Se desconoce el nombre prehispánico del lugar; en la época colonial se llamó San Felipe Calvario, y en 1895, éste último se le cambió por el apellido Los Alzati, en honor de los hermanos José María, Marcos y Darío, héroes locales de la época de la intervención francesa. Las exploraciones arqueológicas llevadas a cabo en el sitio han sido escasas, por lo que sólo se ha descubierto una pequeña parte que corresponde a la zona ceremonial, ésta es, el área visitable.</p

No full textThis paper seeks to analyse the figure of Martina Barros as a precursor of Philip II´s studies in the Chilean historiographical field of the early twentieth century. Through the qualitative analysis of her essay Felipe II y El Escorial, we will identify her main contributions and the works she used to argue her position. This will determine his level of updating and knowledge on the subject. On the other hand, the aim is to explain the context of production that allowed her to reach this result: her training (self-taught), her promoters (maternal uncle and husband), the socio-institutional context (experiences after travels, liberal and elite feminism, el Club de Señoras). In this way, we can be discovered a little-known facet of this important Chilean intellectual. Her importance lies in the fact that she inserted herself into the debate about the «Black Legend» of Philip II, although nowhere in the essay does she allude to it.El trabajo busca analizar la figura de Martina Barros como una precursora de los estudios de Felipe II en el medio historiográfico chileno de principios del siglo XX. Mediante el análisis cualitativo de su ensayo Felipe II y El Escorial, se identificarán sus principales aportes y las obras que empleó para argumentar su posición. Con ello, se determinará su nivel de actualización y conocimiento sobre el tema. Por otro lado, se busca explicar el contexto de producción que le permitió llegar a ese resultado: su formación (autodidacta), sus impulsores (tío materno y marido), el contexto socioinstitucional (experiencias después de viajes, feminismo liberal y de élite, Club de Señoras). De este modo, se puede conocer una faceta poco conocida de esta importante intelectual chilena. Su importancia radica en que se insertó en el debate acerca de la «Leyenda Negra» de Felipe II, a pesar de que en ninguna parte del ensayo alude a ello.
Memórias de uma escola: da nucleação à extinção da Escola Otaviano de Souza Barros
No full textThis paper aims to analyze the memories that remained of the Otaviano de Souza Barros Municipal School, located in the Alto do Angico Farm, São José da Tapera /AL. The theme fits into the field of the history of school institutions and seeks to identify the reasons that led to the nucleation and extinction of this school. From the methodology of oral history, questionnaires, minutes and photographs we seek to reconstruct the history of this institution, which in addition to being an educational space, was also the cultural and religious space for the local community, thus being a space of experiences, a place of memories, and therefore to reconstruct the history of this school institution and question its closure and demolition, reaffirms the importance of our research.

Nucleation.Este trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar as memórias que ficaram da Escola Municipal Otaviano de Souza Barros, localizada no Sítio Alto do Angico, São José da Tapera/AL. A temática se enquadra no campo da história das instituições escolares e busca identificar os motivos que levaram a nucleação e extinção desta escola. A partir da metodologia da história oral, de questionários, atas e fotografias procuramos reconstruir a história desta instituição, que além de ser um espaço educacional, foi também o espaço cultural e religioso para a comunidade local, sendo assim um espaço de experiencias e vivencias, um lugar de memórias, e que portanto, reconstruir a história desta instituição escolar e questionar sobre seu fechamento e demolição, reafirma a importância da nossa pesquisa

Basic health care: Implementation of the Primary Health Care Policy of Felipe Camarão Neighborhood in the context of Pandemic
No full textThe monograph presented here was characterized in analyzing the importance of the Primary Health Care Policy in Brazil, neoliberalism and the rebates in the Primary Care Policy and primary health care in the neighborhood of Felipe Camarão, in the municipality of Natal/RN, demarcating the limits and possibilities of the realization of rights of the population to public health in the context of pandemic. It consists of a bibliogramuable and documentary research of qualitative character, and was developed based on the method of dialectical-historical materialism, so that it was possible to perform an analysis of the theme based on its totality. The analyses were based on the quarterly management reports of 2020, 2021 and 2022 of the three Basic Health Units in the neighborhood of Felipe Camarão, Natal/RN. Throughout the development of the work, it was possible to identify and reflect on the achievements and advances achieved through the construction of the Basic Health Policy, as well as the challenges that are still encountered in the reality of Brazilian public health, such as the failure to reorganize primary health care services to address the COVID-19 pandemic, the lack of strengthening and investments in primary care that has aggravated several deaths and further aggravated the health crisis, evidencing a crisis already existing in the country.A monografia ora apresentada objetiva analisar a importância da Política de Atenção Básica de Saúde no Brasil, o neoliberalismo e os rebatimentos na Política de Atenção Básica e a atenção básica de saúde no bairro de Felipe Camarão, no município de Natal/RN. Este trabalho demarca os limites e possibilidades da efetivação de direitos da população à saúde pública no contexto da pandemia. Consiste em uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental de caráter qualitativo e foi desenvolvida com base no método do materialismo histórico dialético, para que fosse possível realizar uma análise da temática partindo da sua totalidade. As análises foram fundamentadas nos relatórios de gestão quadrimestrais de 2020, 2021 e 2022 das três Unidades Básicas de Saúde do bairro de Felipe Camarão, Natal/RN. Ao longo do desenvolvimento do trabalho foi possível identificar e refletir sobre as conquistas e avanços alcançados por meio da construção da Política de Atenção Básica de Saúde, assim como os desafios que ainda são encontrados na realidade da saúde pública brasileira, como a falha reorganização dos serviços de atenção básica de saúde para o enfrentamento da pandemia do COVID-19, a falta do fortalecimento e investimentos nos cuidados primários que acarretou em diversas mortes e agravou ainda mais a crise na saúde, evidenciando uma crise já existente no país

These papers prove that during the reign of Felipe V the Jesuit Royal Confessionary bore the final responsibility for transferring prelates or filling vacant bishoprics.En este trabajo el autor reproduce veintisiete documentos inéditos que se sitúan entre 1701 y 1744. En estos papeles queda demostrada la responsabilidad última que, durante el reinado de Felipe V, tuvo el confesionario real jesuítico para la traslación de los prelados o para la provisión de los obispados vacantes
Characterizing the Influence of Multiple Uncertainties on Predictions of Contaminant Discharge in Groundwater Within a Lagrangian Stochastic Formulation
Get PDFAssessing the risks associated with transport of contaminants in hydrogeological systems requires the characterization of multiple sources of uncertainty. This paper examines the impact of the uncertainty in the source zone mass release rate, aquifer recharge, and the spatial structure of the hydraulic conductivity on transport predictions. Through the use of the Lagrangian framework, we develop semianalytical solutions for the first two moments of the total solute discharge through a control plane while accounting for source zone release conditions and recharge. We employ global sensitivity analysis (GSA) to investigate how the predictive uncertainty of the mass discharge is affected by uncertainty in source zone mass release rate, recharge, and the variance of the log-conductivity field. The semianalytical solutions are employed with the polynomial chaos expansion technique to perform a GSA. Our results reveal the relative influence of each source of uncertainty on the robustness of model predictions, which is critical for site managers to allocate resources and design mitigation strategies
