    Kebutuhan energi terbarukan semakin meningkat seiring dengan kesadaran terhadap dampak negatif penggunaan bahan bakar fosil. Salah satu solusi potensial adalah Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu (PLTB), yang memanfaatkan energi angin untuk menghasilkan listrik secara ramah lingkungan. Namun, fluktuasi kecepatan angin mengakibatkan tegangan dan arus keluaran yang tidak stabil. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) untuk mengoptimalkan pengisian daya ke baterai dalam sistem PLTB. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan eksperimental melalui pengambilan data langsung di wilayah perbukitan serta simulasi menggunakan MATLAB Simulink. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa sistem mulai menghasilkan listrik pada kecepatan angin 3 m/s dan mencapai efisiensi tertinggi pada kecepatan di atas 7 m/s. Sistem MPPT terbukti mampu menstabilkan output daya dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengisian baterai hingga tegangan keluaran mencapai nilai optimal sebesar 24V, baik secara simulasi maupun pengujian lapangan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi PLTB dan MPPT sangat efektif untuk daerah terpencil, serta dapat menjadi solusi energi mandiri yang andal dan ramah lingkungan

    Pembelajaran di sekolah lebih kepada aktivitas siswa untuk memperoleh hasil belajaran yang telah didapatkan di sekolah. Pendidikan jasmani yaitu wahana yang dapat mendidik manusia untuk mendekati kesempurnaan hidup secara alamiah yang dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari pada siswanya. Sehatnya mental seseorang maka aspek kehidupan yang lain dalam dirinya akan bekerja secara lebih maksimal. Kondisi mental yang sehat tidak dapat terlepas dari kondisi kesehatan fisik yang baik. Tujuan penulis adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kesehatan mental siswa MAN 1 Kota Bandung menghadapi pembelajaran PJOK pada pandemic Covid-19. Alasan penulis melakukan penelitian di MAN 1 Kota Bandung yaitu ingin mengetahui bagaimana kesehatan mental siswa, sekolah di Kota Bandung pada tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas pada pandemic Covid-19. Penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner (angket) melalui googleform, kemudian data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari indikator kesejahtraan psikologi dengan kategori netral (sedang), sub-indikator pada kesejahtraan psikologi yaitu: penerimaan diri dengan kategori tidak setuju (kurang), tujuan dalam hidup dengan kategori angka sama yaitu setuju (baik) dan tidak setuju (kurang), penguasaan lingkungan dengan kategori netral (sedang), otonomi dengan kategori netral (sedang), hubungan positif dengan orang lain dengan kategori netral (sedang), pengembangan diri dengan kategori netral (sedang), indikator kesejahtraan sosial dengan kategori netral (sedang), sub-indikator pada kesejahtraan sosial yaitu: integrasi sosial dengan kategori netral (sedang), penerimaan sosial netral (sedang), kontribusi sosial dengan kategori netral (sedang), aktualisasi sosial netral (sedang), koherensi netral (sedang). Kesimpulan dari seluruh indikator dengan beberapa sub-indikator penulis, menyimpulkan bahwa kesehatan mental siswa pada kategori sedang. Physical education is a medium for teaching humans to naturally approach the ideal of life, and it can make a significant contribution to students' daily lives. Other areas of a person's life will function more properly when he is mentally well. A good mental health state is inextricably linked to a good physical health condition. The author's goal is to discover how MAN 1 Bandung City students' mental health is affected by PJOK learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The reason the author conducted research at MAN 1 Bandung City was to find out how the mental health of students, schools in Bandung City at the high school level during the Covid-19 pandemic. The author employs quantitative techniques. The author's instrument is a googleform questionnaire (questionnaire). The author uses quantitative methods. The research instrument used a questionnaire (questionnaire) via google form, then the data was processed using SPSS version 26. The results of psychological well-being indicators are in a neutral category (medium), and sub-indicators on psychological well-being include: self-acceptance with a disagree category (less), life goals with the same number category, namely agree (good) and disagree (less), mastery environment with a neutral category (medium), autonomy with a neutral category (medium), positive relationships with others in a neutral category (medium), and self-development with a neutral category (medium).     Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist a person in making decisions that are semi-structured. Many problems can be solved by using CMS, one of which is determining the feasibility of customers' credit recipients. In this study, PT. BPR Centradana bank Kapuas be taken as a reference author. During this time, decision-making, has many obstacles, one of which is the decision-making process is not effective (the use of a long time, quiet and wasted costs). There are several methods that can be used in building a CMS include the Technique for Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). TOPSIS method not only takes into account the value closest to the positive ideal solution, but also take into account the value furthest away from the negative ideal solution to determine the selected alternative. This research forms using case studies, while the method used is the Research and Development. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Methods of application design using Prototype and application modeling tool that is used is a flowchart, and tests performed using black-box testing. The result of this research is a decision support system software creditworthiness on BPR Centradana Kapuas using TOPSIS method can help recommend prospective borrowers are credit worthy

    ABSTRAK Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah berkaitan dengan perkembangan minat dan bakat siswa yang belum maksimal. Minat dan bakat siswa tunarungu yang berada di SLBN PKK Lampung ini belum tereksplor oleh mereka, siswa tunarungu di SLBN PKK Lampung ini belum mengetahui potensi minat dan bakatnya dibidang apa. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan minat dan bakat siswa khususnya pada siswa tunarungu melalui peran guru BK. Guru BK memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan minat dan bakat siswa khususnya pada siswa tunarungu. Minat dan bakat siswa dapat di eksplor lebih lanjut lagi jika guru dan guru BK berperan didalamnya. Guru BK berperan sebagai mediator, motivator, evaluator, inisiator dan informator. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas maka penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian yang berjudul “Peran Guru Bimbingan Konseling Dalam Mengembangkan Minat dan Bakat Siswa Tunarungu di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri (SLBN) PKK Lampung”. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran guru bimbingan konseling dalam mengembangkan minat dan bakat siswa tunarungu di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri (SLBN) PKK Lampung. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru bimbingan konseling dalam megembangkan minat dan bakat siswa tunarungu di SLBN PKK Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research (penelitian lapangan) yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif penelitian yang akan berusaha membuat gambaran umum secara sistematis, akurat, dan faktual mengenai suatu fakta, sifat, dan hubungan antar fenomena yang diteliti secara kualitatif. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan guru BK, Kepala Sekolah, dan siswa/i penyandang tunarungu kelas VIII dengan menggunakan teknik Snowball Sampling. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku, dokumen, internet dan media cetak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah dengan wawancara tidak terstruktur, dokumentasi dan observasi non partisipan dimana penulis hanya iii sebagai pengamat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru BK sangat mempengaruhi terhadap perkembangan minat dan bakat siswa, guru BK berperan penting yaitu sebagai fasilitator, motivator,mediator dan evaluator. Peran tersebut sudah diterapkan di SLBN PKK Lampung. Guru BK juga berkolaborasi dengan guru kelas matapelajaran kelas dan guru BK juga melakukan layuanan bimbingan klasikal guna untuk mengarahkan pemikiran-pemikiran siswa tunarungu agar lebih giat dalam mengembangkan potensi-potensi minat dan bakat yang dimiliki dan sesuai untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dialami siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan pada beberapa siswa di SLBN terhadap perkembangan minat dan bakatnya, siswa tunarungu sudah dapat mengeksplor dan mengembangkan minat dan bakat yang dimilikinya. Dari hasil temuan penelitian maka bisa dikatakan berhasil. The interests and talents of deaf students at SLBN PKK Lampung have not been explored by them, deaf students at SLBN PKK Lampung do not yet know what their potential interests and talents are in what field. Based on the problems that occur, this research aims to develop students' interests and talents, especially deaf students, through the role of guidance and counseling teachers. Guidance and guidance teachers have an important role in developing students' interests and talents, especially deaf students. Students' interests and talents can be explored further if teachers and guidance counselors play a role in it. Guidance and Guidance Teachers act as mediators, motivators, evaluators, initiators and informers. Based on the background above, the author is interested in conducting research entitled "The Role of Counseling Guidance Teachers in Developing the Interests and Talents of Deaf Students at the PKK Lampung State Special School (SLBN). The formulation of the problem in this research is the role of guidance and counseling teachers in developing the interests and talents of deaf students at the PKK Lampung State Special School (SLBN). The purpose of this research is to find out the role of guidance and counseling teachers in developing the interests and talents of deaf students at SLBN PKK Lampung. This type of research is field research which is qualitative descriptive research which will attempt to create a systematic, accurate and factual general picture of the facts, characteristics and relationships between phenomena being researched qualitatively. Primary data sources were obtained from interviews with guidance and counseling teachers, school principals, and deaf students in class VIII using the Snowball Sampling technique. Secondary data sources were obtained through books, documents, internet and print media. The data collection techniques used in this research were unstructured interviews, documentation and non-participant observation where the author was only an observer. The data analysis v techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings from the research show that the role of the guidance and counseling teacher greatly influences the development of students' interests and talents, the guidance and counseling teacher plays an important role, namely as a facilitator, motivator, mediator and evaluator. This role has been implemented at SLBN PKK Lampung. The guidance and counseling teacher also collaborates with the class subject teacher and the guidance and counseling teacher also provides classical guidance services in order to direct the thoughts of deaf students to be more active in developing the potential interests and talents they have and are suitable for solving problems experienced by students. Based on the results of research conducted, there have been changes in several students at SLBN regarding the development of their interests and talents, deaf students have been able to explore and develop their interests and talents.     DEWA PALSU SISTEM PERILAKU DOMINASI PADA SOSIAL MEDIA INSTAGRAM

    The domination behavior system is a study and observation made by the author about the emergence of a hierarchy of superior identities (influencers) against subordinate identities on Instagram social media, and how this affects followers of the dominant virtual identity. The method used in seeing and responding to these phenomena is to relate the phenomena that occur, the behavior shown by virtual identities, and their relation to the work carried out by the author. The writer transforms these findings into several characters to roll out the story, including Dewi, Human, and Slave. Each character is a representation of the domination behavior carried out by a superior virtual identity against his subordinates. The author tries to make an experimental cinema installation work, where the premise of the story is taken from the observations of behavior on social media. Metode yang digunakan dalam melihat dan merespons fenomena tersebut adalah dengan mengaitkan antara fenomena yang terjadi, perilaku yang ditunjukkan oleh identitas-identitas virtual, dan kaitannya dengan karya yang diusung penulis. Temuan tersebut penulis transformasikan menjadi beberapa tokoh untuk menggulirkan cerita di antaranya Dewi, Manusia, dan Budak. Setiap tokoh merupakan representasi perilaku dominasi yang dilakukan oleh identitas virtual unggul terhadap bawahannya. Penulis mencoba untuk membuat karya instalasi sinema eksperimental, di mana premis cerita diambil dari hasil pengamatan perilaku yang ada pada media sosial. Dengan karya ini, penulis mengharapkan dapat memberikan dan menawarkan pengalaman yang tidak hanya sinematik namun juga estetik dengan cara yang cenderung baru dengan bahasan cerita yang cenderung lebih tajam dari sinema kebanyakan.Kata kunci : Perilaku Dominasi, Sinema Eksperimental, Sosial Media, Kekuasaan

    A bibliometric analysis of collaboration skills in education (2019-2021)

    One indicator of 21st century skills is collaboration; essential skill students must acquire in century learning. This study aimed to reveal research trends over the last three years based on the start of COVID-19 by using content analysis and reviewing bibliometric results related to articles with collaboration keywords. For bibliometric mapping analysis, a total of 500 articles were accessed, and for content analysis, 31 articles were selected between 2019-2021 based on Google Scholar's database corresponding to the education field study of the research. The results showed that digital "health education collaboration" was the most searched keyword, while researchers focused on collaboration in education between 2019-2021. The most commonly used words in abstracts are teaching, creativity, ability, and community. It was evident that the latest articles primarily focused on skills. Bhone Myint Kyaw; AE Kinio is the most cited author in this field. The most cited journals are the Journal of Medical Internet Research, Journal of Surgical Education, The Journal of Technology Transfer, the most prominent journal. The content analysis results showed that "21st-century skill, problem, and implementation" has become the most studied variable in the article

    The world is changing: ethics and genre development in three twentieth-century high fantasies.

    This thesis examines three genre high fantasy texts published between 1954 and 2001: J. R. R. Tolkien’s 'The Lord of the Rings', Ursula K. Le Guin’s 'Earthsea' cycle and Patricia A. McKillip’s 'The Riddle-Master’s Game'. The emphasis is on examining how the three texts use a common set of structures to articulate a developing argument about forms of human engagement with the physical world in the face of environmental crisis. Using theories of literary ecology and narrative paradigm, I examine the common structure shared by the three high fantasies and the weight of ethical implications it carries. The texts position the transcendent impulse of the mode of tragedy, and the behaviour it generates, as the source of crisis, and posit as a solution to the problem the integrative ethic characteristic of the comedic mode. They argue that a transition between these two ethics is necessary for the continued survival of the Secondary World. This thesis examines each text’s use of narrative paradigm to articulate methods by which this ethical transition may be achieved. An argumentative trend is documented across the three fantasies through the representation of situation, problem and solution. In each text, as the Secondary World becomes more completely a closed physical system, the source of the solution to the problem caused by the transcendent presence and the achievement of ethical transition are both relocated within the control of human actors. The three fantasies express a gradual movement toward the acceptance of not only human responsibility for, but the necessity for action to remedy, the damaged state of the world. I argue that the texts’ dominant concern is with the human relationship with and to context. Indeed, I argue that the three fantasies reflect the developing understanding of the human role in not only precipitating, but responding to, environmental crisis, and may function as both a reflection of and an intervention in that crisis.Thesis (Ph.D.) -- University of Adelaide, School of Humanities, 200
