Raw Data Correlation between trehalose-6-phosphate phosphatase (Tps2) activity, Candida albicans cell wall composition and host-pathogen interactions
These data correspond to the raw data from the article Correlation between trehalose-6-phosphate phosphatase (Tps2) activity, Candida albicans cell wall composition, and host-pathogen interactions.
They correspond to the original files of Figures 4, 9, and 11 of the article, which aimed to study and compare the filamentation capacity (24-hour timelapse microscopy) of Candida albicans SC5314 and the TPS2-deleted mutant, their ability to develop a biofilm (confocal microscopy), and the impact of the mutation on yeast cell wall composition (Western blotting).
The data include videos corresponding to compilations of images obtained over 24 hours to observe yeast filamentation, as well as the original images obtained by confocal microscopy and the original Western blot image
