The author describes the standing of Roman law teaching in Spanish law schools during the first part of the XX century and how it relates with its teachig in other western countries. She bases her discussion of this topic on a new edition ot Castillejo

THE MANIPULATION OF CONSTRAINTS TO TRAIN THE COMPLEXITY OF SOCCER: THE SMALL SIDED CONDITIONED GAMES
The characteristics of soccer show a high degree of complexity of this sport, which involves the continuous interaction of each individual athlete with teammates, opponents, the ball, the environment, the playing field and the rules (Machado et al., 2016). The behaviour of players and teams emerges from their interpretation of the various information coming from the game situations, namely constraints (Newell, 1986). The continuous interaction with and of these offers athletes numerous affordances (Gibson, 1979). Players self-organize to develop functional patterns of intra-individual, inter-individual and individual-environment coordination (Davids et al., 2013). By exploiting the manipulation of constraints, the coach can bring out useful action opportunities to improve tactical actions (Costa et al., 2015); the Small Sided Conditioned Games (SSCGs), through the manipulation, above all, of task constraints (playing area, number of performers, goals and rules), stimulate self-organization based on affordances present in the created context (Sangnier et al., 2019)

Federated learning for IoE environments: A service provider revenue maximization framework
In accordance with the Internet of Everything (IoE) paradigm, millions of people and billions of devices are expected to be connected to each other, giving rise to an ever increasing demand for application services with a strict quality of service requirements. Therefore, service providers are dealing with the functional integration of the classical cloud computing architecture with edge computing networks. However, the intrinsic limited capacity of the edge computing nodes implies the need for proper virtual functions' allocations to improve user satisfaction and service fulfillment. In this sense, demand prediction is crucial in services management and exploitation. The main challenge here consists of the high variability of application requests that result in inaccurate forecasts. Federated learning has recently emerged as a solution to train mathematical learning models on the users' site. This paper investigates the application of federated learning to virtual functions demand prediction in IoE based edge cloud computing systems, to preserve the data security and maximise service provider revenue. Additionally, the paper proposes a virtual function placement based on the services demand prediction provided by the federated learning module. A matching based tasks allocation is proposed. Finally, numerical results validate the proposed approach, compared with a chaos theory prediction scheme
PHYSICAL EDUCATION BETWEEN NEUROSCIENCE AND COMPLEXITY: THE SYSTEMIC PERSPECTIVE APPLIED TO INCLUSIVE DIDACTICS
National and international documents (UNESCO, 2017; MIUR, 2012; 2020) promote the improvement of the quality of teaching-learning processes, underlining the need to design flexibility learning environments able to respond to multiple educational needs. Physical education, like other disciplines, is involved in the process of full inclusion process with the awareness that in order to face to the complexity of the system (group-class), which in turn consists of a network of interconnected complex adaptive systems (pupils) – which acting and interacting with each other - a systemic approach is needed, able to of implementation of open and flexible teaching practices (Sibilio, 2014).This study aims to outline, in the light of recent neuroscientific researches (Mandolesi, 2012) and studies on complexity (Clark & Crossland, 1985; Davids & Araùjo, 2010), some basic principles to design inclusive learning environments in physical education. The systemic perspective, starting from the awareness that there is no boundary between what is physical and what is cognitive and that the environment that surrounds us is able to modulate our brain circuits, opens up new scenarios on which to reflect in order to face the 'unpredictability, emergency and self-organization, which act in and on the teaching-learning process, determining its effectiveness
Il diritto penale nel canone di Mario Romano
This paper deals with the extension and the extraordinary scientific value of the works written by a great Master in Criminal Law, such as Mario Romano. The Author briefly presents some of the most relevant contributions given by Professor Mario Romano to the Criminal Science, first of all his "Commentario sistematico del codice penale" (Systematic Commentary on the penal code), a unique work. Finally, the paper talks about some topics which have been developed inside the work "Studi in onore di Mario Romano" (Studies in Honour of Mario Romano)
