Pryncypia sprawiedliwości społecznej
The author in article tries to give the answer on the question: what rights, positions as well as material and immaterial goods in given society should undergo the division and why? The interhuman conflicts are the point of considerations undertaken in article depending on that who, what and how every one should receive. Because in the society there is not only the division but it is also the load (rents, taxes, payments, punishments), the contradictions come among people and their groups about that, who and in what dimension should be concerned by these burdens. The formal requirements of justice aim to the goal which would permit on achievement of solution of these conflicts across the legal reason and use of such general and the impartial rules to nobody would feel wronged. It is the general feature especially in the democratic societies that the member's countries of European Union (UE) we can rank and where there is the common canon that all citizens have the same rights. The state across parliamentary resolving the laws and formating the responsible institutions (from the central to the communal rung) undertakes decisions about division and burdens, which marks that in this way holds power over desirable universally social justice. This holding power has to be motivated in every individual decision and to be simultaneously convergent with rights of human's freedom. This activity is not easy and the author in this presented article will try to order the basic theoretical matters and to qualify the pryncypia of social justice valid and belonging to European Union countries

Jak niegodziwy kapitalizm deprawuje demokrację i solidarność
This paper is the comparative analysis of two historically interdependent systems
or socio-economic regimes: democracy and capitalism. The author argues that capitalism
serves democracy only to a certain extent, and only within its own established
framework. When capitalism takes the „wicked” form, it leads to the distortion of democracy,
and even to its destruction. The above analysis has covered the problems of
expansion of the vexing phenomenon of poverty, social inequality, accelerated global
warming, protectionism and the privileged position of the highly developed countries,
the controversy surrounding the governments’ approval of apparently democratic and
privileged position of the USA. The author’s reflections are based on the reliable statistical
data from the public institution sources and the author’s own empirical research.
doprowadza do zniekształcenia demokracji, a nawet do jej zniszczenia. Przeanalizowane
zostały problemy dokuczliwego rozszerzania się zjawiska biedy, nierówności
społecznych, przyspieszonego ocieplania klimatu, protekcjonalizmu i uprzywilejowanej
pozycji państw wysokorozwiniętych, kontrowersji wokół legitymizacji rządów pozornie
demokratycznych i uprzywilejowanej pozycji USA. Przedstawione przez autora rozważania
oparte są o miarodajne dane statystyczne ze źródeł instytucji publicznych oraz
empiryczne badania własne

The situation of European immigration policy (the culture of acceptance and inclusion of immigrants in EU)
European immigration policy is a complex and dynamic field of science
with interdisciplinary profile. It is based on humanitarian rights and international
regulations concerning immigration and development of humanity.
Unfortunately, the dynamics of migration in global and European
scale, especially the inflow of immigrants, (according to ONZ - irregular
immigrants) has reached in EU levels which make effective integration impossible.
Europe needs immigrants but is unable to assimilate them. The
author describes similar situations in EU and in neighbouring countries.
Immigration policy focused on securing boarders against illegal immigrants
is considered to be inhumane and generates criminal behaviours.
Later chance for integration is extremely [email protected] S. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
