PENGARUH PENGUNGKAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPOSIBILITY, KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN BETA FUNDAMENTAL TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM
Abstract
Return of shares is an advantage obtained by investors on investment activities, where the return becomes the motivation of investors to avoid the risks that exist. Efficient Market Hypothesis, is one theory that is able to explain that the price formed in the capital market is a reflection of existing information (Fama, 1970). Through published information including financial statement information to find out the company's financial performance such as Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Price Book Value, macroeconomic factors to consider company risk compared to the market through Beta Fundametal proxy dividend policy, supplementary information required by accounting rules such as disclosure of Corporate Social Responbility. Sample used in this research is Sustainability Reporting Award participant with purposive sampling method by setting several criteria. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility has a negative effect is not significant on Stock Return. Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Beta Fundamental have a significant positive effect on Stock Return. While Price Book Value has a significant negative effect on Stock Return.
Abstrak
Return saham merupakan keuntungan yang diperoleh investor atas kegiatan investasi, dimana return menjadi motivasi investor untuk menghindari risiko yang ada. Efficient Market Hypothesis,merupakan salah satu teori yang mampu menjelaskan bahwa harga yang terbentuk dipasar modal merupakan cerminan dari informasi yang ada (Fama, 1970). Melalui informasi yang dipublikasikan termasuk didalamnya informasi laporan keuangan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan seperti Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Price Book Value, faktor ekonomi makro untuk mempertimbangkan risiko perusahaan dibandingkan dengan pasar melalui proksi Beta Fundametal kebijakan dividen, informasi tambahan yang diwajibkan oleh peraturan akuntansi seperti pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsbility. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah partisipan Sustainability Reporting Award dengan metode purposive sampling dengan menetapkan beberapa kriteria. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengungkapan Corporate Social Resposibility berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Return Saham. Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Beta Fundamentalberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Return Saham. Sedangkan Price Book Valueberpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Return Saham
ANALISIS PERFORMANSI TCP LINUX DAN TCP VEGAS TERHADAP ROUTING PROTOCOL AODV DAN DSDV PADA MANET
ABSTRAK
Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANETs) adalah kumpulan dari beberapa wireless node yang dapat di set-up secara dinamis dimana saja dan kapan saja tanpa menggunakan infrastruktur jaringan yang ada. Manet juga merupakan jaringan sementara yang dibentuk oleh beberapa mobile node tanpa adanya pusat administrasi dan infrastruktur kabel. Pada MANET, mobile host yang terhubung ke wireless dapat bergerak bebas dan juga berperan sebagai router.
Pada penelitian ini akan dibandingkan performansi dua TCP yaitu TCP Linux dan TCP Vegas terhadap dua protocol routing MANET, yaitu AODV (Ad Hoc On Demand Distance Vektor) dan DSDV(Destination Sequenced Distance Vector), performansi akan diuji menggunakan software Network Simulator v2.35 (NS-2.35). Menggunakan IEEE 802.11b sebagai standard komunikasi dalam MANET, pada simulasi yang saya kerjakan menggunakan jumlah node 15,30,45,60,75,90 dengan detail pengerjaan saya memilih random way point .
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada simulasi pertama dengan perbandingan DSDV dan AODV menggunakan TCP Linux, performa DSDV unggul dalam hal delay dan throughput dengan nilai rata rata performansi delay 0,415 ms. Pada simulasi kedua perbandingan DSDV dan AODV menggunakan TCP Vegas. Performa delay AODV lebih unggul untuk jumlah node yang kecil terlihat pada node 15 dan 30 selisih delay dengan DSDV 0,381 ms dan 0,288 ms. Simulasi ketiga perbandingan routing protocol DSDV menggunakan TCP Linux dan TCP Vegas. Performa delay TCP Linux jauh lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan TCP Vegas, dan pada Simulasi ketiga perbandingan routing protocol AODV menggunakan TCP Linux dan TCP Vegas, performa delay naik setiap terjadi kenaikan jumlah node TCP Linux jauh lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan TCP Vegas. Performa delay paling bagus DSDV linux dengan rata rata delay 0,415 ms, throughput paling tinggi DSDV Vegas, PDR paling tinggi DSDV Vegas.

Penelitian ini didasari fenomena maraknya kampung KB yang menjunjung tinggi prestasi akan desanya, maka dari itu penulis mengambil system rebranding dari kampong keluarga berencana menjadi Kampung KB sebagai penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan tiga tahap rebranding yang akan digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini. Selain itu penulis juga melakukan penelitian dilapangan secara berkala untuk menemukan data yang akurat serta data yang dibutuhkan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penlitian kualitatif yang mana penulis akan melakukan wawancara dengan narasumber yang terkait dengan proses rebranding Kampung Keluarga Berencana di Kelurahan Banyudono ini. Selain itu juga menggunakan dokumnetasi serta referensi penelitian terdahulu. kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini akan mengarah pada kesuksesan rebranding kampung keluarga berencana menjadi Kampung KB Banyudono. Sumber data pada penelitian ini ada dua macam yaitu data primer yang berisikan wawancara dengan narasumber dan data sekunder yang mengambil video serta gambar yang ada sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan menunjukkan sudah efektif terbukti dengan semakin dikenalnya kampung KB Bayudono dikalangan masyarakat.

This research is in line with the phenomenon of the rise of family planning villages that uphold the high achievements of their villages, therefore the authors adopted a rebranding system from family planning villages to family planning villages as this research. By using a three-stage rebranding that will be used by the author in this study. In addition, the author also conducts field research on a regular basis to find accurate data and the data needed. This research uses a qualitative research method in which the author will conduct interviews with informants related to the process of rebranding the Family Planning Village in the Banyudono Village. Besides that, it also uses documentation and references to previous research. The conclusions that can be drawn from this research will lead to the success of rebranding the family planning village into Banyudono KB Village. There are two kinds of data sources in this study, namely primary data which contains interviews with informants and secondary data which takes videos and pictures that existed before. The results of this study will show that it has been proven effective by the increasing recognition of KB Bayudono village among the community.

This research is a literature research entirely obtained from written sources. Novel Nyai Duesseldorf is closely related to the existence of the main character. The author uses the theoretical basis of feminism critic Simone de Beauvoir to see the struggle of the main character of women in reaching her true love and and the existence of the main character of women in the novel Nyai Duesseldorf Karya Zeventina, previously the author uses structural theory as a forming element of literary works of character and character, background or setting in its story. The method used is data collection, data analysis, and presentation of analysis results.
This research resulted in the struggle of the main character of women in achieving true love in the novel Nyai Duesseldorf Works Zeventina, namely: true love Nyai to his lover Ardy. TRUANCY PREVENTION IN SMA NEGERI 15 PEKANBARU ABSTRACT BY: GILANG RAKA WIFANJANI The dynamics of adolescent development today are in line with the times. The problems faced by adolescents are increasingly diverse in various aspects. Juvenile delinquency is no longer limited to skipping school or committing violations of school rules, but has spawned into criminal behavior and violence. The influence of association in shaping a person's character and personality can be a trigger for juvenile delinquency. Likewise, if parents are too restrictive, what happens is the child is unable to develop independently and they will try to break free from the restraints. But when this happens, the social environment, especially peers, is the person who is considered the most able to understand the various problems that are happening or have occurred. School is a special environment for changing behavior permanently in relation to all of his personal development. This is because most of the time for adolescents is spent in the school environment, so the character building that occurs in school must be done very carefully by teachers or educators. Therefore the authors are interested in knowing how the school's efforts to prevent truancy, especially at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru. With the aim of knowing what efforts have been made by the school to prevent truancy by students. Dalam menjaga kualitas kondisi muatan dingin dan beku diperlukan
tindakan preventif untuk menghindari kerusakan muatan dan mesin reefer
container, sebab muatan dingin memiliki sifat mudah rusak akibat perubahan
suhu. Dengan dasar ini penulis merumuskan masalah tentang strategi untuk
mencegah kerusakan muatan dingin dan beku pada container reefer dan upayaupaya
apa yang dilaksanakan untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan. Dalam
penulisan skripsi ini berdasarkan observasi penulis terhadap prosedur
penanganan muatan dingin dan beku di MV Sinar Banda yang digunakan dalam
pembuatan laporan penelitian dan sebagai landasan untuk memecahkan masalah
yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif
kualitatif.
Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner.
Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 35 taruna Semester VII dan VIII jurusan
Nautika yang praktek layar di kapal container dan 7 orang dari crew MV Sinar
Banda. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah sarana (X1) dan prasarana (X2)
terhadap pencegahan kerusakan muatan dingin dan beku (Y). Penelitian ini
menggunakan teknik analisa data yaitu Fishbone Analysis untuk menentukan
akar permasalahan dan SWOT kekuatan (Strenghts), kelemahan (Weakness),
peluang (Opportunities) dan ancaman (Threats) untuk mencari strategi
penyelesaian masalah. Didapatkan strategi SO (Strength-Opportunities) adalah
strategi yang dibuat untuk memanfaatkan peluang sebaik-baiknya, setelah itu
penulis bisa mendapat upaya-upaya untuk menyelesaikan masalah.
Dari permasalahan yang telah didapat dapat disimpulkan bahwa
penyelesaian masalah menggunakan strategi (Strength-Opportunities) dan
didapatkan upaya-upaya untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Faktor terpenting dari
masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah container reefer dan mesin reefer. Karena
jika mesin reefer rusak muatan dingin dan beku juga akan rusak. Penulis
memberi saran 1) semua awak kapal melaksanakan prosedur penanganan muatan
di kapal sesuai dengan SOP (shipboard operational procedure) 2) Mengadakan

In conditions of cold and cold quality precautionary measures are needed
to avoid damage to the container reefer, because cold loads have the property of
being easily damaged due to changes in temperature. On this basis the author
formulates the problem of strategies to prevent cold and freezing damage to
referred containers and efforts to repair what is done to prevent destruction. In
the discussion of this thesis discusses the research on the procedures for cold and
frozen handling in MV. Sinar Banda which is used in making research reports
and as a basis for solving existing problems. The method used in this study is
descriptive qualitative.
The technique of collecting data by observation, interviews, and
questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 35 cadets Semester VII and
VIII majoring in Nautics who practiced screens on container ships and 7 people
from the crew of MV Sinar Banda. The variables in this study are means (X_1)
and infrastructure (X_2) for solving cold and frozen load damage (Y). This study
uses data analysis techniques, namely Fish Bone Analysis to determine the root
of the problem and the strength of SWOT (Strenghts), weakness (Weakness),
opportunities (Opportunities) and threats (Threat) to look for problem solving
strategies. Obtained a strategy of SO (Strength-Opportunities) is a strategy
created to take advantage of opportunities as borrowed, after which the author
can obtain efforts to solve the problem.
From the problems obtained it can be concluded that the problem is using
the strategy (Strength-Opportunity) and the efforts to solve the problem are
obtained. The main factor of the problem in this study is the reefer container and
reefer machine. Because if the reefer machine breaks down the cold and freezing

Kecelakaan didefinisikan sebagai suatu kejadian yang tak terduga, semula
tidak dikehendaki yang mengacaukan proses yang telah diatur dari suatu aktivitas
atau pekerjaan dan dapat menimbulkan kerugian baik bagi manusia. Kerugian
terpenting adalah kenyataan bahwa tenaga kerja yang dipersalahkan. Kecelakaan
bisa terjadi dimana saja dan kapan saja. Sedangkan kecelakaan kerja adalah
kejadian yang tak terduga dan tidak diharapkan dan tidak terencana yang
mengakibatkan luka, cidera dan sakit pada manusia.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan sumberdaya manusia
khususnya anak buah kapal bagian mesin sehingga dalam melaksanakan tugas
akan aman dan terhindar dari kecelakaan dan tercapainya kesadaran awak kapal
dalam mengadakan perawatan dan perbaikan yang berlangsung secara safety dan
sesuai dengan buku panduan. Jenis metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam
penyusunan skripsi ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan
pendekatan fishbone dan SHEL untuk mempermudah dalam teknik analisis data.
Metode pengumpulan data yang penulis lakukan adalah dengan cara observasi
dan wawancara.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan, dapat
disimpulkan bahwa kendala yang menghambat terlaksananya prosedur
keselamatan kerja yang berkaitan dengan pemakaian alat pelindung diri di SPOB
Atmaniwedhana 88 terdiri dari faktor manusia yang mempunyai kebiasaan buruk
melanggar prosedur, belum adanya inspeksi dan sanksi tegas dari perusahaan
terhadap pelanggar prosedur keselamatan kerja sehingga kecelakaan sering terjadi.
Selain itu, faktor alat pelindung diri juga menghambat terlaksananya prosedur
keselamatan kerja seperti belum ada jaminan penggantian alat pelindung diri dari
perusahaan apabila terjadi kerusakan dan keterlambatan order alat pelindung diri.

Accidents are defined as an unexpected, re-unintended incident that
disrupses the process that has been governed by an activity or job and can cause
harm to both humans. The most important disadvantage is the fact that the
workforce is a blame. Accidents can happen anywhere and anytime. While
occupational accidents are unexpected and unplanned events resulting in injuries,
injury and human pain.
The purpose of this research is to increase human resources, especially the
vessel crew of the machine so that in carrying out the task will be safe and avoid
accident and the realization of the crew of the ship in conducting the care and And
in accordance with the handbook. The type of research method that the authors
use in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive by using the Fishbone and SHEL
approaches to facilitate the data analysis technique. The method of data collection

Based on the results of the research that the author has done, it can be
concluded that the obstacles that inhibit the implementation of occupational safety
procedures relating to the use of personal protective equipment in the SPOB
Atmaniwedhana 88 consist of a human factor that Have a bad habit of breaking
the procedure, yet the inspection and strict sanction of the company against the
breach of occupational safety procedures so that accidents occur frequently. In

Latar belakang terhadap permasalahan adalah turunnya suhu muatan marine
fuel oil yang semula 55̊ C menjadi 40̊ C dan pompa yang bekerja tidak optimal
dalam membongkar muatan sehingga menyebabkan bongkar muatan marine fuel
oil menjadi terlambat. Landasan teori dalam penelitian yaitu memaksimalkan
bongkar muatan marine fuel oil di kapal serta antisipasi menurunnya suhu muatan
akibat kurangnya heating muatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
menggunakan metode penggabungan metode fishbone (tulang ikan) dengan Fault
Tree Analysis (FTA) yang berisi pemaparan, uraian dan penjelasan tentang suatu
obyek sebagai mana adanya pada waktu tertentu dan mengambil kesimpulan dan
keputusan secara umum.
Dari hasil penelitian yang peneliti laksanakan, bahwa ada banyak penyebab
terjadinya kebocoran pada pipa pemanas dalam boiler, dari penyebab-penyebab
tersebut dianalisa untuk menemukan penyebab utama.di MT Medelin Expo terjadi
kebocoran pada pipa pemanas dalam boiler yang disebabkan karena retaknya pipa
pemanas. Karena perawatan yang tidak sesuai, kurangnya pengechekan secara
berkala, serta kualitas bahan pipa yang menyebabkan korosi. Sehingga dalam
pelaksanaan heating muatan kurang diterima di tanki-tanki muatan. Untuk
menangani masalah tersebut berdasarkan penelitian oleh penulis dapat dilakukan
dapat dilakukan upaya perawatan secara rutin, pengelasan, serta pergantian spare
part.

The Background of the problem is the decrease of marine fuel oil loading
temperature which was originally 55̊ C to 40̊ C and the pump that worked was not
optimal in loading and unloading which caused the loading of marine fuel oil to be
late. The theoretical foundation in the research is to maximize the loading of marine
fuel oil on ships and anticipate decreasing load temperatures due to a lack of heating
load. The research method used is the method of combining fishbone method with
Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) which contains exposure, description and explanation
of an object as where it is at a certain time and draw conclusions and decisions in
general.
From the results of the research that the researchers conducted, that there were
many causes of leaks in the heating pipes in the boiler, the causes were analyzed to
find the main cause. In the MT Medelin Expo there was a leak in the heating pipe
in the boiler caused by the heating pipe cracking. Due to improper maintenance, a
lack of periodic checks, and the quality of pipe materials that cause corrosion. So
that the implementation of the charge heating is less acceptable in cargo tanks. To
deal with these problems based on research by the author can be done routinely
maintenance efforts, welding, and replacement of spare parts
