, we will discuss recent results obtained in the framework of different observational campaigns at mm and sub-mm wavelengths
