No full textAnalisis tegangan tembus dan flashover resin bahan feedthrough tegangan tinggi untuk iradiator elektron 300KV/20mA. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bahan resin yang akan digunakan sebagai bahan untuk membuat feedthrough tegangan tinggi iradiator elektron 300kV/20 mA. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah menguji ketahanan bahan resin terhadap tegangan tembus dan flashover. Berbagai penelitian bahan terus dilakukan dan dikembangkan dengan tujuan meningkatkan unjuk kerja dan kwalitas dari bahan isolator. Penelitian dengan cara membuat variasi komposisi perbandingan sampel uji antara bahan pematangan dan bahan utama resin. Variasi perbandingan yaitu sampel A = 1:400; B=1:600; C = 1: 800; D=1:1000; E=1:1250 dan dicetak dengan ukuran 200 x 200 x 2 (mm). Dari hasil pengujian dan analisa data diperoleh bahwa semakin besar konsentrasi bahan pengeras menjadikan bahan mudah tembus tegangan dan bersifat getas sedang konsentrasi bahan pengeras yang kecil bahan juga mudah tembus tegangan serta bersifat lembek. No full textA geophysical survey using resistivity method was carried out in Arjuno-Wilerang area, East Java.
The purpose of this survey is to localize the
distribution of conductif area in lateral and vertical directions. In this survey using two resistivity methods, two methods were applied i e :
1. Resistivity mapping was used to detect the resistivity lateral variation.
2. Resistivity sounding was used to determine the
vertical variation of resistivity.
From second interpretation was produced anomaly contour of conductif areas and cross section layers structure. The
final of interpretation, can be interpreted that the
conductif area denotes a geothermal source. The geothermal
source detected in Songgoriti area on depth abaout 200 meter and this resistivity less then 10 ohm m.

Telah dilakukan penelitian geofisika metode resistivity • di Daerah Arjuno-Wilorang, Jawa Timur. Daerah ini diduga terdapat sumber panasbumi.
Tujuam penelitian adalah untuk melokalisir daerah konduktif balk kearah lateral maupun kearah vertikal. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dua metode pengukuran resistivity yaitu :
1. Metode resistivity mapping yang berguna untuk melokalisir ke arah lateral.
2. Metode resistivity sounding yang berguna untuk
menentukan variasi resistivitas ke arah vertikal.
Dari kedua interpretasi diatas, akan diperoleh peta daerah anomaly konduktif dan peRampang struktur perlapisan. Interpretasi akhir disimpulkan dahwa daerah konduktif tersebut merupakan daerah daerah sumber panasbumi, yang diteinukan di daerah Songgoriti pada kedalaman sekitar 200 meter dengan resistivitas lebih kecil 10 ohm m.

No full textDutch colonial law which is subject to the Civil Code (Burgelijke wetboek / BW) is no longer valid and has been replaced by Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning the Basic Basic Agrarian Regulations (UUPA). With the end of the Dutch Colonial Law, the lands of former Western Rights owned by the Indonesian people at that time had to be registered again in order to obtain new land rights in accordance with the provisions of the LoGA. Therefore the author is interested in discussing the formulation of the problem of how the legal status of the former land of Recht Van Eigendom Number: 295 based on the enactment of national land law regulations? How is the settlement of the former land dispute Recht Van Eigendom Number: 295 if it is related to land regulations in Indonesia by reviewing the Supreme Court's Decision Number: 3249 K / Pdt / 2012 ?. The author in this study uses a type of normative legal research, namely research carried out by examining library materials or secondary data that are legal based on literature studies. The conclusion of this research is that the land of the former Recht Van Eigendom is still recognized as proof of legal land ownership

No full textIn this modern era, many consumers prefer to shop and make sales and purchase transactions via the internet to make it easier, one of which is through the Shopee e-commerce site or application. Even though the government and shopee have provided guarantees regarding consumer rights in the law, the fact is that there are still many consumers whose rights are often ignored by business actors so that consumers feel that they are disadvantaged when transacting at Shopee. The problem to be discussed is how the law protects consumers whose rights are greatly impaired when transacting at shopee, the responsibility of Shopee to consumers who experience losses when transacting at shopee. In writing this thesis, the author uses a normative juridical legal research method. The research examined by the author is descriptive. The author uses primary and secondary data in writing this thesis. From the research results obtained, the law in Indonesia has provided protection to consumers with the issuance of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, and the shopee provides accountability to consumers who are harmed by providing complaint services to customer help shopee, consumers can submit all forms of complaints regarding products, business actors, and delivery services, consumers will also get reimbursement of funds or products, as well as identity and data protection to avoid irresponsible parties

Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of
Wonogiri District. The reason for choosing this
location is because it is the author's hometown,
making it easier for the author to obtain the data
needed during the research process. the variables
studied are: -RAPBD (Regional Revenue and
Expenditure Budget Plan) -APBD (Realization of
Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget for
the Period of 2019 to 2021. The results of the
study concluded that the level of effectiveness of
regional income at the Wonogiri District regional
financial management agency for the 2019-2021
budget year had reached the budget target that
had been set but had met the effective criteria.
Then, judging from the level of efficiency of
regional spending at the Wonogiri District
regional financial management agency for the
2019 to 2021 budget years, it is considered less
efficient

But until now, Sriwedari Park still often become a land dispute between Solo City Government and heirs KRMT Wirdjodiningrat. The act of the National Land Agency which issued the Rights Issue Certificate Number 11 and 15 on behalf of the Government of Surakarta. This is which sued by the heirs who finally resulted in a decision that declared void and revoked the Rights of Use Certificate number 11 and 15. This continues until the appeal, cassation, and reconsideration rates that still win the heirs. After release of the verdict, then the Surakarta City Government should also comply the verdict and restore the management of Sriwedari land whose status becomes state land. The purpose of this paper is to explain the judge’s consideration in deciding the Sriwedari land dispute in the consideration verdict No. 29/PK/TUN/2007 and explain the implementation of the consideration verdict in the land dispute Sriwedari in the use of Rights Use by the Government of Surakarta. No full textThis dispute is related to the review of the auction procedure for the guarantee goods where previously the plaintiffs have entered into a credit agreement with the defendant with the guarantee of a property certificate number 2849 and number 24. Whereas on the credit agreement, the plaintiffs have suffered congestion in fulfill the agreement so that they cant repay their debts, the object to be disputed object will be sold by auction. The sale of land and building auction to the object of the dispute according to the plaintiff is legally flawed, because prior to be second auction announcement of mortgage execution, the plaintiff is not given a letter of invitation from the District Court to know exactly how much obligation to pay. A legal certainty of the plaintiffs must be addressed of aanmaning by the District Court. The purpose of this paper is to explain the validity of the auction execution of guarantee goods by PT BRI based on Civil Code and Law of the Mortgage and to explain the judge’s consideration in deciding the dispute over the execution of the pledge of credit collateral owned by the Plaintiff. No full textVillage development still has many weaknesses. Those are caused not only by the problem of poor quality human resources but also due to financial problems. Various efforts have been made by the government by disbursing various funds for village development programs, one of which is through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The formation of BUMDes is a way to take advantage of laws that give village governments the authority to innovate in village development, especially improving the village economy and welfare for rural communities. Research on the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in improving the welfare of rural communities based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages in Ngawi Village is carried out in doctrinal law research. The research method used was normative-empirical legal research. The author used the descriptive research. The data collection method were literature study and interviews. In this research, descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of the study stated that from the 5 indicators of welfare, namely income, education, health, expenditure and community housing, the role of BUMDes Ngawi is still not maximal and the management pattern of BUMDes in Ngawi Village has not fully implemented the management principles
