Customer satisfaction with health services in Daruvarske toplice Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation
No full textPredmet ovog završnog rada je zadovoljstvo korisnika zdravstvenim uslugama u Specijalnoj bolnici za medicinsku rehabilitaciju Daruvarske toplice. Glavni cilj rada bio je istražiti i analizirati zadovoljstvo korisnika u odnosu na način financiranja zdravstvenih tretmana. Za potrebe izrade rada provedeno je istraživanje u koje je bilo uključeno 100 korisnika Specijalne bolnice za medicinsku rehabilitaciju Daruvarske toplice. Istraživanje je provedeno metodom anketnog upitnika, a proces prikupljanja odgovora trajao je od 1. rujna 2015. do 1. prosinca 2015. godine.
Od ukupno 100 ispitanika, njih 73% financirano je od strane HZZO – a, dok ostalih 27% je na medicinsku rehabilitaciju došlo o vlastitom trošku.
Rezultati su pokazali kako je očekivano zadovoljstvo korisnika pri dolasku na rehabilitaciju na istom nivou kao i njihovo zadovoljstvo pruženom uslugom za vrijeme rehabilitacije. Analizom rezultata kod očekivane kvalitete utvrđeno je da ne postoj značajne statističke razlike zadovoljstva korisnika s obzirom na način financiranja usluge, izuzev u slučaju zadovoljstva uslugom medicinskih sestara. Statistička razlika je potvrđena kod razine dobivene kvalitete obzirom na način financiranja, pri rezervaciji smještaja, kvaliteti pregleda liječnika i usluge medicinskih sestara.
Kvaliteta usluge sestrinskog osoblja ocijenjena je visokom ocjenom, kako u vidu očekivane razine, tako i u vidu dobivene razine, što medicinsku sestru stavlja na visoko mjesto u rehabilitacijskom timu

I remember Farm Center at Seabrook
No full textIn this "I remember" memoir, Sabina Slavic Woodward recalls how Charles Seabrook sent a representative to refugee camps in West Germany to recruit workers. Sabina's family signed up, and spent 10 days at sea. Many of the refugees were malnourished. During the first year at Seabrook, Sabina's family lived in Farm Center, which was a cramped living area that lacked privacy. Once her parents were able to gain more hours to earn more money, her family was able to move into a more suitable house. Tragically, in 1955, her older brother, Franz, drowned in a nearby lake. The Seabrook Educational and Cultural Center has been soliciting current and past residents of Seabrook Farms for an "I remember" project. Residents are asked to create narratives regarding their experiences at Seabrook Farms. These memories help preserve the history and multi-cultural heritage of Seabrook Farms
Development and the G20
No full textThis publication examines what role the G20 can play in international development.
Key findings:
Development is a key component of the G20, but there are concerns over the effectiveness of the current development agenda.
The criticism includes that the development agenda is too diffuse and mostly distant to the G20’s main activities.
But the G20 development agenda has made progress in some important areas, including increasing the resources of the international financial institutions, infrastructure, food security, financial inclusion and reducing the cost of remittances.
However development and global economic issues cannot be treated in isolation; development must be ‘mainstreamed’ and clearly seen as part of the G20’s core agenda.
To the extent that Australia can help strengthen the G20 when it assumes the chair in 2014, and make tangible progress in such areas as - economic growth, financial regulation, trade, financial inclusion, infrastructure and climate change financing – it can make a significant contribution to promoting development and reducing poverty.

Sabina Becker, Professorin für germanistische Literaturwissenschaft an der Universität Freiburg, hat mit diesem Buch eine kleine, aber feine Methoden-Enzyklopädie vorgelegt. Zwar kommt es zu Wiederholungen, wenn einzelne Methoden gegeneinander abgegrenzt werden, aber daraus ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass jeder Eintrag auch für sich gelesen werden kann. Die 19 Abschnitte des Buches reichen von Gadamers Hermeneutik bis Bourdieus Kultursoziologie, erschlossen werden kann es auch über ein Personen- und Sachregister

She explains that she is a member of the National Council of Women Voters and does not have time to join the FWEA, The Anthony League, or the group run by Miss Alice Paul (most likely the Congressional Union for Woman Suffrage).
