Use of Digital Book Media at SD Negeri Pedurungan Tengah 02 Semarang
No full textAlong with the development of highly sophisticated technology, digital media has been developed in learning. This digital media can present learning materials in a more contextual, audio and visual way more interesting and interactive. This is certainly also supported by the rapid development of computer technology and the ability of teachers to apply digital media in classroom learning. However, in the learning process there are still many teachers who are hampered in using learning media, so that learning cannot run according to the original plan. Based on this, the author considers it necessary to conduct research related to the use of learning media used by teachers in learning. The purpose of the study was to find out the use of digital book media at SD Negeri Pedurungan Tengah 02 Semarang. This research method is qualitative descriptive. Data collection in this study uses several methods, namely interviews and student response questionnaire sheets. Based on research on the use of digital book media in learning at SD Negeri Pedurungan Tengah 02 Semarang, it can be concluded that according to the data obtained in learning in digital media media books are still rarely used in schools. There are even some teachers who do not know about this digital-based media. This can be seen from the results of interviews and response questionnaires distributed to students of SD Negeri Pedurungan Tengah 02 Semarang. According to the student response questionnaires that have been filled out prove that in learning most teachers have never used digital media books

Sastrowardoyo says that novel does not give worth formula for intellect, but it suggests many possibilities on moral, social and psychology. Fiction stories encourage the ability to think, to dream, to bring our minds to all kinds of situation, and to create imaginative experiences. Besides, Tarigan says that in fiction stories there is a possibility of reality because one of many tasks of a writer is to create imaginative characters and to make them live in his stories. Life does not always run smoothly. Sometimes we face a condition that forces us to choose. Occasionally the choices we have do not suit our desire. We must sacrifice something to make our dream comes true. Sacrifice is needed to pursue our desires as in Samruam Singh’s Daughter for Sale. In Samruam Singh’s Daughter for Sale, the main character is Lung Maa. Lung Maa faces a very difficult situation. He needs money to pay the hospital where his wife is hospitalized. His garden does not produce much. His garden’s little production is only enough to pay his debt that already is mountainous. Thus Lung Maa chooses to sacrifice his daughter. masyarakat, karena terdapat banyak manfaat yang diperoleh dengan mencatatkan
perkawinan. Pada kalangan masyarakat muslim tentu di kitab fiqih tidak ditemukan
mengenai pencatatan perkawinan, pencatatan perkawinan tentunya tidak terdapat
di dalam rukun serta syarat sah suatu perkawinan. Maka alasan inilah yang
digunakan sebagian Masyarakat Muslim yang tidak setuju dengan pencatatan
perkawinan. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi pencatatan
perkawinan bagi masyarakat muslim di Kantor Urusan Agama Kota Palembang dan
mengetahui akibat hukum terhadap perkawinan yang tidak tercatat di Kantor
Urusan Agama Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian skripsi ini adalah penelitian
lapangan (field research) dengan metode kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan
mencakup data primer yaitu hasil wawancara, data sekunder yaitu berasal dari buku,
jurnal, karya ilmiah, dll. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan urgensi pencatatan
perkawinan bagi masyarakat Muslim di Kantor Urusan Agama Kota Palembang
yaitu mendapatkan kepastian hukum, memberikan perlindungan hukum,
memudahkan dalam proses administrasi, mendapatkan pengakuan dari masyarakat,
mempermudah akses dalam berbagai layanan publik, memberikan legalitas formal
dan mencegah terjadinya konflik di masa depan. Akibat hukum terhadap
perkawinan yang tidak tercatat di Kantor Urusan Agama Kota Palembang adalah
tidak mendapatkannya kepastian hukum, tidak adanya perlindungan hukum, tidak
memiliki hak atas harta bersama, kesulitan mengurus dokumen administrasi,
Ketidakjelasan status anak, tidak dapat mengajukan tunjangan atau nafkah, serta
kesulitan dalam mendapatkan hak waris.

Three problem points discussed in this research are: what is the main character's motive living without a job, what is the main character's motive rejecting to continue his education in higher level, and what is the main character's motive experiencing freesex and drugs. the approach used in this research is psychology of literature by applying Freud's Psychoanalysis Theory as a base to analyze personality structure, motive of actions, ego defense mechanism, and the effects from all habits done by the main character. The result of this research on novel Loaded shows that the main character as Australian teenager experiencing difficulty in finding his identity. Every action he took has motive to please himself. For avoiding any miseries, the main character done many kinds of ego defense mechanism. The effect of his actions to reach maximum happiness brings him into the life style which destroys himself

Banyak individu memanfaatkan teknologi ini dalam hidup mereka. Mereka menggunakannya dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Penerapan teknologi ini membuat hidup mereka menjadi lebih mudah. Mereka menganggap teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memberikan kontribusi berharga dalam hidup mereka. Hal yang sama juga terjadi dalam bidang pendidikan. Para guru memasukkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam kelas. Mereka menganggap teknologi ini membantu proses belajar mengajar, baik di dalam maupun di luar ruangan. Banyak jenis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi bias diterapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar, seperti computer atau notebook, telepon atau telepon genggam, LCD atau OHP, laboratorium bahasa dan lain-lain. Dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses belajar mengajar, para guru mendapati adanya peningkatan antusiasme para murid dalam keikutsertaan mereka dalam proses belajar mengajar. Mengacu pada hasil yang positif ini, sangat direkomendasikan bagi para guru yang telah menerapkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk berbagi pengalamannya dengan yang lain. Di sini penulis mempersembahkan penelitian reflektif tentang penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam kelas bahasa inggris.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
