No full textTa diplomska naloga podaja osnove upravljanja in vodenja posameznih projektov ter podjetja kot celote. Gradbena podjetja so zaradi narave dela projektno usmerjena in se pri svojem delu srečujejo s problemi multiprojektnega poslovanja. Pri tem gre za problem obvladovanja vseh projektov, ki se v podjetju pojavljajo. Kot organizacijska rešitev teh problemov se v projektnem managementu pojavlja projektna pisarna, ki omogoča celovit pregled in obvladovanje projektov, tako eksternih komercialnih projektov kot internih projektov rasti in razvoja. Projektna pisarna se pojavlja v različnih oblikah, vlogah, opravlja različne naloge in ima različno kadrovsko zasedbo. Kakšno obliko projektne pisarne bo podjetje izbralo, je odvisno od značilnosti podjetja in vrst ter števila projektov ter od panoge, v kateri podjetje deluje.
Za podjetje Bauer Bernard s.p. smo postavili smernice razvoja v skladu s strategijo podjetja in pripravili strateški plan internih projektov, med katerimi so poleg reorganizacije podjetja izobraževanje in usposabljanje kadra, zniževanje stroškov poslovanja, zaposlitev novih kadrov in poleg uvedbe projektnega vodenja tudi uvedba projektne pisarne, za katero pa smo pripravili zagonski elaborat. Pripravili smo predlog uvedbe projektne pisarne, v katerem smo opredelili funkcije, naloge in kadrovsko zasedbo ter informacijski sistem. Na osnovi projektne pisarne pa smo opredelili tudi novo projektno organizacijo in prikazali povezanost projektne pisarne z ostalimi organizacijskimi enotami podjetja.This thesis provides the basics of management of individual projects and enterprises as a whole. Construction companies are, due to the nature of work, project-oriented, and often deal with the problem of controlling all projects namely problem of how to manage all projects that occur in a company, both external commercial projects as well as internal projects. Project management offers the »Project Office« as an organizational solution, which provides a comprehensive overview and management of projects. »Project Office« appears in various forms and applications, it performs different tasks and consist of different staff. Which type of project office a company will chose, depends both on the characteristics of the company, as well as on types of project businesses and the number of projects.
In our proposal we set the guidelines in accordance to the company\u27s strategy and prepared a strategic plan for internal projects, among which, we put reorganization of business, education and training of personnel, reduction of operating costs, employment of new personnel and introduction of project management. Additionaly we prepared start elaborat for a «Project Office«, in which we defined the functions, tasks and staffing. We also prepared project organization based on »Project Office«, showing occupations and relations with other organizational units of the company

No full textPaniegekko Bauer, Jackman, Sadlier & Whitaker gen. nov. Content. Paniegekko madjo (Bauer, Jones & Sadlier, 2000) (Fig. 3 D) Type species. Bavayia madjo Bauer, Jones & Sadlier, 2000, here designated. Etymology. The generic name is derived from the Panié massif, the dominant landform of northeastern New Caledonia, and gekko, from the Malay ‘gekoq’, onomatopoeia of the call of the species Gekko gecko and the common name to all limbed gekkotans. A Sri Lankan origin for the word gekko, derived from the Sinhalese word ‘gego’, is also possible (de Silva & Bauer 2008). The name is masculine and should be pronounced “Pa-nē-āgekko.” The two known localities for this monotypic genus are Mt. Ignambi and Mt. Panié, both part of the Panié massif. Definition and Diagnosis. Paniegekko may be distinguished from all other New Caledonian diplodactylid geckos by the following combination of character states: body size moderate (to 75mm SVL), head large, tail slender and elongate (> 110 % SVL); dorsal scalation granular, homogeneous; body without extensive skin webs or flaps; expanded subdigital lamellae under all toes; subdigital lamellae of digits II–V of manus and pes unpaired basally and divided distally; claw of digit I of manus and pes positioned lateral to a single, undivided apical lamella; precloacal pores in two or more rows in males, longest row extending well onto thighs (50 or more pores total); dorsal coloration pattern brown with transverse chevrons; venter dull grayish, never yellow. Distribution. Paniegekko is known only from Mt. Ignambi and Mt. Panié in northeastern New Caledonia. Remarks. See Bauer and Sadlier (2000) for more information on P. m a d j o. Dierogekko may be distinguished from all other New Caledonian diplodactylid geckos by the following combination of character states: body size very small (<46 mm SVL); head small; tail 92–120 % of SVL; dorsal scalation granular, homogeneous; body without extensive skin webs or flaps; expanded subdigital lamellae under all toes; lamellae under penultimate phalanx of digits II–V of manus and pes paired or single; claw of digit I of manus and pes in a groove in the apical lamella between a larger medial scansor and a smaller lateral scansor; precloacal pores in one or two rows in males (10–20 pores in total), not extending onto thighs; dorsal pattern of longitudinal lines or series of spots or patternless, never with transverse markings; venter usually cream to light brown, sometimes pale yellow. Distribution. Dierogekko is restricted to northern New Caledonia, with populations extending up the west coast from the Massif de Koniambo to Poum and on the Panié massif (Mt. Mandjélia and Mt. Panié) on the east coast. It is also known from the northern islands of Île Yandé and Île Baaba, and on Île Art and Île Pott in the Îles Belep. It is likely that its distribution is more continuous across this region than existing data show. Remarks. See Bauer and Sadlier (2000) and Bauer et al. (2006 b) for detailed information on members of this genus.
