No full textLo scritto analizza criticamente la diffusione su scala regionale delle "leggi-provvedimento". In particolare, le Regioni impiegano sempre più frequentemente tale strumento per rivestire della forma della legge atti amministrativi nella sostanza, quali i piani sanitari (tipicamente, i piani di riordino della rete ospedaliera).
Nel contributo si ricostruiscono, alla luce dell'elaborazione dottrinale e giurisprudenziale, tre paradigmi alternativi del rapporto tra legge-provvedimento regionale e piano sanitario: il modello dell'assorbimento; il modello della tendenziale esclusione; il modello del parallelismo. Nelle conclusioni, si evidenziano i nodi tuttora irrisolti della questione sui piani delle garanzie procedimentali e della tutela giurisdizionale.

Enhancement of superconductivity close to a Mott transition

Massimo Bontempelli: uma avventura literária entre as guerras

Programa de Pós-Graduação em LiteraturaEsta pesquisa enfoca a produção literária do escritor Massimo Bontempelli (1878-1960) perante os acontecimentos demarcados no período das duas grandes guerras, em especial o movimento futurista e o regime fascista, sem perder de vista as questões emergentes da crise que atravessa a arte desde o final do século XIX. O estudo da obra bontempelliana amplia o entendimento das proposições literárias novecentistas daquele período, que lançam as bases de uma nova concepção para a narrativa moderna no sistema literário italiano. A pesquisa procura elucidar como o entrecruzamento das forças estabelecidas nos eventos que circundam Bontempelli e sua produção leva o escritor a reelaborar seu pensamento artístico diante da atmosfera cultural europeia com a qual ele dialoga. Para tanto, o corpus deste estudo bibliográfico é composto pela obra ensaística L#Avventura Novecentista publicada em 1938, e a narrativa Vita e morte di Adria e dei suoi figli, de 1930, apresentando-se ancorado, principalmente, no pensamento crítico de Walter Benjamin (1892-1940). Problematiza-se como as proposições da narrativa bontempelliana expressam valores emergentes de confluência entre a sociedade moderna e o sistema literário vigente. Conclui-se que as iniciativas literárias do escritor indicam novas bases para o pensamento literário italiano quando, pelo estatuto do novecentismo, propõe uma abordagem que escapa da representação da realidade e investe em temas do cotidiano multifacetado, valendo-se de uma linguagem alegórica para suscitar a reflexão e o despertar do homem.This research focuses on the literary writer Massimo Bontempelli (1878-1960) at the events marked the period of two world wars, especially futurist movement and the fascist regime, without losing sight of the issues emerging from the crisis in the art from the late nineteenth century. The study extends the work bontempelliana understanding of nineteenth-century literary propositions that period, which lay the foundations of a new design for the narrative in modern Italian literary system. The research seeks to elucidate how the interweaving of the forces established in the events surrounding its production and Bontempelli leads the writer to rework his artistic thinking in the face of European cultural atmosphere with which he engages. Thus, the corpus of this study consists of the bibliographic essay L'Avventura novecentista work published in 1938, and the narrative Vita e Morte di Adria e dei suoi figli, 1930, presenting anchored mainly in the critical thinking of Walter Benjamin (1892-1940). Discusses as the propositions of the narrative bontempelliana express values emerging confluence between modern society and the literary system in force. It is concluded that the writer's literary initiatives indicate a new foundation for italian literary thought when the status of the literary movement called novecentismo, proposes an approach that escapes representation of reality and invests in multi-faceted themes of daily life, drawing on an allegorical language to raise reflection and awakening of man
Plastid Genotyping Reveals the Uniformity of Cytoplasmic Male Sterile-T Maize Cytoplasms
No full textCytoplasmic male-sterile (CMS) lines in maize (Zea mays) have been classified by their response to specific restorer genes into three categories: cms-C, cms-S, and cms-T. A mitochondrial genome representing each of the CMS cytotypes has been sequenced, and male sterility in the cms-S and cms-T cytotypes is linked to chimeric mitochondrial genes. To identify markers for plastid genotyping, we sequenced the plastid genomes of three fertile maize lines (B37, B73, and A188) and the B37 cms-C, cms-S, and cms-T cytoplasmic substitution lines. We found that the plastid genomes of B37 and B73 lines are identical. Furthermore, the fertile and CMS plastid genomes are conserved, differing only by zero to three single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in coding regions and by eight to 22 SNPs and 10 to 21 short insertions/deletions in noncoding regions. To gain insight into the origin and transmission of the cms-T trait, we identified three SNPs unique to the cms-T plastids and tested the three diagnostic SNPs in 27 cms-T lines, representing the HA, I, Q, RS, and T male-sterile cytoplasms. We report that each of the tested 27 cms-T group accessions have the same three diagnostic plastid SNPs, indicating a single origin and maternal cotransmission of the cms-T mitochondria and plastids to the seed progeny. Our data exclude exceptional pollen transmission of organelles or multiple horizontal gene transfer events as the source of the mitochondrial urf13-T (unidentified reading frame encoding 13-kD cms-T protein) gene in the cms-T cytoplasms. Plastid genotyping enables a reassessment of the evolutionary relationships of cytoplasms in cultivated maize.Peer reviewe
Monitoraggio topografico e fotogrammetrico della cupola del teatro Massimo
No full textL’articolo riporta i primi risultati di uno studio finalizzato al monitoraggio delle
deformazioni della cupola del Teatro Massimo di Palermo provocate dalle dilatazioni termiche, con
l’impiego di tecniche topografiche e fotogrammetriche integrate. In particolare, sono state utilizzate
due stazioni totali robotizzate e sistemi di fotogrammetria digitale di elevata precisione. Per
correlare gli spostamenti dei carrelli sui quali poggia la struttura in acciaio della cupola con i
gradienti termici, sono state acquisite immagini termiche diversificate. L’obiettivo principale del
lavoro consisteva nel confronto delle due tecniche di rilievo in relazione a misure di deformazione
di entità molto ridotta (sub-millimetrica). I risultati ottenuti dimostrano che i carrelli funzionano
ancora correttamente. Infatti, per un gradiente termico di 6°C misurato dalla termo camera,
entrambe le tecniche topografiche e fotogrammetriche hanno evidenziato spostamenti dell’ordine di
0.8 mm, in accordo con le previsioni del modello deformativo teorico
Electron-phonon interaction in proximity of a Mott transition
No full textThe effects of electron-phonon interaction on the electronic properties of a strongly correlated metal on the verge of a Mott metal-insulator transition are studied by means of dynamical mean-field theory. We show that electron-phonon interactions induce a phase separation instability close to the density driven Mott transition, and give rise to significant renormalization of electronic properties like charge susceptibility. Nonetheless, the strong correlation reduces the effectiveness of the electron-phonon coupling in driving a polaronic crossover. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
