Abdul Ghani Bahri dalam perkembangan pondok pesantren. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: KH. Abdul Ghani Bahri memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan pondok pesantren karena pesantren menjadi lembaga sosial terbentuknya pondok pesantren terbentuk dari lembaga-lembaga sosial yang ada di Ogan Ilir, sebagai seorang Kiai Haji Abdul Ghani Bahri untuk membentuk lembaga pendidikan yakni berupa pondok pesantren KH. Full text linkCossack Pioneer is a floating production storage and offloading vessel located 112 km North West of Karratha. This report details the work performed during a 16 week internship with Woodside Energy Ltd working in the Cossack Pioneer Facility Engineering Team. This Perth based team provides engineering support to the production facility. The report incorporates a description of the facility and topsides process and discusses the systems used for process control.
The earlier work performed during the internship focussed on small engineering design and control system modifications for the instrumentation and control group within the facility engineering team. Partway through the internship focus changed and the challenging role of Facility Control Engineer for Cossack Pioneer was assumed during the absence of the facility Senior Control Engineer. The report provides discussion of learning outcomes acheived and experience gained during the internship
A Bahri–Lions theorem revisited
No full textAbstractIn 1988, A. Bahri and P.L. Lions [A. Bahri, P.L. Lions, Morse-index of some min–max critical points. I. Application to multiplicity results, Comm. Pure Appl. Math. 41 (1988) 1027–1037] studied the following elliptic problem:−Δu=|u|p−2u+f(x,u),u∈H01(Ω), where Ω is a bounded smooth domain of RN, 2<p<(2N−2)/(N−2) and f(x,u) is not assumed to be odd in u. They proved the existence of infinitely many solutions under an appropriate growth restriction on f. In the present paper, we improve this result by showing that under the same growth assumption on f the problem admits in fact infinitely many sign-changing solutions. In addition we derive an estimate on the number of their nodal domains. We also deal with the corresponding fourth order equation Δ2u=|u|p−2u+f(x,u) with both Dirichlet and Navier boundary conditions, as well as with strongly coupled elliptic systems

Çalışmada Aucan, Bulel,HT-444, HT-460 Tritordeum hat ve çeşitleri ile Larende ve Tarm-92 arpa kontrol çeşitleri ve Kızıltan-91,Çeşit-1252 makarnalık buğday çeşitleri “Tesadüf Blokları Deneme Deseni”ne göre üç tekerrürlü olarakyetiştirilmiştir. Araştırmada bitki boyu, tane verimi, bin tane ağırlığı, hektolitre ağırlığı, protein oranıözellikleri incelenmiştir. Sulu ve kuru koşullarda yapılan çalışmada çeşit faktörünün bitki boyu, tane verimi,bin tane ağırlığı, hektolitre ağırlığı, protein oranı özellikleri üzerinde istatistiki olarak önemli etkilerdebulunduğu belirlenmiştir.En yüksek bin tane ağırlığı 57.7 g ile sulu koşullarda Tarm-92 çeşidinde bulunurken, en düşük bintane ağırlığı 30.8 g kuru koşullarda HT460 tritordeum hattında tespit edilmiştir. En yüksek hektolitre ağırlığı81.2 kg ile kuru koşullarda Çeşit-1252 çeşidinde bulunurken, en düşük hektolitre ağırlığı 64.9 kg ile kurukoşullarda Larende arpa çeşidinde tespit edilmiştir. En yüksek protein oranı 20.4 ile kuru koşullarda Aucançeşidinde bulunurken, en düşük protein oranı 12.2 ile sulu koşullarda Larende çeşidinde tespit edilmiştir.En yüksek tane verimi 476.7 kg/da ile sulu koşullarda Kızıltan-91 çeşidinde bulunurken, en düşük taneverimi 163.3 kg/da ile kuru koşullarda Aucan tritordeum çeşidinde tespit edilmiştir.Sonuç olarak, en yüksek tane verimleri kontrol çeşitlerinden alınmış olup, Konya yöresi sulu-kurukoşullarında verim açısından kontrol çeşitlerinin tercih edilmesi uygun olacaktır. Ancak kalite değerleriaçısından Tritordeum hat ve çeşitleri un sanayisinde kullanılabilecek yeni nesil bir tahıl türü olarak ortayaçıkmaktadır. Buna ek olarak, yüksek verimli, kaliteli, hastalık ve zararlılara dayanıklı, biyotik ve abiyotikstres faktörlerine dayanıklı stabil çeşitlerin geliştirilmesi için daha detaylı ıslah çalışmalarına ihtiyaçduyulduğu düşünülmektedir
Critical points at infinity in Yamabe changing-sign equations
Full text linkIn the well-known paper [A. Bahri and J.M. Coron, Commun. Pure Appl. Math. 41 (1988) 253–294], Bahri and Coron develop the theory of critical points at innity and find the solutions of Yamabe problem via Morse theory. This is a very delicate problem because of the lack of compactness caused by the invariance under the conformal group. To obtain the desired results, one needs a careful analysis on the change of the topology of the level sets. In this work, the author continues to use these ideas and give a preliminary study of the topological features for the Yamabe sign-changing variational problem on domains of R3 or on spheres S3. One of key points consists to understand the Morse relations at innity based on the expansion of the energy functional in a neighborhood of innity. In particular, one study weather the relation ∂∞°∂∞ = 0 holds where ∂∞ is the intersection operator at innity. Although I could not understand completely the details, I believe such study is very delicate and the ideas and techniques developed could be also useful in the others context, in particular, some conformal invariant problems like Yang-Mills equations and harmonic maps. I recommend strongly the publication of the paper
The impact of pivot translation on the quality of subtitling
Full text linkWhen dealing with exotic languages (such as Dutch in Spain), it is a widespread practice in subtitling to use interlingual pivots, rather than translate the original dialogue list. Needless to say, that in such cases the idiomatic particularities of the source text and the cultural references will be filtered through the pivot, in most cases, through English. If the translator does not pay attention to the dialogues on the original soundtrack, he risks copying the errors that may have slipped into the pivot(s). Moreover, in countries where dubbing is the traditional mode of audiovisual translation (such as Spain), the subtitlers (or adaptors) sometimes use intralingual pivots when they work with the translation that was prepared for the dubbing and only make the necessary adjustments, in order to convert dubbing into subtitles. The aim of the following case study is to show the impact of the use of pivots on the quality of subtitling, drawing attention to the pitfalls of using intermediate texts, both intra and interlingual. The case study is based on the Spanish subtitling of De zaak Alzheimer (The Alzheimer Case / La memoria del asesino), the successful Belgian (Flemish) thriller directed by Van Looy (2003)
