Analisis Pengaruh Efektivitas Motivasi, Disiplin dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Lapangan di CV. Baskoro Aji Pemalang
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel efektivitas motivasi, disiplin dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan lapangan CV. Baskoro Aji Pemalang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, yang dibagikan kepada karyawan lapangan CV. Baskoro Aji Pemalang. Data yang diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling pada 150 responden dari karyawan lapangan CV. Baskoro Aji Pemalang. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas motivasi, disiplin, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan lapangan CV. Baskoro Aji Pemalang

Salah satu penyebab rendahnya prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas
X.3 SMA PGRI 1 Ponorogo tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 adalah masih banyaknya
guru yang menerapkan pembelajaran konvensional, di mana dalam pembelajaran
ini siswa cenderung bersikap pasif, sedangkan guru cenderung berperan dominan.
Dengan metode pembelajaran yang demikian, penguasaan siswa terhadap konsepkonsep
matematika menjadi sangat kurang. Hal inilah yang akan berdampak pada
rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan metode
pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif agar siswa dapat aktif sekaligus tertarik
dan bersemangat dalam pembelajaran matematika. Salah satu metode
pembelajaran yang bisa dijadikan alternatif adalah metode Think Pair Share.
Aktivitas dalam pembelajaran ini menekankan pada kesadaran siswa untuk belajar
mengaplikasikan pengetahuan, konsep, keterampilan kepada siswa yang
membutuhkan dan setiap siswa merasa senang menyumbangkan pengetahuannya
kepada anggota lain dalam kelompoknya.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi
belajar matematika siswa, serta mengetahui kemampuan pengelolaan
pembelajaran oleh guru menggunakan metode Think Pair Share pada siswa kelas
X.3 SMA PGRI 1 Ponorogo tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.
Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini
dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, di mana tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan,
pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa
kelas X.3 SMA PGRI 1 Ponorogo yang berjumlah 24 siswa, yang terdiri dari 8
siswa laki-laki dan 16 siswa perempuan. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa.
Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi dan tes. Prosedur penelitian
terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Think Pair Share
pada siswa kelas X.3 SMA PGRI 1 Ponorogo tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 dapat
meningkatkan aktivitas siswa karena pada siklus 2 banyaknya aspek aktivitas
yang masuk kategori efektif adalah 6. Selanjutnya, penerapan metode Think Pair
Share pada siswa kelas X.3 SMA PGRI 1 Ponorogo tahun pelajaran 2012/2013
juga dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika siswa, karena pada siklus 2
diperoleh rata-rata nilai tes akhir siklus sebesar 76,96 dan persentase banyaknya
siswa yang tuntas belajar sebesar 76,17%. Kemampuan pengelolaan pembelajaran
oleh guru menggunakan metode Think Pair Share pada siswa kelas X.3 SMA
PGRI 1 Ponorogo tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 efektif, karena pada siklus 2
diperoleh rata-rata kemampuan pengelolaan guru sebesar 3,82 sudah mencapai

predikat baik. Hal-hal di atas sudah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan yang
ditetapkan
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
Mewujudkan Social Inclusion: Kontribusi Satunama terhadap Penghayat Kepercayaan di Yogyakarta
Full text linkIndigenous religions have experienced discrimination resulting from repressive policies and nuances that are discriminatory and pragmatic in Indonesia. This paper focuses on the role and contribution of Satunama to promote social inclusion especially among the followers of indigenous faiths in Indonesia. The data was collected through field research, intended to gain primary data from the subjects. The gathered data was analysed using descriptive-analytical approach, in which the primary and secondary data was analysed qualitatively. The existence of government interpretations that distinguish religion from belief has posed serious problems among the followers of indigenous faiths in the country. Legal products made by the government are also very discriminatory in nature as they tend to force those who follow indigenous faiths to identify themselves into official religions which are not necessarily suit their faith. This occurs in the process of issuing ID card, birth certificate, passport and some other documents. The implication is that the followers of indigenous faiths tend to be marginalised and excluded from the mainstream society. Satunama is one of the prominent NGOs in Yogyakarta which is known for its role and contribution to the discourse social inclusion in the society. Satunama is known especially for its efforts to advocate human rights protection for marginal groups and freedom of religion for the followers of indigenous faiths.[Di Indonesia, agama-agama pribumi telah mengalami diskriminasi yang disebabkan oleh kebijakan dan lingkungan represif, diskriminatif dan pragmatis. Artikel ini membahas peran dan kontribusi Satunama dalam mempromosikan keterbukaan atau inklusi sosial khususnya pada para penganut kepercayaan lokal di Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kajian lapangan yang ditekankan pada perolehan data primer dari subjek-subjek penganut keyakinan lokal. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisa menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, dan data primer dan sekunder dianalisa secara kualitatif. Penafsiran pemerintah yang membedakan agama dari keyakinan telah memunculkan masalah di kalangan penganut keyakinan lokal di Indonesia. Kebijakan yang dihasilkan Pemerintah Indonesia sungguh sangat diskriminatif dan seakan cenderung memaksa para penganut keyakinan lokal itu untuk mengidentifikasi diri mereka sebagai pengikut salah satu agama resmi yang bukan sama sekali seperti yang mereka anut. Ini tentunya terjadi saat proses penerbitan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Akte Kelahiran. Passport dan beberapa identitas diri dan dokumen lain. Ini berdampak pada merasa terpinggirkannya penganut keyakinan lokal dan terkucilkannya dari publik. Satunama adalah salah satu LSM di Yogyakarta yang dikenal karena peran dan kontribusinya dalam wacana-wacana inklusi sosial dalam masyarakat. Satunama dikenal terutama akan upaya-upayanya untuk mendampingi dan mengadvokasi perlindungan hak asasi manusia untuk kelompok-kelompok terpinggirkan serta untuk kebebasan dalam beragama bagi penganut agama lokal.
