    本研究之目的在探究大豆不同成熟性品種於不同溫度及日照處理下,對始花至成熟所需日數之影響,以供育種及栽培上之參考,供試品種分早熟以十石及Clark 63為代表,中熟以多生豆及臺大高雄五號為代表,晚熟以臺農2號(R)及和歌島為代表,溫度處理分高溫及常溫兩種,光照處理分自然日長,8小時日長及10小時日長三種,本試驗於56年夏作及57年春作分別舉行。玆將試驗之結果摘述如下: (一)不同溫度及光照處理對於始花日期之影響因品種及期作而異,在夏作栽培時十石,多生豆及Clark 63三品種之始花期均在9月8~9日,較臺大高雄五號,臺農2號(R)及和歌島三品種之始花期在9月16~17日約提早一週,同一品種在高溫與常溫或不同光照處理下之始花期並無差異,在春作栽培時,始花日期以十石及Clark 63為最早,臺農2號(R)及和歌島次之,多生豆及臺大高雄五號為最晚,此與夏作有顯明不同,同一品種在高溫較常溫下之始花期略有提早之傾向,而光照處理對始花期之影響則不大顯明。 (二)在不同溫皮及光照處理下,各品種間對成熟期之反應頗有不同,大體言之,在夏作栽培時除臺農2號(R)在常溫區較高雄區有提早成熟之現象,而其他5個品種在常溫區較高溫區有延遲成熟之現象,在三種不同光照處理下,品種之成熟期亦頗有差異,其中十石,多生豆及Clark 63三品種無論在高溫或低溫處理時自然日長之成熟期多較8小時或10小時日長為早,而臺大高雄5號、臺農2號(R)及和歌島三個品種之差異不明顯。在春作栽培時除多生豆及和歌島外高溫區之成熟期較常溫區略為提早。此點與夏作試驗結果恰為相反,三種不同光照處理對成熟期之影響因品種而異。 (三)各品種之始花至成熟日數,受栽培季節,溫度及日長處理等環境因素之影響而異,大體言之,一役在春作時,始花至成熟听需日數較夏作長,而以8小時處理所需日數為最長,但品種間反應則有參差,例如clark 63品種等,由此可見不同的大豆品種在不同光照及溫度處理下,其始花期到成熟期及始花至成熱所需之日數有極大之差異,此種差異究竟受溫度或日照之影響,可能因品種而有不同,尚有侍進一步作精密之探討。 1. The present studies deals with varietal variation of days from flowering to maturity of soybeans under different temperatures and day length. The representative varieties of early (Shih-Shih, Clark 63), medium (Dortch soy, Tai-Ta-Kaohsiung 5) and late-maturity (Tainung R2, Wakashima) were planted under high and natural tempera-tures with the combination of natural, 8-hour, and l0-hour day-length treatments. 2. Varietal differences on the effects of different temperatures and day-length to the flowering time were found. In the summer crop, Shih-Shih, Dortch soy and Clark 63 begain to flower on September 8-9, one week earlier than Tainung R2 and Wakashima which bloomed in September 16-17. Within a variety in the summer crop, no difference in flower initiating period was found under different temperatu-res and day length. However in the spring crop season high temperature accelated flower initiating period. 3. It was found that days from flower initiation to maturity were generally longer in spring crop season than those of summer crop season. The longest days from flower initiation to maturity were noticed in an 8-hour treatment

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     Variations on the Author

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
