    In this globalisation era, the morality tenegers decrease.This fenomena can be seen on mass or electronic media. Mass or electronic media inform that the negatif case often happend on teenegers community. Negatif case such as brawl, drug, gambling, rape, disobidience to parents, and others. The cause of negatif case is not from himself or hisself but it is triggered by bad customs. The less of parent attention, the low of parent relation quality can inflict bad customs from children. Parent education, parent job, the parent support of education can influence children mainset. How long time children study, how long time children have sparetime, how long time children make friend, and how long time children acess internet can influence mainset of children. The customs of children explained on sentences before, can be measured by science and tecnology. Data Mining that is branch of computer science can measure how much quality children or adult perform based on custom framer indicator. In the last research of student performance using Naive Bayes Methode, the number of attribute is too much (33 attribut) and the score of accuracy is 91.15 %. In this research, the researcher optimize attributes of the last research using Genetic Algorithm. Genetic Algorithm can choose relevant attribut. The choice of relevant attributes can increase score of accuracy. The score of accuracy after using Genetic Algorithm is 97.21 %

The implementation results show that this system is able to significantly improve business processes by reducing transaction times, increasing data accuracy, and making information easier to access for users.     This research aims to develop a 2D game entitled “Cat Collection Coin” based on single player by implementing the Finite State Machine (FSM) method to manage character behavior systematically. FSM allows each character in the game to have structured state transitions, such as standing still, walking, jumping, and attacking, based on player input and game conditions. The game was developed using Godot Engine, which provides optimal support for 2D game development. This research also discusses how FSMs are applied to different levels of the game to create responsive and challenging gameplay. The design results show that the use of FSM is able to increase the modularity of the game logic as well as provide a more dynamic gaming experience. This implementation is an effective solution in managing the complexity of character behavior in single player-based 2D games

    Road damage significantly impacts mobility and the economy, with conventional detection methods being timeconsuming and costly. This research develops an automated road damage detection system using the Single Shot Detector (SSD) with the MobileNetV2 architecture and TensorFlow Object Detection API, implemented in a web application. The system detects three types of road damage on asphalt and concrete surfaces using a 2019 dataset. Testing involved varying parameters such as learning rate, batch size, data split and total training steps. The best performance was achieved for model without data augmentation achieved optimal performance with the following parameter combination: a learning rate of 0.1 (total loss: 0.34), a data split ratio of 60:30:10 (total loss: 0.39), 3,000 training steps (total loss: 0.33), and a batch size of 24 (total loss: 0.41). The implementation on a web application facilitates real-time road damage detection with improved accessibility

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    This research is motivated by rapid developments in technology and science which have a positive impact on society. UPTD Puskesmas Kemlagi, as a public health institution, faces challenges in managing inventory using manual methods and MS Excel. The aim of this research is to make it easier to monitor, maintain and analyze item acceptance by utilizing the Waterfall software development approach. Black box testing is a research approach used to assess the functionality and performance of an inventory information system being developed. The research results show that the existence of an inventory information system has succeeded in helping employees carry out their duties more easily and comfortably. The implementation of the Waterfall method has proven to be effective in increasing efficiency and performance, responding to the challenges faced by the UPTD Puskesmas Kemlagi, and making a positive contribution to the management of inventory at the health institution
