Pendahuluan: Non spesifik low back pain (LBP) merupakan rasa nyeri yang dirasakan di sekitar punggung bawah tanpa penyebab yang spesifik. Manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dituntut untuk melakukan berbagai macam aktivitas sehingga sering kali menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan fungsional. Non-specific LBP dapat terjadi karena peregangan otot maupun pergerakan yang kurang pada tulang belakang sehingga menyebabkan otot- otot punggung menjadi lemah atau bahkan mengalami ketegangan. Fisioterapi berperan penting dalam mengurangi nyeri pada kasus non-specific LBP. Intervensi fisioterapi yang digunakan adalah kombinasi bugnet exercise dan kinesio taping.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest one group control design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang di berikan perlakuan kombinasi bugnet exrcise dan kinesio taping. Pengukuran nilai nyeri menggunakan Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Hasil: Setelah dilakukan intervensi kombinasi bugnet exrcisedan kinesio taping dengan frekuensi 3 kali seminggu selama 6 minggu diperoleh penurunan nyeri dengan menggunakan VAS dari nilai rerata pretest 61±10,95 mm menjadi 40±9,35 pada posttest.

A high-resolution TEM/EELS study of the effect of doping elements on the sliding mechanisms of sputtered WS2 coatings
No full textIt has been shown many times that cosputtering low-friction coatings of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and tungsten disulfide (WS2) with other elements can improve the structural, mechanical, and tribological properties. To achieve the lowest friction, MoS2 or WS2 should be doped with element(s) improving the hardness and density of the coatings. On the other hand, such elements, or their compounds, should not be present in the outermost molecular layers at the sliding interface. This article suggests that there are important differences between how MoS2 and WS2 coatings respond to or react with doping elements, despite the almost identical structure and behavior of the undoped materials. Two systems have been investigated by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and scanning TEM (STEM) electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS), W-S-C-Cr and W-S-C-Ti, and showed significant amounts of oxides, which typically formed a layer just underneath the crystalline WS2 top layer. Further, carbon was almost completely absent in the tribofilms, despite the fact that the as-deposited coatings contained as much as 40–50 at% C. An interesting observation here is that WS2 basal planes surround or embed Fe wear particles, suggesting a relatively strong adhesion or a Fe-S chemical bonding between iron/steel and WS2. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
No full textWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
