Meti Kei Festival: Cultural Study and Development in Ngilngof Village, Manyeuw District, Southeast Maluku Regency
One of the cultural tours that is there is the meti kei festival, for this reason, in this study will be studied by the cultural pelasanan festifal meti kei which will be studied descriptively qualitatively to provide explanations and descriptions by waiting for qualitative descriptive analysis techniques using an Interpretive approach that focuses on the interpretation of human actions that have deep meaning. With the research subject used is Purposive Sampling,where data sampling with certain considerations. Namely, 1 employee of the Tourism office of Southeast Maluku Regency, 1 employee of the Southeast Maluku Regency cultural service, 2 ngilngof village people and the Head of ohoi ngilngof as informants. As for the results of this study as the author describes, preliminary conclusions can be obtained on the implementation of meti kei in the kei islands, namely in October 2017 tepanya in Ohoi Ngilngof. Romani Bildungsroman – On the Cultural Trauma of Coming-of-Age as Presented in the Novels - City of Pain and City of Sin by Meti Kamberi
The aim of this paper is to analyze the articulation of cultural trauma of coming-of-age as depicted in the novels City of Pain and City of Sin by the young Romani author Meti Kamberi. The common feature of these two novels is that they both explore the traumatic childhood and coming –of-age experiences through the main protagonist’s point of view, suggesting that they either belong to the genres of autobiography and bildungsroman. Both novels are examined from the ethnic/minority bildungsroman perspective, with a particular focus on the personal experience narrative of coming-of-age of a Romani minority member in post-socialist Serbia as described in either of the two. Through illustrative examples, this paper demonstrates that the literary and artistic creations of minority populations can be a valuable ethnographic source for investigating their self-representations. The pages of these novels represent a space for articulating ethnic as well as racialized traumas, caused by both personal and transgenerational experiences of discrimination, stigmatization, and marginalization of the Romani population in this region. Negative Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (NTCR) of Bismuth Manganite Nanoparticles: Polypyrrole Conductivity Enhancement
Polypyrrole (PPy)-doped bismuth calcium manganite (BCM) nanocomposites were synthesized by chemical polymerization. The amorphous nature of the polypyrrole and the monoclinic crystal structure of the BCM particles (35–65 nm) were confirmed by various microstructural, X-ray powder, and spectroscopy techniques. The DC conductivity analysis via the correlated barrier-hopping (CBH) model and Mott’s variable-range hopping (MVRH) model showed that the nanocomposites exhibited ionic conduction. Activation energies, evaluated from the Arrhenius plots, showed that PPy/BCM-30 (30 wt.% of BCM) had the minimum value of 0.09 eV, indicating maximum conductivity and normal NTCR behavior, with resistance decreasing with temperature. The CBH model described the conduction process, and the AC conductivity measurements indicated that the conductivity was frequency-independent at lower frequencies but became dispersive and frequency-dependent at higher frequencies, conforming to Jonscher’s power law. The study revealed that the transport of electrical charge in the material followed the correlated barrier-hopping (CBH) model. These results demonstrate how promising PPy/BCM nanocomposites are for energy storage, sensors, and electronic materials
Structural, DC Conductivity and Electric Modulus Studies of Polypyrrole Praseodymium Manganite Nanocomposites
165-174Praseodymium Calcium Manganite (PCM) nanoparticles were synthesized by sol-gel method. Polypyrrole (PPy) and
polypyrrole–praseodymium manganite nanocomposites (PPy/PCM) were synthesized by in-situ chemical polymerization
method. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) confirmed good crystallinity with 42-63 nm average particle size.
Scanning electron microscope (SEM) exhibited well-defined core structure of PPy and the PPy/PCM nanocomposites. X-ray
diffraction (XRD) patterns of PPy showed amorphous nature and those of composites showed semicrystalline nature. UVVis
spectroscopy was used to study the energy band gap for all the nanocomposites and hence they may find a place in wide
band gap applications. The UV (231nm) and visible (363 nm and 377 nm) emissions were observed from the spectrum. DC
conductivity was studied from 473 to 303 K for all the nanocomposites and found that conduction is of semiconductor type.

Expansion Abroad and Jobs at Home - Evidence from Japanese Multinational Enterprises
This paper examines the exporting job hypothesis that expansion of overseas operations of manufacturing multinational enterprises (MNEs) reduces home employment using data for Japanese MNEs. While the existing studies are mainly based on the industry level data, this paper presents the evidence using a newly constructed firm-level panel data set over the period 1991-2002. The evidence does not support the widely-held view in Japanese policy circles that that overseas operations of MNEs expand at the cost of home employment. On the contrary, there is some evidence that overseas operations may have helped to maintain the level of home employment.Multinational Enterprises, FDI, labour demand, Globalisation
Innovative Tokyo
This paper compares and contrasts Tokyo's innovation structure with the industrial districts model and the international hub model in the literature on urban and regional development. The Tokyo model embraces and yet transcends both industrial districts and international hub models. The paper details key elements making up the Tokyo model-organizational knowledge creation, integral and co-location systems of corporate R&D and new product development, test markets, industrial districts and clusters, participative consumer culture, continuous learning from abroad, local government policies, the national system of innovation, and the historical genesis of Tokyo in Japan's political economy. The paper finds that the Tokyo model of innovation will continue to evolve with the changing external environment, but fundamentally retains its main characteristics. The purpose of this final report is to know, understand and learn the importance of discipline in improving the working performance of employees in PT Electronic Solution. The problem that was found by writer is how the application of disciplined work to improve the performance of office workers at PT Electronic Solution. The data were collected from interviews and questionnaires,and there were analyzed by using the percentage formula. The Result and conclusions of the processing and analysis is that the application of PT Electronic Solution still not running optimally because there is still a discipline employee's who violate such regulations do not come on time, often out of the office during working hours, and the completion of the work is not completed on time yet, so the impact on employee's performance is not optimal, and in assessing performance is not optimal, and in assessing performance, employees are not aware of items considered by the company. Therefore, the author recommends that companies provide strict penalties for employees who violate the rules of discipline, so that corporate objectives can be achieved, as well as in implementing the company's performance appraisal should be informed of items that are rated by the company

Implementation Of The Learning Model With The 'Ali Method To Improve The Ability To Read The Qur'an Of Students Of The Special Program For Tahfizhul Qur'an (PKTQ) Sukoharjo 2022/2023 State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
The 'Ali method is a way of reading the Qur'an by using keywords, movements, and tartil. This method is straightforward to understand by children, teenagers, and even parents as beginners learning to read the Qur'an. In the process of reading the Qur'an, many students experience difficulties and mistakes, so it is necessary to motivate them to be diligent in reading the Qur'an. It is also necessary to see what factors cause, the need to conduct research in the Special Program Tahfizhul Qur'an (PKTQ) Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Sukoharjo. This research aims to find out how implementing the 'Ali method improves the ability to read the Qur'an in the Special Program for Tahfizhul Qur'an (PKTQ) MIN 2 Sukoharjo. To find out how the implementation of the 'Ali method in PKTQ MIN 2 Sukoharjo improved the ability to read the Qur'an, the author collects theories about the 'Ali method in reading the Qur'an. This research is qualitative by collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. To increase the degree of data validity, data validity testing is carried out by extending participation, persistence, observation, triangulation, and using reference materials. The process of analyzing the data is done with three streams, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and verification (conclusion). The research conducted resulted in the final analysis of the implementation of the 'Ali method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in the Special Program for Tahfizhul Qur'an (PKTQ) MIN 2 Sukoharjo, namely in teaching the teacher is quite good at mastering the material and learning steps with the 'Ali method, although not all teachers are nationally certified. This method is very good because it makes students able to read the Qur'an with the correct makhroj and tajweed quickly. The author can conclude that implementing the 'Ali method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in the Special Program for Tahfizhul Qur'an (PKTQ) MIN 2 Sukoharjo runs well and correctly and gets maximum results.
